Alfonso did a wonderful job pulling my Honda Accord from a ditch boarding a church parking lot. He was there within an hour of my calling for service.

My car battery was giving me hard time, so decided to purchase a new one. I called AAA and i made a appointment for the next day. I got a technician from Troy Auto,who came and replaced my battery whit a new one. The technician ask me about my email address so they can send me the work invoice, but they never sent it to me. And i called AAA inquiring about my receipt and they connected me to Troy Auto for this matter. They were rude and telling me to call back AAA. After couple hours Troy Auto sent just a basic receipt from my credit card charge, no work invoice. Very disappointed about the way i was treated.

Best in Michigan !!! Everything !!!!! Most Importantly they have the best costumer service!!!! They take great care of you and your vehicle. Make sure you visit this location.

The weather was pretty bad today, and I ended up with a flat tire, so I called roadside assistance. I was told that the arrival time might be delayed due to the weather, so I was a bit worried while waiting. However, they arrived in just 30 minutes and quickly replaced the tire. I really appreciated the fast and professional service

Dan and everyone at the service desk were super helpful and got me in and out really quick fixing some flats on my truck! Will definitely be coming back here to get further service done thank you so much!

Amazing service, they managed to fit me in for a long distance tow on my work van at 5 o'clock with crappy weather conditions. These people are the best!

Specifically asked repeatedly for them to move my car on neutral and not to drive my car. I even prepared and installed the tow hook for them as it was dangerously low on coolant, but they sneakily drove it on truck anyway without my approval while I was on a call. Very bad service would not return. If triple AAA assigns you this provider I’d call back and get another instead unless you’re willing to take a risk of them damaging your car, I may rate bad on triple a survey too. Very disappointing

Mr. Montell Was simply amazing it was snowing and he did my tire changed fast and effective. Roadside assistance quoted 40 minutes he arrived faster than that. Mr. Montell very professional in when he arrived and accurate with the job.Definitely recommend Mr. Montell to all my friends and family if they ever I need. I know who to call if it ever happens again.

Montell made what started as an awful night, a whole lot better. He helped me into my locked car quickly and was very nice to boot! Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I believe this is the one of the best ever interactions between AAA and the company Troy Auto Transport. He came with the gas, still didn't start he actually came out of his pocket and bought starter spray to see if we could jump start the car and it still didn't work, so I had to get a tow this man helped me push my car to a parking spot and called me just to make sure I was OK on my walk home. He was just incredible and i salute those guys for helping out so much.

Mr.Montell came to my rescue when I had a tire blow out on my SUV. He arrived promptly and put my spare tire on in a few minutes. He is a very personable young man! Thank you so much Montell!!

Houston was great! Within minutes of requesting a tow on my cars app I got a text he was on it. He called me right after to verify my location. The car was picked up and towed to the dealership all within 1 hour of the incident. Amazing friendly and efficient service. Thanks Houston and Troy Auto!

Highly recommend this shop, they are AMAZING, great people, and reasonable prices. WILL NOT go anywhere else!! Little back story- Growing up my dad did all car repairs, once I hit my teens (around 2001) he started taking the cars to a local Midas, and a man named Ron became our regular mechanic, he was good. My dad passed in 2006 and shortly after, Ron had opened his own shop, so mom and I followed Ron to that shop. Seemed ok at first, but after a while I started noticing he was charging us ALOT, we’d go in for an oil change and end up walking out with over $1000 worth of work, EVERY time. I may not be an expert, but my dad was a wrencher so I know a little bit. He also continually tried to get my mom to sell him her 1997 fully loaded, pearl white Aurora (apparently his wife really wanted one) kept going to Ron’s shop for a while, until he told my mom she need a new transmission. Upon getting a second opinion, there was nothing wrong with her transmission. When we finally sold the car around 2009, the buyer was looking through the paperwork and asked if we realized we were being charged twice for things. Right then we knew Ron was in fact ripping us off. We hopped around to different shops for a few years, until we finally found Troy truck and auto.

He communicated clearly, carried himself with professionalism and genuine care, and made sure I felt confident that he had my best interests at heart. It's dedicated workers like him who make me feel safe and reaffirm that I made the right choice in choosing this company.

My wife's car battery died and I just couldn't get it jumped - called AAA and within 20 minutes I had someone there to assist. Tiana assessed the issue quickly and had the battery changed out and running in record time. I couldn't have been happier with the service - would definitely recommend!

The radiator on my 2020 Subaru Forester ruptured on the hottest day of the year. I brought it in and they quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered a replacement, which was installed the next morning. While sitting in the waiting room, I observed the interactions between the service writers and multiple customers and to a person they were sure to show their appreciation for their customers. But more importantly, I saw NO attempt to upsell customers on additive this and additive that. This is a common practice at all other shops I've been to, including dealerships. I am confident that my repair was done right at a very competitive price. This will be my "go to" shop going forward and I have already recommended it to my entire family.

I couldn't be more happy with the service and care I was given when trying to get an old family truck back on the road that had been sitting for over 5 years. I live 700+ miles away but was taken care of like a close friend. They towed it in and preformed a very through inspection of the truck, which had a bad fuel leak, fixed the leak and the other items necessary to get it back on the road, and held to their promise on pricing, even when it came out in my favor. I wish there was a shop like this in my town. I would recommend them to anyone for any service. Very knowledgeable great mechanics. Thank you Crew and Staff. They even pressure washed it to get the years of crud off of it from sitting under a tree.
