Was called for a tow…they never showed up OR called. When called I was told the driver would call once they were on their way. Three hours later…still no call! My insurance roadside assistance had to call for a different tow service since they were way out of the time window already. I missed the time to get the car to the repair shop before it closed because of that. Not good service.
Chop came out and knew what my issue was right away once I told him and I ended up not even needing a tow. He could have just not said anything, did the tow and went about his way but he saved me a ton! Greatly appreciate him for that!

Honestly cannot believe the disregard for other drivers and your surroundings. Was in a car dealership parking lot with brand new cars all around tow truck came flying up didn't stop I like didn't think it was going to stop he did stop and then as I'm trying to get around him he continues to keep moving forward to block me in I have nowhere to go behind me. And sir we all have places to be the car you were Towing wasn't going anywhere seriously people need to be more kind to each other and if you're driving for a company I I would expect you to at least have respect for other drivers on the road. Are you to put zero Stars if you want to make a posting but no not even a one star
This place is 1 of the worst towing companies ever.... be careful when driving on the highway next to them.. they will cut you off and flick you off for no reason.... it happened to me on 131 north bound... apparently the driver does not get the concept of the zipper merge.... that's not how you act driving a company vehicle.. I should call the companie and let them know
Waited 2 hours for tow. Just to call them and they said" your tow is at a priority tow, car crash." Dispatch didnt inform me or my insurance company still waiting.
I was on side of highway with my dog and no one to come help when my car broke down. I had no way to reach HD as the lines went to voicemail and I left a message, then upon calling back, the voicemail was full! I sat there a long time without any way to communicate with them.
Mannnn I was sitting in my car for 2 minutes while I needed to quick park somewhere, and I felt my car being moved backwards and turned around and saw I was being towed!! The guy didn’t even check to see if someone was in the vehicle… mind you the car was still on. I jumped out and said um hello?? And he said “oh you’re in there, my bad” and then he unhooked me and drove away. What on earth HD towing??????
Hector from HD Towing was the absolute best. He was kind, helpful, patient and efficient. No one likes car problems, but working with Hector made it so much better.
HD Recovery saved the day for me as I needed a tow, 2 hours away from home!!! Driver Chop and dispatcher Tomi specifically worked with me to resolve my desperate situation. Please folks give HD Recovery a call if necessary!!

a tight parking place at Costco amid anxious car owners nearby.
And do it skillfully. He even knew of a closer Christian Brothers for

My vehicle was impounded while in possession of “Wise Carl” the mechanic… The dispatcher at HD “Tommy” was amazingly helpful! She went above and beyond to ensure she could make this mess as palatable as possible!
Tomi went above and beyond for me. My insurance placed the wrong address and was not doing anything to help me as a valued customer. Because they kept placing both I and HD on hold and hanging up, Tomi decided to waive any fees and just help me get my car towed to the right place. I am extremely appreciative of her for doing this and going through this frustrating situation with me. Please reward her!!!!
I have dealt with many a towing companies and this one rises about the rest. When put in a difficult situation these folks pulled up their boot strings and helped us figure everything out. We use these folks on a regular basis. We will never need to find anyone again. The professionalism and consideration is amazing. They do what ever they can to get you the help you need. I would five 100 stars if I could. As a matter of fact I will be calling them in a couple weeks to help me move a truck. 2 thumbs up! Thanks !
Chop was very quick. The eta told me 40 minutes but he showed up in 10 minutes very fast and professional and a great attitude. a funny person. Very out going I will definitely be calling HD Back for another tow. Thanks chop and stay safe out there.
Just had the most fantastic service from one of your drivers; he came to pick up my MGB. He was prompt, professional, and so gentle with my car it was artful the way he handled it.

These boys get the job done and the young man who picked up my daughters car is top shelf he made my 8 hour window the first thing Friday morning and now my weekend has started. Dispatch lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. My finances car was towed right before their office closed and we called to figure some things out. The website says their office hours are 9-6 and we called at 5:30. Before we could even ask any questions her greeting was “hi our office is closed” so when we tried telling her that the website is wrong then and that makes things confusing she said “well yeah I guess it’s wrong, we’re closed have a good one, bye” and hung up. I don’t understand how someone can be so rude working in customer service and especially at a place where they make money taking peoples cars.
Gene had my safety in mind above all else! He took great care of me, offered to walk my keys in to my mechanic, and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. It made a really bad day into a minor inconvenience. I appreciate it!
HD Recovery is Awesome ! Sam took the time to explain how he was going to Load My Corvette, he was very Careful, Kind And Courteous, and he even refuse my tip, I am very grateful for Sam and his skills. I will use them again for sure !!
Contacted for towing at 7pm, sat until 9:30 pm. Eta was 90-120 minutes. Then at the 2 hour mark the eta just said "arriving soon". I called over and over from 9:30pm until they closed at 10pm. No word, no response, no call back, no tow truck showed up. I just walked 5 miles home and used a different company the next day. I will never, EVER use this company again.
This driver tried to pull me out of ditch with a hook and put a hole in my rims
When he pulling it out and we both heard it burst a hole on my rim he hurriedly went and pull it out and when we started arguing coz he refused to take responsibility for what he did he threatened to call the cops on me and was calling me names after lying about it how it was a rock that went through my rim and punctured it
I called his office and off the phone they threatened me and called me names
I had the pleasure of working with Tommie at HD Recovery today and her customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend their company. Tommie was very informative and so helpful. A true blessing. Without her help today I would've been out of hundreds of dollars that I did not have. She talked to management and they worked with me and helped me to save so much money and they didn't have to. Through State Farm I requested a car towing, & I was given John D. John deserves a bonus & 5 stars. He arrived within 10mins & was done within 5minutes. I’ve had my car towed about 4 times in life and that was THE BEST SERVICE I ever had. I recommend John anytime you need your car towed. He has excellent communication, people skills, & gets to you very quickly! I will definitely use only his service anytime I need a towing. Thanks again John you are greatly appreciated!
