Absolutely horrible. Don’t advise at all. Can’t answer phones. Helps police but can’t answer phone to get your vehicle back. Absolutely worst service and how do you call it a business with not answering mine and city’s call. Won’t listen over the phone. Had to wait 2 hours for a answer then another 1.5 hours to get vehicle back
They gave me an estimate of how much my car would be to get out of impound, and when I got there to pay them and retrieve my vehicle, the amount was actually sixty dollars less than what they had quoted me the day before!!! Thanks again fellas!!!
Jim Brown has been absolutely AMAZING! I’ve had to have my car towed 3 times in a week and a half. He has been the most understanding and thoughtful person for me. I’ll never call anyone else!
Highly recommend! My car broke down in Bancroft and I waited 1.5 hours for AAA without any luck. So I called this company and has a great experience. The gentleman I spoke with initially wasn't sure they'd have someone to help tow me 50-ish miles and offered to help find me another option despite the prospect of not getting any business. Fortunately, he had someone available. They towed my car without issue. The driver was extremely kind, professional and friendly. The cost to tow was reasonable. I was surprised by the outstanding customer service we received, it's such a rarity with most companies. I would recommend Browns if you need a tow!
They refused service because I missed a call half hour before arrival and didn’t like that I said I wasn’t supposed to be there until 11 …. Childish and unreliable do not use
Had a flat on I-69 at 4 in the morning. Shiawassee dispatch gave us Brown's phone number. My husband called them four times. No call was ever returned. Finally called Maximum Towing. They came in half an hour. Very pleased with them. All we needed was to have our tire changed. Will never call Brown's again. They could have at least returned our call.
We hit a deer and Browns was dispatched to us. They were GREAT! They drove us all the way home (about an hour), worked with our insurance so we didn't pay out of pocket, and actually had a conversation with us during the ride. Highly recommend!
Truck broke down in Durand got recommended by the local mechanic and he picked it up and dropped it off for $95 darn good price for a tow wouldn't hesitate to call again if i ever need to
My car stopped working at Swartz Creek Meijer. They took down my info and let me leave keys in gas tank area. They came by when they finished a current job, called me to update and towed my to Randy Wise Dealership on Durand. This cost me 115.00 and I was okay with that. No stress. Thanks. I paid the dealership when My car was fixed. I would use them again.
Jim saved us today for sure. Went out of his way and helped get our tire and rim off since we were on the highway with a flat and it wouldnt come off!! Thank you!!!
