This place exceeded my expectations! Spent a few hours in this store. Great customer service. Very helpful staff. Very nostalgia looking at things from your childhood and beyond. Great prices. The coffee shop attached is a great icing on the cake. Highly recommend!
A real beautiful antique mall. Filled with true antiques and not reproductions and junk. A rare find compared to many other places that advertise Antiques and don't produce any.
We had a horrible experience today. We asked to see a piece of jewelry and two women were sitting behind the desk. One was eating the other just seemed like she did not want to be there at all. Finally when she opened the door so we could look at the bracelet the girl proceeded to tell us the price was not correct. When we said the price should be honored she got a huge attitude and tried to close the door so we couldn’t look at anymore bracelets. She said to her co worker you deal with these ladies. Where did customer service go. We will be following up with the owners.
I just love the variety at Town Hall Antiques. Each vendor has very different tastes, and specialties, so each area in the store can be very unique and different. They always have a lot of variety and so much to look at. It's definitely worth the time it takes to get through the entire store. Some of the workers there are also very helpful and friendly. I can't wait to go back and see what treasures await me.
Had an awful experience here last weekend. An employee stared at me so long and to the point i felt extremely uncontrollable. Not sure if they believed i was stealing or what but i have never before had such an uncomfortable shopping experience. Needless to say I will never return again.
I only have positive things to say about Town Hall! I have been shopping here for years and have always had an amazing experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My fiance spends a lot of time looking through baseball cards when we go in and he is never rushed or feels pressured. There's always a great selection on each floor! Highly recommend!
I stopped in for Golden Girls day in Romeo and I absolutely loved the energy. Their employees are very kind and helpful. It’s hard to not buy everything. Great shop!
I love this shop. The people are great, the selection of antiques is truly outstanding. Something for everyone.

Very disappointing to see a display dedicated to racist caricatures in a booth on the main floor. Everyone in a community deserves to feel welcome; however making a profit off of degrading memorabilia communicates to the public who is not welcome. Please take these out of circulation.
I have been in this store multiple time, both with my husband and daughter. I've bought numerous salt and pepper shakers and vinyls and have always enjoyed browsing around. however, recently my daughter and I were here and tried on a dress. She walked around with it unsure if she wanted to purchase it. As she continued walking around, she set it down to look at some figurines and browse through a collection of vinyls. Eventually we needed to leave, so left the store empty handed. A few hours later, I just so happened to be scrolling on Facebook and came across a post with a photo of the dress my daughter had tried on saying "Vintage dress stolen from shop in Romeo. You have until 6pm to return it". They then claimed in the comments to have security footage and would be going to the authorities at 6. I immediately asked my daughter if she could recall where she may have set it down. We sent a message immediately on Facebook stating exactly where the dress should be, and then called to let them know where we thought it was. It was of course there, the woman on the phone found it the second the stepped into the booth. She knew right away which booth I was describing, going so far as to say the name of the booth owner (Polly? Pauline? Something along those lines). It's incredibly odd (not to mention unprofessional) that a threatening post like this would be made BEFORE making a quick walk around the store to see if it had just been set down elsewhere. I have to imagine this is not the first time something had been misplaced within the store. While I apologized for the misunderstanding, I surely would have expected an apology for a brazen, accusatory, false post. The dress was not hidden, and certainly not stolen, and we will not be returning.
Edited to add that I contacted via Facebook the shop to ask if they had bothered to look through the store before they made accusatory comments on a public platform to which the woman responded that she is just glad they found the item "by the back door", which was a blatant lie. This type of treatment towards paying customers is gross and unacceptable, and while I initially felt terribly for the mixup, after talking to NUMEROUS people, including another antique shop owner, I realize that the behavior on the shop's part is both negligent and u professional. I'd steer clear. Michigan has a ton of amazing antique shops with owners who are so lovely to talk to and get to know. This is not one of them. Even outside of this experience, I'd say the customer service is crap. The time before this when we came in, the man ringing us up didn't speak a word other than to let us know the price. I'd recommend Livingston Antique outlet. Bigger selection and far superior staff.
This place is one of the best places to find true unique antiques! The owner is so great with helping you look for exactly what you are after. Love this place!
