Best shop in Grand Rapids. I’ve brung my 2 cars there and EVERY single time they make me feel like a top priority even though they are grinding away at others cars. Aiden the service advisor is best in the game. He makes customers feel like family and makes you feel top priority even with all the other customers cars at the shop. This place is like a hidden gem ! Great communication, man of their word. I got my transmission replaced and transfer case replaced for a really fair price, really satisfied with the results!! They even went out of town to get my transmission in person to be able to receive my car in time ! I really appreciate their team for their hard work and commitment for their costumers!! For sure will come again.
Literally the best auto place in town. The time they give to their customers and the attention to details they put into every vehicle they service is amazing! I've owned my 2015 S5 for one year so far, and they're the only shop to have their hands on it under my ownership. They've sourced and installed the following for me:
034 Intake, AWE Exhaust, All 4 corners of braking components. ECS Lowering Springs, DSG service, RS Grilles (middle, fog lights), Front lip, Rear Diffuser.

This is my first time servicing at Advantage European Auto with Siv. He is patient & professional when explaining the repair process. Siv kept me well informed through the entire service beginning to end (pictures/calls/ft/text). Long story short, aside from already knowing Siv I ran into him one day after shop hours when he noticed a sound coming from my engine. I swear he was like an on-call mechanical doctor lol. He said, it sounded like a water pump/tensioner going bad. Mind you I don’t own a luxurious European car I drive a Toyota Highlander. At first, I was a little hesitant to ask Siv to service my Toyota since he specializes in European cars. Fast forward the next morning Siv performed diagnostics, found the issues (as he had already guessed in the beginning was right), ordered parts all within the same-day. Siv’s quote for parts, labor, and hours to perform the task was fair. I probably would’ve paid an arm and a leg at the dealership. To add on my 64 year old father, an OG self taught in your garage/driveway mechanic praised Siv’s great work. My father was amazed to see a younger generation mechanic still traditionally marking their work/repairs, which doesn’t exist much nowadays is what my father expressed. Thank you Siv for making my Toyota Highlander feel welcomed for service.

I originally took my RS3 to a few different shops to get some quotes on an issue I was having with my engine. I was to thrilled with the quotes I was getting or thoughts of damage to my engine. While pondering the other quotes, I was driving down the road near post family farms one day and seen this shop, Advantage European auto. I pulled over in to check it out, and this was by far the best place to find! They took my car in quickly, found the issue (which was pretty extensive ) and got right on it. Very honest and hard working group of guys here and can’t say enough good things about this shop. I got my RS3 back and runs and drives like it’s brand new. Amazing shop. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family. They always communicate and give updates on the work they are doing and always follow through. This shop will go out of there way to do the right thing and make sure there clients are being taken care of.

I bought a 2012 Audi A4 from Siv and David, and these guys are the real deal. I give them hands down a five star in all avenues. they are super helpful, honest, and friendly, and Siv even agreed to come meet me at like 830 at night to look at the car! very very helpful people and for sure gained my trust and will definitely be coming to these guys whenever something goes wrong with the car. also, they priced the vehicle very daily and even accepted my negotiation in the end. if you are ever unsure where to take your car, these guys are 100% always the right answer.

My Audi Q7 was leaking power steering fluid and I called the shop and Siv told me to come by, topped it off (as it takes a special kind) and then got my car in the following week to take a look at. Siv kept in communication with me the entire time on what they found wrong, sending pictures (before/during/after) and quotes before doing any work which was very appreciated. We will definitely be bringing all of our vehicles to Siv and team going forward. We are very pleased with their work and customer service. You won’t be disappointed!

Advantage European is a Euro Shop for everything you might need! The staff is super friendly and will go through all the options you have, and do what they can to work reasonably within your budget.
I highly recommend AE for whatever work your Euro (or any other car they work with!) might need. I have an older, higher mileage Audi that I have been keeping alive and few shops want to work with it because parts are difficult to source and the labor isn't exactly straightforward. AE gave me a quote that beat every other shop, made solid recommendations on things to get done while the car was apart (so I don't have to do them later and pay for the labor twice) and had parts availability for some of the less commonly stocked stuff at a price that was hard to argue with.
They also offer payments through Affirm which is awesome! While I firmly believe in having a budget for when things break, that isn't always possible for everyone or every repair that might sneak up. A smaller monthly payment rather than paying thousands $$$$ all at once makes major repairs much less stressful and keeps the car safely going down the road.
If you need work done, David, Siv, and the rest of the guys at AE are a place you should 100% check out. I will 100% be going back when I need work done again!
