Highly recommend. Had my wife take our van here for a windshield chip that I thought happened when a gravel train went by me. They inspected it and told us that the chip had already been filled, so they were very honest, and they noticed another small divet that they filled for free. Very honest shop, I’ll be back for any auto glass needs I have!

My rear passenger side window broke. They scheduled me in for an appointment the very next business day. Dropped it off at 2:00pm. Window was replaced within 2 hours. Great work, wonderful people! If you ever need a window replaced in the Northern Macomb County area, this is where you need to go. Look no further!

I was happy with the window but they quoted me for an hour of cleaning and must have only spent an hour cleaning because there was still broken glass all over the place, would have been happy to pay more for more cleaning but I got a hack cleaning job and would leave 5 if they did a full job. Window work was great though so can't complain much since it's just a mess that was left

Romeo Glass, I'm my opinion is what other businesses used to be. Honest, efficient, and reasonable. I done business with them three times now, they always do a great job, and don't take advantage of you. The way they manage thier business keeps small towns alive. Too many have forgotten this.

I had my windshield replaced on my GMC Sierra 1500. You can't tell it was replaced. They did take some time calibrating my forward camera. My truck wasn't completing the sequence. They found a GM bulletin and was able to complete the calibration. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Had window regulator replaced year apart from each other. When confronted with problems turned into a argument on more then one occasion. Still dealing with cheap parts installed and broken door hardware. Would not recommend supporting this business. 800$ spent on garbage parts

I had a rear window replaced on my truck as well as work done on my truck bed side rail caps. What I really liked about this business is their willingness to do what it took to get the job done when it wasn’t a straightforward job, and their price for doing so was very fair. I couldn’t ask for more. They are a very upstanding business which I would highly recommend for glass work and vehicle accessories.

Wonderful customer service! I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before and pick it up the next day once the windshield replacement was complete. The key drop box is very convenient. Extremely professional staff and I will recommend this business to friends and family.

This place is trash. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. All I needed was a simple front windshield fixed and they couldn’t even do that right. I noticed a huge scratch before even leaving this business. They told me an hour wait was expected. Took almost two hours. Didn’t have time for them to “polish” it out so scheduled an appointment two days later to come back and get it finished. Came back that two days later and he (the owner) said it would only take 30 minutes. I waited an hour and ten minutes today and they returned my car with a visible scratch. Let me remind you I was dealing with the owner (what a joke). He told me if he had more time he could get it out didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience after he found out I lived over 30 minutes from the stupid shop and it would’ve been the third time coming to this buisness. Please read these reviews in full before wasting not only your time. BUT MONEY.

I've been to Romeo Auto Glass & Accessories a couple times now. The first two times were for replacing the windshield on our vehicles and the third was to add some tinting to my Jeep's tail lights. These guys do great work and always are good about communicating with their customers. What more could you ask for? Great place, I highly recommend!

The place is great! Needed my windshield replaced ASAP. They were able to get it done the same day in the middle of a pandemic. Went shopping around for prices and they were very comparable. Would highly recommend! The lady behind the counter was very friendly.

Got 2 front windows tinted. They did an excellent job matching rear windows. Highly recommend you won't me disappointed.

I was told when I picked my car up from getting the windows tinted that any bubbles would bake out in the sun, and if the didn't to bring the car back and they would fix it with in the first 7-10 days. I brought my car back to them A week later and was told unfortunately there is nothing I can do to fix it. So I had to take it somewhere else and pay again to have it done correctly!! Stay away!! Horrible customer service!!!

Excellent service. Needed a new windshield. My insurance agent arranged it. Romeo Glass called me within 20 minutes with an appointment time. First rate service. Even waived $100 of my deductible.

Drove 45mins because of a referral from a friend. I had to get my windshield fixed and I'm so glad I made the drive. The counter person was super nice and offered me a glass of water while I waited. She also entertained my terrible attempt at small talk. All and all, the prices were fair, the work was completed quickly, and they have sofa's to relax on while you wait. This is a 5 star business in my opinion.

I brought my 2013 silverado to Rich this past Saturday to have a remote start, alarm system and step bars installed. My truck was done ahead of schedule and looked great. I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again the future!

I am very impressed with Romeo Auto Glasses staff, as they went WAY out of their way to make sure that U Haul honored the promotion that they had offered me. It saved me a lot of money. They treated me with respect and took the time to make the necessary calls to straighten out the situation. Great People and Excellent Service!

Three trips to install a simple remote? 1st trip - owner showed up sooo late to work that I had to reschedule the quoted 1.5 hour job. 2nd trip - shop opened late again. After 2 hours, they advised me they did not have the proper part for the job. Ken at Romeo Auto Glass stated they would procure the part, have it by the following morning and installation would only take 15 minutes to complete with the work they accomplished on the vehicle today. 3rd trip - one employee showed up on time. The owner showed up about an hour late. The quoted 15 minute job took 3 hours. After 3 trips, 60 miles and waiting a total of 5 hours, I have a remote. Hate to see what it's going to take if repairs are needed.
