i purchased a car battery that I knew could not be installed by the store. The associate did not ask about help to my car, but offered a cart to push it because it is ‘heavy.’ While rolling down the bumpy ramp outside, the cart tipped and the battery dropped on the ground. I went back in for some assistance and it was another customer who jumped in to save the day. The clerk did follow the customer out, but it was the fellow customer that assured me the battery was ok AND the customer took it to my car! Never any word of ‘sorry that happened’ or ‘how can I help?’ from the clerk in the store. It’s possible this does not align with store policy, but it fell short of positive customer experience. It would have been nice to offer to take it out, drive near the entry for pickup OR to swap the battery out so I felt confident in the purchase. The helpful customer was so upset (I was a bit embarrassed instead) he said he may not return to that store anymore.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Brandon at Advance Auto for going above and beyond to help me! From the moment I walked in, he was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got the help I needed. I came in stressed and unsure about what to do with my car, but Brandon took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me exchange my part, and made sure I left with the right one. What really impressed me was how far he went out of his way — he even had a new part picked up from another store so I could get everything taken care of fast. He didn’t have to do all that, but he did it anyway, and it made a huge difference. You can tell he takes pride in his job and truly cares about his customers. It’s rare to find someone that dedicated, respectful, and helpful these days. Brandon made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m extremely grateful for his help. Advance Auto is lucky to have someone like him — he definitely deserves a raise and a promotion for the amazing service he provides!

I needed help with a pulley on a power steering Pump and not only did Trey help me find the tools in store to connect the pulley to the pump, he helped me along the way to learn to use the tools and we both learned something together. Top notch service.

I had the best experience in this store yesterday. I was helped by David C and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. I needed new windshield wipers and a part to my car. He assisted me in finding exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this location for your car part needs. Thanks again David!

The two people who were working tonight, who helped me change my dead battery in single digit temperatures, shortly before close, and while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude, made my day and saved me a ton of hassle. I will most definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

The staff at this place is very helpful and kind, especially Mike who made sure I was able to put in the antifreeze my car needed. He went out of his way to help and I really appreciated that!

Every time I go there they are extremely helpful and friendly. This particular time (12-16-2024) I needed assistance with a windshield wiper. Mike went out of his way to help, and the wiper works again. Can’t thank him enough!

Staff has no idea what they are doing. I came in looking for a very specific part, with a knowledge of what I was trying to do. They looked at my with a blank stare before taking me to an aisle and then asking me to look up a part on my phone.

I needed new windshield wipers and Rich was the best. We went through a few wipers until we found the perfect ones. Thank you Rich, your the best!!!

I stopped in to get a car fragrance for my car, and they were busy helping others. So I couldn't ask anyone about which ones last a long time and how they smell. So I chose one that was cheap and left. I have been here for parts before and a battery. They have been helpful in the past and got a battery and wound up using the warranty because the battery went bad. It has been good so far.

Richard was very mean giving.me attitude after I picked up my order and they gave me the wrong parts. He tried to tell me I had made a mistake when the order clearly showed the right part number, then when another staff member went to go grab it he wouldn't even verify it was the right part. On my way out they were being completely rude telling me to take the part and go. Will never return to this store

I took my husband’s Jeep there today after taking it to two other places right there. Zack was courteous and friendly. He was able to find the size battery and install it for me in freezing temperatures. I am so incredibly grateful for his kindness. It should’ve been my first thought to use this location versus the other two stores.

They are always helpful and non-judgemental about my total ignorance about car stuff. Easy returns. I have lots of stories about the good service I've received.

The guys were super friendly, and got my windshield wipers replaced for free! They even made suggestions, and told me that buying the cheaper wipers were essentially the same quality as buying another brand. By far, Advanced AutoParts is one the best place for any car needs.

Amazing customer service today from Rich. He is gifted by much more than his automotive knowledge. I've used this store several times and always been satisfied, but never more than today.

I didn't get his name but a very kind gentleman helped my daughter out when she lost her oil cap in the engine. When they couldn't find it he took the time to send her somewhere else to solve the problem. I'm so glad to still find good people in this world!

Tried to return a jumper box, wasnt impressed with it, it is annoying that the charging pins are right out of the box so you need an extension cord to charge it, there are better and cheaper ones on Amazon, I should of just ordered there. The first worker was giving me sass when I said why I wanted to return it and the second boldly lied saying if it has been opened it is not refundable, and especially electrical products, which is also false according to their own return policy. Never coming back here, throwing this jumper box away and buying an Amazon one

Got my check engine code read here. Simple enough. It was a fuel level sensor. When I asked if that was something they carried, the tech told me I needed a whole new gas tank. I asked if they were sure and they emphatically said yes! A whole new gas tank! ....The fuel level sensor is located on the fuel pump. While I appreciate the assistance with my engine code, I don't know if I'd trust them to sell me the right parts. Maybe it was just the tech at that time. Idk.

I have visited this location several times. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I generally do not have a high demand for auto parts other than air filter wiper blades etc. This is my go-to place

The guys here really wanted to help me, and I really appreciate their help. My issue was the battery, they checked it, charged it and finally replaced it for me after some troubleshooting. They had to go and pick it up for me from another location. This is a real customer service! I’m very happy to have such a nice people & service, and will always come here - even if it’s far from my home.

I'm a frequent to all of the standard Auto Parts stores nearby. This seems to be somewhat of a satellite location from my perspective. Typically, unless your vehicle is current gen or under 5 yrs old, they will have to order supplemental parts (i.e. they have 3/8 of the spark plugs you need, they have the pads but only one rotor, etc.). This is not to disparage the staff, however. This has to be one of my favorite locations staff-wise; most if not everyone is knowledgeable, efficient, and tactful in their approach. Sometimes I can chit-chat, other times I'm in a hurry. I'm never hung up with these guys in a rush, and don't feel rushed to leave. I really just wish they had all the stock I need! LOL

Advance Auto parts was extremely helpful, I bought coolant and an obd 2 scanner. The service was quick and cheap, however, I almost bought the wrong coolant until the manager came over and verified that one of the employees had chosen the wrong type. Overall it was a good experience and I will be going back. Just know exactly what you need to get before you go in.

The guys here were great when I came in with questions regarding my Jeep. I decided to replace my own radiator. They made sure I had all my parts and pieces before I left. Definitely my go to auto parts store from now on.

Great customer service...so much better than the auto parts store across the street that shall remain nameless. This Advanced Auto Parts helped me when my car's battery was dying....helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Inventory very good. Highly recommended.
