I was driving through town when my tire had 6 psi. I stopped by the shop and asked for help. They looked at it, took the tire off and found the issue. They didn’t have my tire in stock so they put on my spare tire and didn’t charge me anything. I was very thankful.

They fixed my muffler. They were very nice. They did a wonderful job of fixing my car. I also think they were pretty reasonable in their price

This place is horrible they put in a rebuilt engine in my mother's car she paid a lot of money for this car engine to be rebuilt at Caro Motorsports and then they installed it at Bullet. This was almost a year ago, and she constantly has issues check engine lights, burning oil smell, burning gas smell, and it just makes me angry but they keep messing with her car and not fixing it I don't think they know what the hell they're doing, it's a Subaru Baja it's not that difficult it's not even newer car it's an old car. Despicable, taking advantage of an old lady...most importantly my mom!! DO BETTER BULLET!

Chipped the paint on my girlfriends truck getting the keys out and were too lazy to call insurance company first and last time using them

This is absolutely the most unprofessional, bottom of the barrel auto repair shop I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. I called to pay for a family members vehicle. I spoke to Nicole on the phone. She set everything up for payment by phone but then refused and became defensive when I asked for the paperwork required under Michigan law MCL 257.1332 she told me that law doesn’t apply to them and the owner would be calling me. When the “owner” called is when Bullet Auto’s true colors shone through. Instead of addressing an issue that could affect his business license he chose to throw a temper tantrum and resort to name calling. He even said I was a weasel trying not to pay him, literally 5 minutes after I again tried to pay with my credit card. He told me that since he’s been in business 15 years and has his own payment system that he doesn’t have to follow the law. I’m guessing that he must have spoke with someone with half a brain and realized that he could indeed face fines and a lawsuit for his business practices and called to say we could pick up the vehicle at no charge, but as a final display of his stellar customer service and appreciation he blocked in the vehicle with tow trucks making it an ordeal to actually retrieve the vehicle. If you are already going through the stress of a broken vehicle then you want nothing to do with these clowns. There are many reputable shops in the area. I feel they only can stay in business do to their contracts with the towing side of the business . 0 stars!

spent a pretty penny for this place to just put the cheapest parts on my van. left me stranded an hour away from home because the walmart parts they put snapped had to pay for a tow and pay another shop to fix my van right. would not recommend if im gonna pay top dollar i expect decent parts not the cheapest ones available....i wrote the review for my mother. its our work vehicle. so its not under my name. itd be under hers or the company we work for.

Thank you to the snarky blonde princess at the front desk for reminding me to leave a review….. My wife had the unfortunate pleasure of cleaning out her belongings from the vehicle that she could’ve been killed in today from the yard. James accompanied her to said lot and sat in his truck on his phone while my wife and my daughter climbed through the maze of broken parts piled all over her personal belongings and tried, unsuccessfully, to remove the license plate. Instead of asking if they needed help, he voiced his displeasure on having to sit there and miss his lunch break. Sorry you missed your lunch James, maybe if you had some compassion and offered to help you could’ve made in time to get your happy meal. I am thankful for the nice lady who was inconvenienced, like me, by taking me to the lot for the second time today to remove the license plate.

I had work done on my 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat. I asked to have all four tires changed and to look at me heater/defroster. Each time Nichole (I hope I spelled that right) called and asked "We see this issue, do you want is to do this, it will cost this much". Each time I said yes. They also asked if I was sure if I wanted them to change all foue tires because initial inspection showed the tires were good, but on further inspection they saw the tires were bad. Other places wouldn't bother to talk to the customer. This place will. They have great customer service and I highly recommend them. They believe in taking care of the customer. Thank you again.

James came out in about a half hour for my dead battery and got me going when my smaller jump start, just wouldn't do it. Super cold last night. Crossing fingers that was my only problem... Thanks James.

