Sal's was an absolute dream to deal with and get service from! Quick tow quote over the phone, called them back to get the tow and they were on it almost immediately (they were in the middle of another tow when I called) I was able to drop the keys to them instead of having to drive all the way back to the vehicle which was incredibly convenient for me. Absolute 10/10 experience for me!
Oh the joy of finding a mechanic you can trust!! It turned out it wasn’t my steering etc. After his careful exam, Sal told me I just needed new tires! They had them for me if i was in a hurry but he told me to go to a tire place if a better deal might be easier on my budget. Sal gets my business for as long as i am in this area.

My jeep started making big noises at the front end on Saturday. I didn't want to risk driving it farther so I pulled into a gas station and call sal to ask him to tow it to the garage l for repair. He was on vacation for labor day weekend but said he would have someone pick it up by that afternoon. -he sent a new driver who's name was Mario. Mario was awsome. I was still sitting at the gas station waiting to get myself a ride home and Mario instantly texted sal to ask if he could drop me at my house and sal said that would be fine. I was so grateful I tried tipping Mario 20$ and he was so nice he refused to keep it. He slid it back into my purse when I was not looking.
Thank you very much sal and Mario for making sure I was taken care of on a holliday weekend. You guys are the best.
Sal is a sincere and straightforward mechanic. My exhaust was damaged, and instead of charging me a substantial sum, he devised a more profitable method of completing the task, thereby assisting me financially. I extend my gratitude to you. Drained the batteries in less than 10° weather trying to start my 1989 Ford F-800. Sal’s showed up to my home quickly with two jump packs and had me on the road in no-time! Sal is a great & friendly person. He keeps a well kept & clean shop. My car broke down in July while on a road trip in Michigan. He did an effective fix to get my car back on the road for my long road trip back to Massachusetts in about an incredible 1 & a half hours. His charge per hour of work was very competitive too. If I lived in Michigan again, I would not hesitate to come back here regularly for any needed maintenance.
Very fast, friendly, and affordable. Dropped my van off, they test drove it and gave me an estimate immediately. They had my van finished in less than 24 hours, it needed quite a bit of work. Again, very fast, friendly, and affordable. I will go to them again.

Nice personality and good service. I was able to get my car looked at in 4days from calling. Would have been nice though if they told me a price to look at my car before looking at it though. An unexpected charge wasn't pleasant. I mean I don't expect free but I do expect to have an idea ahead of time.
It was late afternoon on a Saturday, and I got stuck in the middle of nowhere with a flat tire, and no spare came with my minivan. Not knowing who to call for a tow, I called my neighbor and he recommended Sal's. I called Sal and within 20 minutes, he was there ready to tow my vehicle back to his shop. After dropping my son and I back to our house, Sal called me 2 hours later to say the tire had been repaired and I can come pick it up. I did, and it was 8pm Saturday night. Sal went above and beyond any ordinary service, quick to respond and quick to repair. Couldn't ask for anyone better to service my car.

Car sat for almost 5 weeks before being notified the owner had moved it to another facility FARTHER away because they weren't equipped with the tools to fix it. We were notified after we paid for the tow to Sal's that it was sitting elsewhere. If I could give them NO stars I certainly would.
They did an amazing job getting my Durango in and out. Called when they found another issue instead going ahead and leaving it or fixing it without me knowing. Took our truck their for service the following week. Very satisfied customers.
Really nice folks but possibly overwhelmed/understaffed?? because lines of communication & ultimate end goals was not being met & definitely could have been with more effort or different approach -my 1st trip there over the summer was a successful repair, but it took twice as long as most shops for whatev reason? I will return for a 2-outta-3 trial when needed but that will be the deciding factor whether I return again after that or refer them I will discuss all these issues and have already with most but I do like the owner and I think his guys are very competent that's my gut feeling they've been good to me weather the repairs went well or not as planned they still seem like good folks
Ive been going to sals since i got my first car in 2010. He has always been my first choice. All my cars have gotten work done by him. I live over an hour away and still drive up to croswell because sal and his team are the only ones i trust working on my cars. :)

I got my large box truck severely stuck in a ditch, I called Sal’s, they showed up in 20 minutes and spent well over and hour in 10° weather safely tugging away until I got out.

I called sals at 5 o'clock on Friday because another shop could not fix my vehicle. They went right over and picked my vehicle up from the other shop, had it fixed by early Saturday afternoon when the other shop took 4 days to not fix it! Thank you very much sale and your crew, You guys will always be my 1st call.
I locked my keys in my car this morning with a baby in the car. Sal came to my rescue! Extremely fast and polite. AAA couldnt even find anyone to help me. i called and he stopped by on his way into work. No one would ever beat his price! i will definatley be getting my car maintenanced from him from now on because of his courteousness. He went above and beyond anything I expected.
Very polite and got me in very fast! Service was great and even came to tow my car to the shop. I highly recommend this place. I'm from out of town, and if I ever need any work done while I'm here I'll definitely bring it here again.
