Today I stopped in to get help changing a snapped wiper blade that I wasn't able to remove myself. Tim replaced the wiper and was very helpful by teaching me how to replace it and how to know which attachments needed to be used for next time. I'd highly recommend going to this location, the judgement free help was great!

I went into the store to get my battery tested, and ended up needing a new one. Tim helped me out and was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was in and out of the store with a new battery installed in about 10 minutes.

My car was misfiring when I pulled in the lot. Tim, the manager pulled codes for me, sold me an ignition coil and then threw it in the car for me. Whole process took 10 minutes and I was in and back on the road. Thank you Tim!

Employees are almost always helpful and nice. Most prices are decent, but some are just really expensive for no reason compared to other online retailers. The part quality is hit or miss.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended a good battery and allowed me to pay for it over the phone. My sister in-law was then able to bring her car in and the staff quickly changed out the battery. This was awesome. She needs the car to get to work. Repair shops are closed on Sunday. AutoZone took care of everything and got her back on the road. Thank you AutoZone!

Tim was so helpful~ I needed to buy a marine battery for my husband and Tim helped me figure out what I needed and carried it to my car for me. We will definitely be returning to AutoZone for future purchases.

Great parts store, Better Management. Everything you need fast delivery for commercial service. They won't stop looking until they find what you need. Anthony the manager exceeds expectations every time we need parts for our commercial fleet. He builds trust and his ability to go above and beyond outweighs any other parts store I've felt with! Highly reccomend!

Tim was great. Bought bulbs this morning and they didn’t work correctly and he honored a return after the package was damaged. We exchanged them out for different ones. I thought I was out money but not after Tim helped me!

A story of frustration and hunger. First real snow of the 2024 holiday season. I over slept and skiped breakfast. Even so, my partner and I hurried out the door to do some holiday shopping only to realize that our Bosch windshield wiper broke in an unexpected way. I could almost feel my blood presssure increase. We go into our local autozone, where we originally purchased the wiper blade. A bin outside suggests that we aren't the only one with this problem today. I take a moment to gain some composure; these folks have nothing to do with my poor mood after all. I ask the man behind the counter if we could see into my customer history to get the exact match. He informed me that auto zone doesn't keep records more then 90 (?) Days. I'm sure I am visibly upset at this point, I feel heat building in my chest and face. He quickly pviots, seeing I have the old blade in hand; measuring it out for me. I'm satisfied With that information and pick out the matching, so I thought, wiper blade. I pay for the new blade and go. At the car, just in the parking lot my frustrations continue to build as I'm quickly realizing that there seems to be at least two different standards of wiper blade packaging. Earlier I was Feeling hunger pangs from a skipped breakfast I grabbed a 170E Bosch wiper blade where I needed a standard 17. I am VERY upset at this point, jaw clenching and red in anger I do my best to walk back into auto zone as calm as I could muster. I'm sure I fell short. The staff senses this and very quickly gets me taken care of. I appreciate thier clarity and professionalism in the face of a clearly angry person. This review is as much of a story of my experience as it is an apology. To those staff members on 11/30/24 I know you don't have control over how long your POS system keeps track of customer purchases. You guys are great, I will be coming back.

My friends vintage Chevy G10 kept dying on us. We had to take a Lyft from a local marathon to get to the autozone. At first, we thought we had all the answers and just walked over to the wall, only to find out we had questions that were so genuinely answered it was SO nice for a change not to feel like we were just being sold to. We didn’t even have to go much into detail of our scenario when they suggested this Noco jump starter product. Both the employees have this product and have used it. They were so honest and certain that’s what we needed, even though my friend wanted to throw up at the price we went for it. Now we are back on the road to continue our highly anticipated camping trip with literally EVERYTHING we need. She also feels great about the purchase!! Great shop. Great advice.

It pays to do business with a company that stands behind their products and in a small Town. I was just in the store today and had a problem with a battery purchased there. Tim was incredibly helpful and got my situation taken care of quickly and without having to jump through hoops. Not too many companies or the folks that work at big box stores will honor the product & service claims they put out there in today's world. But Tim was over the top helpful and helped me tremendously. Very much appreciated and wont hesitate to continue to shop there whenever I need auto supplies - THANK YOU TIM!

The staff were very attentive. The store manager Tim was very skilled and helpful who not only helped me replace a rear window windshield wiper, but also helped me readjusted the front windshield wiper that was placed backwards by another store employee. Tim was very knowledgeable and friendly, I highly recommend him and this store!

I went in for vehicle tint. The store is well marked and organized. The salesman that assisted me was very helpful,thanks and sorry I didn't get your name. The job is done and he said to take my time,so I did, it worked, and high temps are due but already the solar cool down is good. Easy parking, right off main strip.

V Lucas gave excellent customer service! First I called and he assisted me on the phone with pricing info, then when I came into the store he was so helpful and nice!! It's great to know that when you purchase a car battery and they can easily access your battery, they install the new one you bought!! That was so helpful for me and done quick!! Now, for any auto part needs I have, I will always choose AutoZone in Chelsea!! Good Customer Service will always bring me back!!