My sister was in a fatal accident a few weeks ago. The car was on police hold so nobody could get in to it, understandable, that's law. What doesn't make sense is how they want to charge I'm assuming close to 2k(last known was close to 1k last week) for a car that's totaled. Now that the car isn't on police hold won't allow us to get her belongings that are no doubt ruined with all this rain we've had. The car has gaping holes in it and not properly stored to insure no damage was done to the belongings inside. They're basically trying to benefit from someones death.... When I spoke to woman there, can't remember her name she was so cold hearted. I asked to remove the belongings and she said KNOWING my sister is dead "the owner of the vehicle has to come get it" I'm so disappointed and down right disgusted with how this entire situation is being handled. They won't allow anyone to have access to it without getting something court documented saying we have the right to which will take longer and still incur more fees in the mean time. All I wanted was what my sister died with. Something for her son to have.

I had a very bad experience with this shop. They had a car for sale we communicated via Facebook. They agree we agreed on the price. I drove an hour and a half to pick up the car and when I arrived there, they told me they just sold it. They were disrespectful and obnoxious and they did not try to compensate for my time or the mileage. I had to drive to get there for nothing please avoid this shop and the people who works there. Absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed with the service. Very bad communication and lack of respect for people. Make sure you avoid Chelsie because she is very disrespectful.

I have been going to these guys for years for everything from headlights to engine repair. I would recommend this place to anyone around the Caro area who need their vehicle worked on. They are fast, friendly and very reliable!

I have use these guys several times, their wrecker service is phenomenal best in the thumb of Michigan. I do a lot of trail riding, and a lot of mud bogging no matter the situation. I am in they know how to get you out. Today my semi truck was stuck in the yard. The guy got me out in less than five minutes. They always know where to hook you up properly, so nothing gets destroyed, and they always shake your hand. Highly recommend. The wrecker service. I hear really good things about their shop as well.

Been going there for my oil changes, and the experience has been so amazing. The people are so nice and welcoming. They are great at their jobs, and fast too. Highly recommend going here for your cars services.

YOU GUYS ROCK!!! After taking my 2007 Jeep Liberty to another mechanic who I have always used and was treated rudely, I took vehicle to you. Nicole was extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. After diagnosis of what was wrong, found other issues and assured me they could do the work. Nicole kept me informed on progress of work. Not only did they fix my vehicle but they did under time frame and under budget. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I called them to tow my Buick to my mechanic and they were very nice and professional. Towing is never cheap, but the price was competitive. The driver arrived late, but they were slammed and he was very nice and competent. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend them.

I was in town and had a vehicle break down. I called Bullet and was extremely happy with their service. The dispatcher and tow truck driver were both very friendly and the repairs done were honest and affordable. Being from out of town I wasn’t sure where to go but I’m happy I chose Bullet and I’ll be back for future car repair needs.

They were quick to figure my issue with my car and got it all fixed and paid within an hour. Great attitude and caring staff

Had my 2010 escape serviced here. They were completely honest and upfront about everything, their prices are more than fair, and they had me back on the road quickly. Overall great experience. I will be returning and referring others to go here. Repairs: Tie rod ends, wheel bearing, purge valve, alignment.

Waited over 5 hrs for tow truck it finally arrived he then told me me it was $50 because I didn’t have insurance roadside coverage from company in local town what a waste of my time.if you need fast reliable friendly tow service I would not recommend.

This place is not 24 hours. If its dark, you are out of luck. I saw a previous comment from the owner on a review that the after hours number should have been called. We did that, because we need vital medical supplies out of the vehicle for the night. The vehicle owner is on a constant IV and his IV bags and meds got left in the vehicle when he got taken to the hospital via ambulance and they won't even let him in to get them because its dark. Horrible business! The lady on the phone was extremely rude as well.

This place is owned and operated by a bunch of crooks! They take advantage of people. Lie about the services they do, charge you an arm and a leg. I would be embarrassed to be associated with these people. 10/10 would NOT recommend. They will also steal your belongings! Nothing but a bunch of crooked thieves!

They towed my car on Friday and charged storage fees over the weekend when they were closed. I tried picking the car up on Saturday but they were 'closed'. So I couldn't get it even when I was trying. Even though they have 24 hr towing. Somebody could have allowed me to get it earlier than Monday.

Fast & Friendly Service I had one of my service vans break down about 15 miles away from them. My service company is located on the west side of the state so time was a major factor. They had a tow truck there in about an hour & had the van repaired a couple hours later. Very reasonable pricing considering the nature of the urgent repairs. Highly recommended. THANKS!!!
