Absolutely love this company! Dispatch picked up instantly. When I called they were so polite, kind, and understanding they told me that it was only going to be 30 minutes until the tow truck driver arrived which never happens!! I was expecting at least 1 hour. They allowed me to leave the vehicle and pay over the phone which was a huge help! Once the tow trucker arrived, then called to tell me that he had checked out my vehicle and found out that it was just the battery. He charged the battery and then waited for me to arrive back to the vehicle. I have to say this was one of the kindest companies I've dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone!!
I live and work at Exodus Place and had to call Hermitage towing a couple times and the dispatcher says they don't have any drivers available til morning and yet the website says they are open 24/7 but no drivers are available how do you run a 24 hour towing service with no drivers available until morning
If I could put 10 stars I would! Was currently on Alpine Ave. and noticed a older woman clearly living out of her car that had a HELP sign in the window. Preceded to talk to her and she told me her battery was dead, she had no money and no phone and she needed a jump. Not having any cables I told her I would get her some help. I called Hermitage Towing and told them of the situation. I told them I would pay for the jump to help her. He took my name and number and said he would go check out the situation and call me back. He did just that - he jumped her van, called me back and did not charge me. Truly an act of kindness! Thank you for being so generous and God Bless this towing company!!! The best!!
This place says that it is opened 24 hours. However we visited and nobody was there. We called and they said they would be back in a "couple hours," and that we should call before picking the car up. Also we did not know, but payments can only be made in cash. It is also poorly marked, hard to find, and the signs are all spelled different than on maps.
I was stranded for the first time and needed to ride with the tow company and I was lucky enough to have an amazing tow truck driver named Dennis! He was fast and totally efficient, I could not have asked for a better experience. I cannot thank him enough! I hope his company knows how lucky they are. Thank you again Dennis
Van got towed.. They were very rude and disrespectful.. Had to give up my van just to get my belongings out.. Wanted $310 just to get it out the next day... Ridiculous..terrible.. Immoral
What a great group of folks. First they worked hard with me on the phone to try and resolve the issue without having to charge me...then, when they did have to come out, they were there in 15 minutes, went out of their way to make sure my wife didn't have to get dirty pushing a car, and resolved my situation quickly and completely. Thank you very much for helping me move my camper to a safe place!
What a lifesaver! Couldn't believe how fast he arrived. In and out, I wish my mechanic was as reliable as Hermitage Towing! Only number I need for a tow. he's 2 for 2 on saving my day, and I won't look elsewhere.
Highly recommend this company!! I got into a fender bender and the guy who answered the phone was out as soon as he could. He was extremely helpful and was considerate of my being from out of town. He assured me that my car would be safe at his place of business until my insurance decided what would happen next. He followed up with me to make sure we were on the same page as far as my insurance decisions. Overall probably one of the best experiences I have had with an automative business ever and if I am ever in the area again or if I know someone in the area, Hermitage Towing would be the only choice.
Last night whIle driving down alpine I got 2 flat tires! Yikes! Today I called around for a tow truck and finally settled on hermitage towing!! Wow am I glad I did. Fast and friendly service even out in the freezing cold. Super happy and impressed with how polite the driver was! Definitely will save their number for the future!!!
Hit a big pot hole tonight and popped both of my driver side tires. Had summer wheels with tires on them at my house and met the tow truck driver who went ahead and switched all four wheels in the cold rain. Got there within a half hour and much better priced then others I called and got very friendly service from Dennis. Would definitely recommend.

Middle of the snow storm last night, managed to lock my keys in my car that was running. All other towing companies were rude and annoyed with my request. When I called Hermitage, they told me they could have someone there in 20 mins. The gentlemen that arrived was so friendly and helpful. Forever grateful for y'all. Now I know who to call next time I manage to do something else.

Woke up for work. Learned quickly that my car was going no where and in need of a tow. Called Hermitage at 8:15. They were at my house within 15 minutes. Getting towed and to the shop was less than 45 minutes. Great service and extremely affordable!! I do not know why I would use anyone else.

We are oin the area to take our youngest son to DeVos Children's Hospital for a MRI tomorrow. Can you imagine our frustration when our car did not start after lunch? Our heart's literally sank. We called a few companies and were told that we needed a larger tow truck to carry our family to a rental shop. We called and spoke with Dennis Coffman. He arrived with a smile and a great attitude. He was AWESOME at showing our three children his truck and talked with them as much as he did with us. He turned a very frustrating day into a fun experience!!
