I have not dealt with more honest group yet, great products (got an OEM water pump for my Lexus LX570, with belts and other gaskets) all where exactly as in the listings with their exact pictures my local dealership was going to get them but was going to take forever not to mention the price, and the shipping was very reasonable for the fact it was free...
Five star service if I could give more stars I would great people to deal with. If you need oem parts for your lexus or toyota these are the guys to deal with best service and honest company. I was reading other posts oviviously people who are having problems dont have there part numbers right and who is going to give a refund to a factory sealed box has been opened.I have a lexus and parts I need will be through these guys.
I ordered a passenger side rear view mirror cap for 2009 Toyota Corolla. This company advertised this part fit... but after myself, my car service garage and an auto body parts store couldn't get it to fit, I tried to return it. So far, I have emailed this company twice within 10 days of receipt of item and contacted eBay to get return label. No response to my requests and eBay wouldn't allow a label to be printed. Im stuck with $46 part and no use. I've sadly resorted to this post. Do not use this company and very disappointed. I will change my rating if they do respond and decide to work with me.
