Walked in, the young man at the desk helped me by going to the back and getting a mechanic to answer my questions. During my 40 second waiting period a woman walking out and asked if I needed help and was extremely rude for no apparent reason. I will no be going back for any reason to give them my money.

Great place for car, truck, or trailer servicing, and repair. I have a Chevy C60 dump/stake truck with dual split rims on the rear, and they replaced them with new tires, (very few tires stores will work on split rims) and replaced a bad hydraulic hose for my dump bed. They have serviced all my cars for ball joints, brakes, power steering pump, lower control arms, and so much more. There are no tire stores that I know of, that provide all the service they do, and do it well! Thank you, for all your service!

I don't always get the best price BUT they've towed me for next to NOTHING. I live in the neighborhood behind them and in certain instances Bruce has let me pay for my tires a few days later. SO thankful for them.

Bruce does all my alignments. Always does a fantastic job! He has an excellent crew of mechanics. Bruce is always helpful on what parts need to be replaced. Also does an excellent job with custom exhaust systems and much more. Excellent family owned business. Also offers towing. I would recommend Croswell Tire and Towing to anyone.

Took them over 3 weeks to fix my sister car. When they told us at least a week. When called the first time to check up on the car said oh I didn’t know you wanted the parts order even though she said that she wanted them ordered. On top of that charge almost 200-250 more dollars than the original price. When got the back the whole inside was messy and cover in mud and dirt. Seemed like they didn’t want to fix the car and was hoping that we would forget about it. Would not recommend this place.
Hacks brought muffler into them to have expanded little. Picked up and looked like funnel both ends. Then they proceed to defend themselves about not knowing how to do. Ppl lack experience shouldn't be working. Then had full to charge me for screwing up muffler .
I own a chevy cobalt. Croswell tire took care of everything. These guy just not mechanics, they are true people who give a Damn. They will do what ever it takes to keep you happy. I couldn't be more satisfied with choosing croswell tire. Thanks to you guys!!#
