I have a Daewoo...not many repair shops will work on it...a friend recommended S.E.R...i called Eric just b4 Christmas...he said he was booked that day but bring the car in the day after Christmas...i took it in & he got it in & found the problem...he said he could have the parts & get it fixed the next day...he gave me a price & i told him go ahead with the repairs...it was done next day like he had said...highly recommend
I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze, work beater, it threw the code for the knock sensor and was lagging hard core when I’d go to take off and idled very rough when I’d come to a stop light. I was working out of town, took it to a shop, told the guy the code it was throwing, he checked it out and told me the code it was throwing and that I’d need a new motor. Came back to Michigan, and my wife was going to use the car for a bit while I got things moved around, so I called around, got ahold of a different shop in Caro he was busy and referred me to Eric at S.E.R. Auto Care. I called and set the appointment up, let him know that I was only in town for 5 days, he had it fixed and back to me in 4, told me of a couple other issues that could show themselves, but was aware that I was on a time crunch and not wanting to dump money into the car. Fast forward 1 whole week, the other issue he had told me about reared its ugly head. Car starts running rough again, so we called and left a voicemail since it was a weekend. He called back 15 minutes after he opened next, I let him know that I had to leave town that night. He got the car in and fixed in a day with time to spare. The level of professionalism from this shop is unparalleled, seriously I will NEVER take my car to another shop so long as their doors are open. The cherry on top of all of this was the price, all said and done I was expecting dollar sign after dollar sign, I was absolutely floored at how low the bill was compared to what I was expecting. If you’re looking for a shop to take you vehicle to look no further, this man is a mechanical wizard, and I promise that disappointed is the farthest thing from what you will be after working with the astonishing guys at S.E.R. Auto Care!!!!
Fixed my Chevy Cruz in record time after another shop suggested new engine and didn’t wanna work on it. Did a quality job for a great price . I’ll definitely go back for my auto repairs
Very friendly staff. Went above and beyond on the transmission replacement in my car. They weren't happy until I was happy great customer service. Highly recommended services

I was in town visiting family and needed some important work done before driving back home. SER was very helpful in getting the work done at a reasonable price on short notice. He is a pleasure to work with and is transparent in the work he is doing. Will gladly use again.
i had to use my aunts gmail because i don't have one but, this place is the best place to go. always good friendly service and a great value. excellent attitude too. i love this place.
Very welcoming, this is the first time I have done business with the new owner and it won't be the last. Very respect, upfront and honest about everything. Very quick and quality service. I would also like to say the communication was excellent. There are not many shops out there like this anymore. I give S. E. R. 6 stars out of five. Thank you for the great service Eric. I know that when I left your shop I was more than satisfied, I found my new mechanic.
8/20/2021- I would like to add...... I had to return and have more work done, while Eric worked on my car for what we thought was going to be pretty straight forward fix turned out to be a little more than expected. No problem though, Eric was able to locate the hard to get parts and have them on my car in a day! Most places will take a lot...... longer and I won't get started on the pricing some of these other shops will ask. Great quality work at a great price. Thanks S.E.R. Auto (Eric).
Realized I forgot to post before. Replaced a rusted out gas tank which required more work than usual because of lack of available parts. Even smoked the vehicle which is going and above and beyond
This guy is super amazing-- a real nice guy. Fair and honest. Great communication throughout my repair. He went the extra mile on my import... really a good one to know. Keeping this guy!!
