This auto value is probably the greatest auto parts store on the earth. They have everything if they don’t have it on hand, they can get it for you quickly the guys in here are very cool friendly willing to help they look stuff up for you. They educate you and they get you the right stuff which is hard to say about any other auto parts place. This may be the last auto parts store on earth where there are true car guys working and can actually help you if you do, or even if you don’t know what you need! so if you are a car guy, you need to be here getting your parts they’re the only ones I’ll ever use. Horrible customer service. Was looking for a radiator hose and was told this location had the one i needed. Went into the location and was not greeted at all. Chris, the guy with the beard, was very rude and not helpful. These are the type of guys that you expect to be working at an auto zone! I think there is a reason this parts store is located in the way back. If I could give this place zero stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
If i had ever driven a company vehicle the way i saw one of your drivers on West River Dr. On Friday night (last 4 numbers of plate were 5940) i would have been fired. Your driver doesnt seem to know what a speed limit is about nor what a turn signal is for. Took place at 6:30pm. You may want to get him under control.
The best auto parts store in Grand Rapids. I have an unusual old car and they have a lot of quality parts for it. I won't go anywhere else unless they're closed and I'm desparate. The staff are knowledgable and always nice.

Called and had a part put on hold. I explained the part was very important to have tonight and i would be there JUST b4 close. since it is for a friend driving the car to Florida at 5 am tomorrow. Got here at 5:55 and they close at 6. Door was locked. Thanks for screwing royally I will NEVER return.
