Had a pretty great experience with the shop, very transparent and thorough on inspections. They give you updates often. Turnaround time on my 1 ton work truck was pretty quick. I will use them again
Had my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 in for a new rear axle, exhaust manifold worked on, and many other miscellaneous little things. Overall, the experience was very easy and felt in the loop on everything as the truck was being worked on. I know a few others who have had work done here and they have all had a great experience as well.
The service was excellent! The people were very friendly and helpful. Took it in for an estimate and they took it right in and done the job. I would give them at least 10 stars! They have a new customer for life!!!

Brad should get a raise, He gives awesome customer service. He got my car in same day i called and offered shuttle service so i didn't have to sit there for 3hrs while brakes, rotors and oil change was done.

The team at RCC has been GREAT to work with they are both professional and knowledgeable about their work and business. They are all very friendly people to interact with as well. I brought in my truck for a transmission flush and fuel filter changes and was handled with care and quick turnaround time at a reasonable price. My experience with RCC was positive. They are very good about letting you know the price and work to be completed prior to any work being done. The biggest positive and reason I decided to have them complete the repairs, was their warranty! 5yr/50,000 on parts and labor.

Brad and the entire staff at RCC have taken great care of both my cars. I like that they give options in how to deal with the repairs and it feels very low stress to me. They stay in constant communication through the whole process and you have clear insight to the work being done.
I brought my vehicle back for follow up after some maintenance was done and they helped me get to my destination as well as resolving the issue at no charge to me. They had the patience to take the time to keep the vehicle overnight to run the vehicle and ensure that the issue had been resolved.
My fuel pump went out on my 5.0 Cummins. RCC worked with my warranty company and help me get back on the road fast and they were very helpful and friendly a long the way.

I took my 1979 Ford F250 to RCC for a dangerous sounding rattle in the front end. My amateur diagnosis was loose calipers. The expert technicians at RCC said it was bad front shocks and bushings. They were right! My 46 year old 79 F250 is quieter than it's been in 15 years. My 46 year old Ford is now as quiet as a 20 year old Ford or as quiet as a 4 year year old rusted Ram or Chevy! Great job RCC! ?
RCC is a great company to work with. We had our Dodge RAM 2500 at 2 Dodge dealerships for issues with our transmission (inadequate power when pulling a trailer). Both said that the transmission was fine. We took it to RCC due to their experience with Cummins products to find out that the transmission was bad. We were scheduled to leave on a 5 week trip with our camper and they were able to turn it around quickly allowing us to take our vacation
As a commercial motor vehicle operator, I needed a tire repair and they immediately accommodated me, getting me back on the road quickly. The technicians were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
I would take your business elsewhere. Bring in my 06 powerstroke I was initially told it was a ficm. I then have to ship it back to the original vendor. He properly diagnosed the ficm as there was no issue. Go back to rcc as to why I'm getting conflicting diagnosed. They then say it was the techs fault and he is no longer with them. Thanks for the waste of time. Then it seems with them it's always that you need a new motor. Against my better judgment I proceed to go this route as I needed my work truck back in service. As per usual with rcc the bill keeps ballooning and poor communication with them. I finally get the truck back and already have issues. They had no issue cashing my check immediately. I'm going to have an independent shop go over there work as I don't have much faith that things were done correctly. I would highly advise taking your business elsewhere.
Was out of town buying a used Buick Lacrosse. I brought the car here for a pre-purchase inspection. They did a thorough job, and were very friendly. Even helped me figure out that my car’s console arm rest was adjustable. And he worked out an estimate for strut/shock replacement even though I’m out of town. I felt valued and looked after while there even though other stuff was also going on!
I have had my oil changed there a couple of times. RCC makes it so easy and convenient to drop your car off. The staff there are very kind and professional. My husband also has had a few cars taken there for mechanical work, they’re very transparent with what your vehicle needs done, and always done in a timely fashion, and such quality work as well. I highly recommend RCC Automotive!
I truly appreciate the work and professionalism I experienced at Rollin' Coal Customs. They installed a Fass lift pump for me. In my 2014 GMC Denali Duramax 2500.
Brought my OBS Ford F250 to these guys for an injection pump that needed to be replaced. Not only did they handle that, did a full inspection on my truck for me. Professional, great communication and great pricing. Going to be going back to see them when my truck needs work! Thanks again to RCC!
