I don’t even question it — this is by far the best body repair experience I’ve ever had! First, my truck was vacuumed and cleaned for me, which was a great surprise. Second, they gave me a free pair of sun visors for the driver’s side after replacing the passenger-side ones. Third, I had some unexpected issues that delayed me from bringing the vehicle in for almost a week past the scheduled repair date, but they still provided the absolute best care possible. Throughout the entire accident and repair process, they were the only team that truly showed genuine care for both the customer and the vehicle.

When their loaner car wasn’t available, they went above and beyond by putting me in a rental car at their expense, which I truly appreciated. The team was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. They even detailed my car before returning it to me, which was such a nice touch. Staff were great to work with from the time I dropped off my vehicle, throughout the process, and did an amazing job repairing my Tahoe. I received almost daily updates on progress with working with the insurance company, to parts, to repairs, to pick up. Julian was amazing and very helpful to make the process seamless.
My Lexus had some serious scratches and scrapes. It is Matador Red. I tried twice at another company to have the paint matched with no success. I chose Auto Pride Collision - Birch Run and could not be happier. The car looks fantastic!! The paint has three layers with glitter in it as well. They took their time to get it right.

Auto Pride completed the service on my vehicle while I was out of the country and it was ready upon my return. My car looked brand new where the work was completed. They also cleaned the interior of my car for me. When dropping off my car to have the repairs completed, Auto Pride was kind enough to drop me off at my house. This is the third time we've had vehicles repaired at Auto Pride and I would highly recommend them.

I took my car in for parking lot repairs after someone damaged my passenger side rear wheel well. The staff is very friendly, with great communication during the process, and fast service. I was very impressed when I picked up my car and stepped into an awesome, clean car. They went above and beyond and wiped everything down, including the floor mats, washed all the bird poop off my car, and cleaned my windows inside and out. This is my first visit to this location, and I am beyond impressed. Highly recommend when you are not sure where to go for repairs.
I hit a deer with my car and took my Jeep to the Birch Run location. The work wasn't completed correctly and I took my car back multiple times to give them the chance to fix things. The last time the general manager told me “his guys did the best they can” and now my body panels don’t align correctly and my door has an air leak when driving. I tried to support local but will not be doing that again. I would not suggest this specific location for your collision repairs.
Auto Pride of Birch Run was extremely better than I anticipated. Having a vehicle out because of needing work done on it is very stressful, but Auto Pride did not add to any of that stress. Their communication was top notch, they were up front about time line of repair and what might change it and the finish result looks amazing. They are one of the only body shops still around that offers a free loaner. PLUS, they cleaned/detailed my vehicle, making it look brand new. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The fattest deer of all time ran into my daughter’s car and absolutely crushed it. The team at AUTO PRIDE took the time to listen to me, understand my situation, and repaired the car under budget. Very grateful.

I was not expecting the level of service I received. Above and beyond is what Rusty gave us. The body work done was perfect. And the communication was excellent. I can't tell you enough how great our experience was.
They did not complete the work they said they would do and quality of work was poor. Very disappointing picking up a dirty car. Couldn't believe some painting was done & most of the car was still dirty!
Insurance claim for a damaged fender and light while parked. Friendly, courteous service. Dropped off on Monday, promised within tge week, picked up on Thursday. Thoroughly happy with job and service!
