The woman who works the from counter is a joy. Absolutely loved chatting with her! This place has great antiques! I make the drive every so often and they always have cool new items.
Needed more time to ? the treasures ? wish it was open til 7pm on friday and Saturday, I would shop there for hours after work. Love ❤️ the search and digging through the booths especially Booth 125 Wolfpack Treasures where I can always find a good movie for my cabin.
I love this place, its full of nostalgia for me, I love getting to see the wide variety of treasures and the staff is so nice and helpful!

I come to Michigan once in a blue moon for vacation, and every time I break my neck to make it here. Each time I always find something to get, and this time I snagged a good blazer, even wore it to my birthday dinner that same night!
A big store with plenty of items to catch your eye. Love this antique store, and will be coming back each time I’m in town.
Very nice antique mall run by the sweetest couple! Clean, organized, and reasonable pricing. Couldn’t recommend it enough! Not to mention the cutest puppies in town man the front desk :)
This antique store is a paradise for anyone who appreciates a delightful stroll through yesteryear. I embarked on this expedition with my son, who valiantly played the role of my enthusiastic companion for a while. Let's just say, the allure of vintage trinkets eventually paled in comparison to the thrill of, well, video games (a truth universally acknowledged by most youngsters). Despite failing to unearth a long-lost relic, I did score some incredible deals on DVDs and Blu-rays – my movie buff tendencies won over my explorer spirit once again. In all seriousness, this store is a haven for unique finds and a chance to revel in a bit of sentimental charm. So, whether you're an avid collector or simply enjoy browsing through historical odds and ends, this place is definitely worth a visit.
I love this place and have become quite a regular. It's always fun to root through a good antique shop for interesting fines and good deals. The lady who works there is friendly and helpful, too.
Enjoyed walking this antique mall. So many treasures from years past. We found a few treasures of our own to take home too! Most prices were extremely reasonable. Stop in and take a stroll down memory lane. You may even find a few treasures of your own!
Good sized antique mall with great variety but the booth you definitely want to check out is chobies booth! He’s the man the best deals and amazing variety. You get 6 items for $5 and he has other great stuff as well like vintage pins and records. Love his booth and the time and effort he takes to make sure everyone will find something they just have to have. Check him out!!
a fairly large place with mostly knickknacks and small collectables. There is no furniture at all. There are individual booths that folks fill, most of the booths are fairly small, so the stuff they put in is mostly small. Some toys are collectables from the 1960s, not much available for "antiques".
I love this little antique mall. It is awesome. The lady working behind the register was delightful. I couldn't believe how packed the shop was with treasures. We bought tins, boots and a bike light. Very impressed. We'll definitely be back soon!
I have been wanting to go the Chelsea Antique Mall for quite some time and I was able to go for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised that it bigger than I thought and neatly laid out. Booths were nice and saw a few things I may want.
I actually enjoyed looking around but did not feel welcome. Sign on door says "no purses" ...I would understand no backpacks or large bags, but a regular relatively small purse? I had no intention of going back to the car so said very politely (with a smile), "I don't suppose this purse is a problem?" and the woman answered (and not in a friendly manner), "As long as you keep it in front of you where it can be seen". Well, that certainly felt like I was being called a potential thief ...and how many antique thieves are older and limping? But we proceeded to look around anyway. My husband is always interested in music CDs, found almost none* that interested him and so limped back out to sit in the car while I was looking. *The one CD he did find was something he thought I'd like and so left it with me, saying that it was only a dollar anyway. I decided not to buy anything else and so went to pay for the CD...well, both the man and woman were so perplexed because I didn't know where I got it and there was no price on it. OK, I understand that each booth belongs to a different vendor, but how was I supposed to know where he picked it up? I hadn't remembered that my husband told me it was a dollar. So the woman walked around, came back, and said it was 2 dollars....ok, I really wanted it so I paid her. Went out to the car, he asked if I bought anything and I told him my story, and he said there was only ONE booth that sold records and CDs and it was right around the corner from the checkout area. OK, so not only did this not occur to either of them, but also there was a sign that said "CDs $1" at the booth, which I was not aware of. It was only $1 more and I can certainly afford it, but now I'm sorry that I didn't just put it down and walk out. As I said at the beginning of this review, I was made to feel unwelcome, and I'm just a decently dressed middle class older woman (just like her!). I'm surprised at all the positive reviews of this business. We've been coming to Chelsea for many years, have always noticed the Antique "Mall", thought about stopping. Finally did and won't be returning. But hey, it was only a 2 dollar purchase, they won't get rich on it.
Great shop, great assortment and reasonable prices. Enjoyed looking through all the booths. Found a few gems! Will definitely visit again when in town.
Being in the antique business for over forty years we realize when you sell to another dealer he has to make money on the items also. With that being said Rick the owner has always treaded us with respect and honesty. We have brought many items to him through the years. He has always treaded us fairly. He has evaluated some of our costume jewelry and to our benefit he found some pricey stuff. Called us on the jewelry and gave us much more than we thought it was worth. He is very Knowledgeable and honest.We are pleased with the way he makes us feel.And we will continue to do business with him.
Rude. Shamed me for wearing a mask even though I’m fully vaccinated. I was sick with a nasty cold and was simply being polite. The final straw was when the total was short 87¢ of the $20 debit minimum. The lady at the counter said they couldn’t run the transaction as if it were impossible. We walked out. Nobody wants that type of juju in their home.
Great experience visiting the this place. Jammed full of an eclectic mix of items including vintage movie posters, antique furniture, old dishes, books, home decor, outdoor items, etc. Something for everyone and lots of things to look at. Very reasonable pricing and always something new to see!
Love this place! Neverending collection of things to look at. Objects for all generations. Please take some time out to stop by and check them out,you won't be sorry.
Very nicely packed place. Bought to two ho scale train cars for $6. They also had a fantastic selection of other planes trains and cars. Some of the 30 dealers where a bit pricey, but hey every antique store has pricey things. Definitely will be back again.
Got there and loved the place right away, went downstairs first and checked out everything with my daughter. We get up to the main floor and go in the front doors and let the cashier know it's my first time there and love it! I got a bland "cool" with no welcoming greeting or anything. Loved the store and location alot, I would give 5 stars if not for the rude customer service.
