We got stuck in a snowbank today with whiteout conditions and I misjudged the ramp onto the freeway. That’s a scary situation to be in all of a sudden. Grand Valley service was amazing from the very first moment with the gentleman on the phone who initially helped us all the way to how quickly Andrew was able to arrive despite terrible conditions and how busy all the tow companies must have been. He helped us so calmly, efficiently, and with compassion and kindness-it really felt like he was an angel sent to us. Thank you so much for rescuing us and making it the smoothest possible experience. We highly recommend this company!
They said it would be 2 hours in the snow storm to pull my wife’s car out. Randy was there in 1.5 hours and was quick and efficient. Also pulled another ladies car out who had pulled over to help.
I’m so glad I called Grand Valley Towing on this snowy day in January when my car slid sideways and I was unable to get out of the snowbank. Andrew, the wonderful tow truck driver was there to pull me out within approximately 12 minutes! He was very helpful, courteous and friendly and seemed happy I didn’t have any damage done to my vehicle. I’m giving them a 5 star rating and will keep their number in my phone always! As I was driving around the tow truck, I got sucked into a snow drift and went into a deep ditch. The tow truck driver was kind enough to offer services. He was great!
They arrived within a half hour to pull me out of the ditch, others were stating 2 hours!! I was sent a text when they were on the way and the driver called when he was within 5 miles. Driver was extremely friendly. I would definitely use them again!

Driver was a great guy. Even with the extreme cold whether we’re having. Just was all around great service was in a tight spot after work stuck with my truck overheating and made it to me in decent time. Would recommend everytime
I've used Grand Valley towing numerous times over the years and have always had a good experience. Even today in terrible winter weather (when I'm sure tow trucks were very busy) they were very prompt and friendly in getting my vehicle picked up.
I was in a bad way due to blocking both lanes with my truck at a railroad crossing. The dispatcher got me a tow truck within 20 minutes of my call. The driver was able to jump both of my batteries and patiently waited until I got my truck to the side of the road. It was only about 5 degrees outside so I am grateful for their quick response.
Seth and Ian blessed me today by giving me a free tow. Before Seth reached out to me I was sitting in my car freezing and stressed out. I was calling different places and just couldn’t foot the bill. Seth made sure i would get home and sent Ian. Ian made sure i was warm, comfortable and safe. These are good people who serve their community right. i’m so glad Ian came and got me. His humor and nurturing spirit really turned my day around. I needed a blessing, Seth and Ian came and did just that.
I had a flat tire at home and needed a tow. They had great communication on arrival time and given the roads were bad this morning, they were very quick. Guy was great and fast. 10/10 recommend

I was impressed with the towing service. The response time was quick, and the driver arrived right on schedule. He was not only professional but also friendly and approachable. The pricing was fair and matched what was quoted. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would definitely choose their service again in the future.(but I hope I don’t have to)
My truck broke down and I needed a tow. Did a quick Google search and this company showed up with glowing reviews. The experience was the same for me. Fast response and affordable price. As an added perk I got a ride to my destination. I rode with Andrew and his truck was super clean. We had a good chat on our 30min drive. Hopefully I don’t need a tow again, but if I do, I know who I can call.
The service to get my car towed couldn’t have gone any easier! GV towing even dealt with my insurance and my reimbursement. All I had to do was meet Andrew in the parking lot and hand him the keys. He was friendly and professional. Good job GV Towing. I’ll definitely you use again, but hopefully I won’t need too since my car is a 2025!

The company was awesome. They were easy to use and were there quickly after I called. They had it towed where u needed to go and the while thing was complete, start to finish within an hour. Definitely a great company!
Grand Valley Towing was a godsend. My daughter‘s car died on the side of the highway and the were prompt and responding and dispatching a driver to tow the car. The driver was an excellent communicator and very compassionate about the situation. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was given it was a weekend and an urgent situation. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely use them again.
Wow! Not sure when I’ve had better service. Brent came out and wasn’t able to help due to truck size but Jeff came and effortlessly got the Camaro down 5 flights of tight spaces and low headroom - smooth as silk. Office staff easy to deal with and great communication.
The dispatcher was extremely prompt, kind and professional and gave me all the information I needed to have my car towed. The driver was very kind and detail oriented and made sure he got my car and keys and kept me in communication the whole time while picking up and dropping off my car. Rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!
Best service ! My tow truck driver John was amazing ..took care of my 2010 corvette grandsport ..he made sure it got to my destination in a timely matter ..highly recommend him ..he deserves a raise !
