Fast friendly service knows what you're looking for decent prices it all depends on the quality of the part u buy but I have never had issues with these guys they have kept me on the road since 2021
They usually have most of what I need here and I appreciate the convenience and quality if what they carry but they could stand to be a bit more friendly
Places clean the help is always there to help her serve you find what you need hopefully there. New auto parts store comes in Dothan hurt them any much prefer dealing with more lesson a Local Company
Awesome experience here today. Purchased new wiper blades. I was unsure how they went on so Shawn installed them for me before I headed out of town. Thank you for the super friendly service!
As a auto business owner we look to are parts supplies to be fast, professional, and reliable. I started my company using durand carquest. A small town parts supplier thats been around since i was a child. With saddness i will no longer use them. To request a part seems like your inconveniencing them. Warrentys on parts are handled wrong. My own personal vehicle had wheel bearings from them. In order to get them replaced i have to pay up front for a new set just to have them refund the money. Or disable my vehicle and wait for them to bring them out.
If they will do this to someone who has spent thousands of dollars with them, what do they do to a everyday person who occassionaly buys from them.
All my other parts accounts are glad to help. Even go alittle out of the way to accomidate and offer better service. Not this company. Parts prices are going up along with reliability of getting the right part the 1st time.

Over priced on everything but shocks(Monroe is junk now apparently don't buy any) most of the guys behind the counter seem to have a never ending attitude. They also don't have rental tools.
