Working with Derrick was one of the best towing experiences I have ever had. This guy was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked extremely hard for my crappy situation. During my chaotic time this guy was doing the Lords work. He could run his own company for sure. EXCELLENT work and customer service.
They have been nothing but kind, efficient, and helpful. They gave me recommendations on all sorts of car related questions, towed my car everywhere it needed to go, and gave me advice on getting the cost of a tow back from my insurance. One of the mechanics screwed in some self tapping screws on the floor of my truck into the dashboard of my vintage 35 year old truck. Literally HOURS after it was taken in. The driver also wouldn't let me take my possessions out of my truck when it needed a tow.
I trusted these people that my truck would be safe. I will be coming up there personally to talk to the owner. I have an audio recording statement from where my vehicle is currently stating they never touched the vehicle and I got to the vehicle before they took pictures of it.
I'll be filing a police report for vandalism with this shop being responsible.

A&M Service Center, Inc, you said that once I decided to hire you, you would be there with me on the highway; but when I look back at the time I needed you the most, I see only one set of tire tracks on the road.
To which A&M replied, "we appreciate your business and we would never leave you on the side of the road. During your times of mechanical failure, when you see only ones set of tire tracks, it was then that we carried you."
And I was all like, yeah, that makes total sense now because I remember riding in the tow truck. Thanks dude.

Friendly, quick, and helpful. The phone operator was very kind and worked well with myself and the driver trying to find my place. From the time I called to the time he got there was maybe 10 minutes. Paul was the driver and he was lighthearted got my car to move and offered to follow me to the service garage to make sure it was all okay. This will be my place to call heaven forbid anything else is to happen. Thank you guys for being so kind and helpful!

We were stuck on a curb/ditch on a snowy evening. We called, they took our info and told us it would be 45 minutes. Got us right out. John was very kind and speedy- even told us most insurance would reimburse for 1 tow a year. Price was very reasonable. Thank you!

My car died on the I75 on ramp on new years eve. Called them the next day, they picked the car up and they had me up and going within on Tuesday after a holiday weekend. Very happy with the service and the price. Friendly staff in the office and the Tow driver was friendly as well.
Great company! We purchase vehicles from their customers on a regular basis. Their customers are always so pleasant when they call, which is not the norm when dealing with tow companies. All we hear is how well they were treated by A&M. Very pleased with their service.
Towers in general get a bad rap & 90 percent of the time, its not their fault. Its not always a pleasant experience having your vehicle towed and they really make it a lot easier on the customer.

Last week, my car shutdown on Woodward Avenue. I needed a tow truck and Greg came out and did an excellent job towing my car away. He was professional and extremely friendly. He makes A&M Service Center Towing look very good. I would totally recommend this company based on the customer service that I received from Greg! Superb experience!
My driver was so great! He tried everything he could to get me back to running before we towed the car. My repairs were great- they worked with me and told me what was worth repairing and what wasn't. They gave me options and made sure i wasn't wasting my money. Everyone was nice, helpful and seemed to genuinely care about the position i was in! Great business!!!
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! You are the best! My car stranded me in the rain and cold the night before Thanksgiving and AAA sent A&M's towing. I was shivering so hard by then that tow-guy Steve turned up the heat and had me thawing out in the cab of the truck while he loaded the car. (He even got back in the car and rescued my holiday turkey.) He tentatively diagnosed the problem as the alternator and asked if I had a place to do repairs. I didn't know where to go so he offered to take the car to A&M Service and speaker-called the shop so I could make arrangements. Now, the next day was holiday so they were closed, but, this morning (Friday) they got right to work on my car and had it finished by early afternoon! They even managed to fix a couple issues seems unrelated but have disappeared since the repair. MY life is already spread thin with running a business, caring for my 96yr old father (trying to keep him independent!) and just all the everyday life stuff. Your staff, Steve from towing and Al in the service area, took the time and extra effort to make a difficult situation into a (relatively) stress free experience. Thanks Guys! This is by far the best place to have your car service. The mechanics do a great job finding the problem and fixing the issues efficiently and fast. The mechanics are extremely honest and do not try to find things wrong with you car to charge you more money. I’ve been using this company for about a year getting my car serviced and each time I walk away extremely satisfied. If you are looking for a honest and great mechanic this is the place to go. They give you great prices and the cost of repairs is really affordable. The employee Al does a great job and provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this establishment for you auto needs!!
Can’t put into words how awesome this company is!! OTR trucker and wife. We had part of our load slip on the ice on our trailer. It was hanging part way off. After 2-3 hours of us trying everything we knew to do a young man in a pick pulls up and asks if we need help. 10 minutes later he had a flatbed tow truck there with him. The 2 young men(Kyle and Greg) helped my husband for about an hour at no charge during their lunch break. Unfortunately we were still stuck. After 6 hours (now 3:00 am) we gave in and called the tow company and asked for a tow truck. Another 2 gentleman and 2 trucks showed up. they get us all taken care of. They apologized for not realizing we were there sooner (we were in a lot half a block from their company). I told them no worries they were life savers. They worked harder in the cold weather with what they had so we wouldn’t have to call in their expensive rig tow truck. Who does that any more? They were looking out for their customer before their pocketbooks. Because of these wonderful men we even made our delivery on time, no damaged and no injuries!! Thank you A&M Service!!!
Very rude and threatening drivers. Dont even check a vehicle before towing it. Not safety concerned at all. Driver of truck 211 confronted me in an angry way. And looked like he was going to g to take a punch. Used profanity towards me. When I just asked him a question. Very sad. Smh
I had a flat tire and couldn't get the tire off to put on the spare. I called AAA and they sent Jarod from A&M. He got there quickly and fixed the tire. He was very nice, friendly and had an exceptionally great attitude especially for having to come out on such a cold day. Highly recommend this business.
I didn't have a pleasant experience with the tow truck driver. Of course AAA and Discount tire assisted me with care. The driver had walked to my car with no greeting whatsoever....very cold and said, "leave your keys in the truck and you can get in my truck". No greeting or did he even try to verify who I was. After he got in the truck, he did not say a word to me. I had to say something. I said, "you are not friendly or pleasant at all to be providing service to customers". His response was, well I'm sorry I can't entertain you while I'm driving". Perhaps good morning would have work at the first approach. No need to converse but a greeting is expected when you're getting paid for a service. The customer pays AAA and that's how your company get paid.
I never have done ratings but this is the second one I have done in the last three months. I hope this helps the towing company to improve on their customer service.
Our oldie broke down after driving Woodward for the Cruise. We used this service through AAA, and it was a pleasant experience. For being an extremely busy day, they were quick to come out, hook up, and drop off. Our driver (I believe his name was Jerry) was so fast and efficient. Very friendly as well. I would use them again, for sure!
These guys made my day 100% better. I used the AAA Roadside Assistance through them. I had a bad battery, and they drove out to my car, ran diagnostics, confirmed the bad battery, and replaced the battery all right outside my own house within 30-60 minutes. It was a life-saver. They sent David, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, considerate, helpful, and was a joy to talk with. It was truly one of the best service experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend them.
