Terrible service. Paid for a full detail.. DIDN'T wax my truck.. looked so bad i went to the store on the way home. Spent 3 hours waxing it myself. Service manager was indifferent, knocked a little off price and that was it.
Service promised me my work vehicle would be done. Then had excuses why they didn't have time or parts after sitting on their lot for 5 days. Service Manger lied to me which cost me 2 days of work. Service tech got the truck running but couldn't fix the other items because of mismanaged time by his management team
Fast, efficient. Suggest don't send out "coupons" unless it's actually a coupon with at least a five dollar savings. Would tend to choose elsewhere just because of misleading people with a "coupon." It's a waste of paper and ink otherwise.
We purchase all of our cars from Tee Davis. She is very helpful and always works hard to get you the best deal. She and her assistant Jordan go above and beyond to help make sure that you have exactly what you are looking for and that the process is as painless as possible. Everyone i have encountered at this dealership is fantastic! Highly recommend them! Their customer service is second to none!!
Had my oil changed as usual there. They claimed brakes were at 2mm. So I go to change them buy new pads measure them there well over 4mm almost new. They tried to scam me into spending more money. Sorry Steve brown I’m not buying another car here. Your service department is to blame. This is mess up number 2.

Completely satisfied! I just purchased a new used car for myself from Graff in Durand. Eric was my main salesman, however Dan also helped me out. They and everyone else went above and beyond to make me feel special. This was my first time purchasing my own vehicle but I have been with my mother on many purchases she had made and I don't recall her ever being treated as I was. These people are so accommodating and helpful. So if you are reading this and thinking of making a vehicle.purchased whether new or used, I highly recommend Hank Graff. They are worth the trip. Their prices are never competitive, always outrageous and ridiculous. Their sales people are con men, always say the right thing to get you to overpay for any services. The work is decent if you don't mind the hit to your wallet.
