Call anyone else this place told me they would give me a price before they towed our car, they lied about the miles charged me $300 to get this tiny car out of the ditch after being ran off the road, I told them I had AAA and I wanted to know a price, the guy towed it anyway an told me he’s keeping the car if I don’t pay him

Avoid at all costs. We were stranded on the freeway less than 5miles north of this guy and were even told by a different company that he would be the closest option. He insisted we were too far from him, suggested we couldn’t afford him, and then said he wouldn’t even leave for another hour. Absolutely horrendous. Call Mike’s instead, they did everything in their power to help, despite being 20 miles further away.
My wife and I were out of gas on the freeway so I contacted these guys. They were less than 2 miles away I even typed in roadside assistance and this number came up. I called it and the man that answered told me they didn't do that so I asked him who in the area would be able to and he just hung up. I don't know about the towing business because I didn't get help from them but there PR department sure could use some work. Oh and thank you to fine trooper who did actually help us.
They showed up within 20 minutes of my phone call, were very pleasant, and even let the kids “pull the car” onto the truck bed. Considering it was a holiday they were very prompt and reasonably priced for the distance it was back to my house.
This place is a joke. 350 bucks to tow a car and then they took it 20 miles away instead of 3 miles to their yard . Then had the nerve to tell my that’s a deal! They had the car for an hour. They were unbelievable rude! The owner hung up on me when I asked for a breakdown of the charges.
Very fast service! I was broke down in the Birch Run outlets in a crowded parking lot. They got my car out quickly with no problems and delivered to the suggested address within an hour of my call. It was very affordable as well! I expected to pay quite a bit more! If I ever need a tow in the future I will definitely be giving them a call!
Hello everyone I usually never do this but I like to put a business on notice this business in Birch run michigan is very rude Gray's Henry Towing & Repair  The owner hung up the phone on me twice I’m asking everybody to not use this business for anything
I was in a car accident across the road from their shop. Not kidding, literally 400-500 yard to where they impounded my car. They charged me $465 or the title to the car to tow it there. It was my daily driving car, not only did I lose my vehicle I couldn't even get the scrap value to try and replace it. First time I called they said well we are sorry to hear that, oh by the way, every day you don't pick it up it will cost you another $40. Steer clear of this place, I would hate to know how much it would cost to haul anything long distance.
He showed up within 5 minutes of me calling him! To be fair, I was relatively close to his business when i called but, he was just as pleasant of a person that you would want to show up in a bad situation. 50 bucks later I was back rolling in my vehicle. Reasonably priced.
took care of my son in Saginaw on I-75 @ Zilwaukee (and my frantic call from an Ann Arbor parent) when he needed someone to get him at 12:30am. Nobody else would take the call (Saginaw wreckers were 'licensed to stay in Saginaw by police"...yeah...thanks) but these guys went and got him. Thank you...you made a parent feel safe and helped my son get to a safe place.
Called in the pouring rain after my car stalled and wouldn’t start again. The man who came out had to lay in the puddles to get my car hooked up. Very nice and efficient. Unhappy I had to call in the first place, but happy about the service.
