Very good expertise. one of the last old school real mechanics and has been doing a great job for many years. Craig is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does and does it the old way which is the right way and he holds himself with great integrity and honesty

My dad had originally referred me to Craig at Service Drive Auto over 15-20 years ago now; once my dad had started getting too old to keep doing most of my car repairs for me (& for himself as well) so if my dad {*being someone who knows quite a lot about cars & always fixed cars his whole life –including mine since I was 16!– AND who wants to make sure his daughter -& granddaughter- stays safe on the roads} trusts this mechanic & his shop enough for him to bring his car here and also to tell both me & my daughter to come here, then I ABSOLUTELY trust my dad's opinion & say on the matter...!! & I can say with confidence many, MANY years later that he was right! Because like I said, that was AT LEAST 15-20+ years ago now! And I've been coming here to see Craig at SDA ever since! Plus I also refer pretty much everyone I know to SDA as well because: obviously I trust him, plus his prices are always fair (*FYI: U usually get what u pay for, so be sure to watch out for prices that are "too good to be true" anywhere in life!?) & he's always been willing to work with us or set up payment plans with us (once he knew us well enough of course!) whenever times were tough, & most importantly - HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF!! AND in the entire time we've been coming here we've never had any issues with any of the work that was ever done at this shop! But even IF we had (because I suppose that no one is 100% perfect 100% of the time!?) they stand behind their work with warranty's & guarantees; so I'm confident that any problems would have been rectified right away. ...& so I think all of these things really say quite a lot ON THEIR OWN! But all of those things together with the facts laid out so you're really able to see the whole "big picture" about what you can expect when u bring your car here for service, why would you want to keep looking anywhere else!?! ☆You've just found your new "Go-To Auto Repair Shop"!!☆ ~ I am completely confident that you'll be very happy with the Service & Attention you're going to get at Service Drive Auto! *ESPECIALLY if it's important to you that you're able to TRUST your mechanic is not going to nickel & dime you (or worse, try to con you out of your money!?) ♥︎ ~

Called him about fixing my car because it’s a shop. Prolonged me saying he was backed up. When I finally had my car towed up he calls me the next morning and says it needs different shops and I can get it towed home. Just to find out he didn’t even bring the car in at all. Wasted my time and money.

I ended up taking my Durango to this guy, had him install a used transmission and doing a brake line for me, and a few other msc items such as I wanted the exhaust put back on (it was sitting in the trunk, along with the inner front fenders (plastic inside fenders) put back on. I showed him the vehicle while it was still on the trailer before I even unloaded it -- I wanted to agree on a price and personally show him each thing first. He sped through the entire process and kept telling me to just unload it. We ended up agreeing on an "out the door" price so we unloaded it and thought we where all set. He ended up telling me it will be all set on Monday (come get it then), so I planned around coming to get it Monday, and no call. I waited until Wenesday before I finally called them and asked how it was going. He told me it was going to be done tomorrow and he would give me a call. I waited all the day the next day and finally got a call saying that I would need to pay an extra $100 for parts that he already bought for me and it would be done the next day. I asked him to look at my window please because it only worked when I hit the panel (maybe the wiring is loose or something) he said he would look at it. I was kind of iffey about the extra money but "hes the expert" so I said OK fine. I got a call the following day telling me to come pick it up and when I showed up I saw that the inner fenders where still sitting in the back and not on the vehicle and the window he just decided to prop it up with cardboard that now makes the window fall when you bump it. I walked inside and asked him if he could please put the inner fenders back on like agreed about and he told me he was TOO BUSY and I should just leave them off because my vehicle is going to need more work. WHAT??! He tried to charge me a 4% fee for using a credit card (no mention of this before hand or anywhere noted inside that I could see). I told him no way, i'm already paying an extra $100 and you didn't do everything you said you would. He just said OK that's fine and charged me as normal. I got back into the Durango and drove it away, noticed that the 4x4 shiftier wasn't even put back in properly and missing the trim piece. When I finally got it home (45 minutes away) I heard a snapping sound and the gears wouldn't grab but it would still reverse (what I was doing when I heard it) I shut it off and now the vehicle won't start up again. Just wasted a crap load of money to be back where I started and now I have to take it to yet another shop because there is no warranty and no way of getting it 40 miles there again without a huge tow bill VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! :(

I've had my car in many times with Craig at Service Drive Automotive and he's always done a great job. Craig, the owner has always been honest, fair, and if anything ever needed followup, he was quick to do so without giving any runaround.
