The service rep on the phone was very helpful with answering my questions and letting me know when the tow truck would pick up my car. The tow driver was equally great with explaining to me what he was going to do, taking my vehicle to the garage to be repaired and was speedy in getting to where my vehicle was!

Grand Valley Towing was a godsend. My daughter‘s car died on the side of the highway and the were prompt and responding and dispatching a driver to tow the car. The driver was an excellent communicator and very compassionate about the situation. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was given it was a weekend and an urgent situation. Wow! Not sure when I’ve had better service. Brent came out and wasn’t able to help due to truck size but Jeff came and effortlessly got the Camaro down 5 flights of tight spaces and low headroom - smooth as silk. Office staff easy to deal with and great communication.
I locked my key fob in my car yesterday. I have 2, both were with me and yes both were in my car. The car isn’t even supposed to lock when the fob is inside. After trying to get in contact with friends/family who have lock out kits and getting nowhere I called these guys! I was NOT disappointed. They had Ian out to me in less than an hour! I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their vehicle.
Dispatch was very helpful. Once I told them where I was broken down at she said she would get someone to me asap, as it was an unsafe area to be during rush hour traffic. The driver called me immediately to let me know he was on his way. Was there within 1/2 hour of me calling them. Very professional, and prompt. My safety was a priority. I was picked up by a very nice gentleman off the highway ramp just off Plainfield Ave this morning. The way he handled the situation was decisive and respectful. The trust I placed in him to take my vehicle to its final destination was not a concern for me.
The dispatcher was extremely prompt, kind and professional and gave me all the information I needed to have my car towed. The driver was very kind and detail oriented and made sure he got my car and keys and kept me in communication the whole time while picking up and dropping off my car. Rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!
Really Kind, came relatively quick. I wanted them to wait a little bit so I could eat and they did. Got it there and overall just was great. If I need a tow again id go to them unless I could find a cheaper route lol

I unfortunately crashed my car into a ditch at 1am, and it obviously needed to be towed out. My immediate worry was how am I gonna afford an after hours tow bill. But I swallowed my worry and called grand valley towing. They showed up promptly, the man who was there Eric was so kind and understanding. He towed my car out promptly and even checked if it was drivable for me ( it was thankfully ) And then the part I dreaded came. Payment. When he told me it was only gonna be $150, I cried there was no after hours charge just charge for the towing. His service and kindness were immaculate. I recommend grand valley towing if you want quick efficient reliable and affordable service!
Once I put in call because my battery was dead, from accidentally leaving head lights on auto.
Very pleasant man arrived within 30 minutes to use battery operated jumpers. Once attached it did not jump my battery he tried for at least 5 minutes.
Went to his work truck pulled out another battery operated jumpers. Started my car up within a minute. It helped me out immensely. I was not from the local area, so had no that I knew personally to contact.

Best service ! My tow truck driver John was amazing ..took care of my 2010 corvette grandsport ..he made sure it got to my destination in a timely matter ..highly recommend him ..he deserves a raise !
The tow truck was there within 10 minutes (everyone else was at least 90 minutes) and the driver was so nice and could tell I wasn’t happy, so he said we would get out of the intersection and go to the body shop where we could figure everything out. My car was completely dead with the window down and he told me to go ahead and leave and he will jump it and make sure it was closed. This driver made one of the scariest moments in my life, easier to handle! The price was $200.00 bucks less than other companies in the area AND the service was exceptional!! Thank you for a great experience in a crappy situation. I will only use you going forward!
I already knew it was a very busy evening, they previous company I called the wait was too long for me. When the driver arrived he was very friendly, loaded my car and placed it in my driveway and was on his way.

John (driver) called with an ETA, drove our car to the dealer in Holland, then sent a text with a photo of my car at the dealer, just to confirm everything was taken care of. Made me feel so at ease after having my car break down along the highway. Would highly recommend them.
We had an unexpected breakdown of a family members car. I am not accustomed to using towing services so we went with Grand Valley Towing because they were recommended by Georgetown Auto Center who is doing the repairs. I called and got friendly and prompt pickup at a time that was convenient. Jeff was the driver who picked up the car.
