We had to get our car towed over to a mechanic shop, and Beltline Towing arrived shortly after making the request through our insurance. The driver named Grant was out here working in the rain tonight, and despite some issues with the car being lower and the hooks snagging on his ramp, he remained cool, calm and collect. He explained the issue that was occurring and told us he was sorting it out. After a few minutes, he got it on the truck and we were on our way to the mechanic shop. He was a professional through and through, and we really appreciated his demeanor. Great experience with these guys!
Grant came to help when my daughter was stranded on the highway with a flat tire. I didn’t want her out there in the dark trying to change her own tire. He was quick to arrive and changed the tire fast. He was really great.
I really like going here. They are always open to helping me out and they will recommend other places if needed. Their workers are always professional. They do quality work that I trust and reasonable rates. I never feel like they're taking advantage of my "car knowledge" because I'm a woman. I've always been able to get a tow and not sit around waiting forever. Even for a flat on a busy, snowy day on the highway.
These guys are awesome - Chris responded so quickly, handled my truck easily though it's was in a tough spot and I wasn't present to unlock it, he called to let me know it had arrived at the garage and sent a picture of where he left it. Bonus- when Chris was working under the truck he spotted the cable that was broken and sent a picture of that, too!

We scheduled a towing service for a Historic 1927 Ford Model A, and we were very pleased with the precision which they moved the vehicle. Chris was the service man they sent to the site and I requested him again for the return trip scheduled for the automobile. He was already knowledgeable on moving historic vehicles and was able to help with things I didn't know about the car. The owners of the vehicle were comfortable the entire time and knew their piece of history was in good hands while in transport.
Chis came today and helped me with a lockout. He was there within 30 minutes with all the tools to safely open the door from the outside and save the day! No scratches or damage to my door at all. Took longer to complete the paperwork than it did to open the door. Highly recommend for quick, friendly service.
I had to travel to Grand Rapids for an appointment with an eye specialist. Afterwards, my truck wouldn't start. I was lucky enough to be directed to East Beltline Towing.
Chris came and threw the jump-pack on and it wouldn't start. So he climbed underneath and tapped the starter and it started right up! I made it home safely

I was fully ready to change my own tire until one of the lugnuts refused to move. Don came to the rescue mega fast with the right tools, was incredibly kind to me, and he even helped me get off the freeway safely by opening up the way with his truck. He was downright sweet. He even explained pricing and was super transparent about charges and gave me a good bit of advice on how to file a claim with insurance if I wanted to be reimbursed.
10/10 standing O for Don. And other folks at East Beltline Towing have also taken good care of my family before, quickly and about 80% or less of the cost of comparable companies in the area. Call these guys first.
The dispatch person from 7/29/25 was patient and helpful and the driver, NIcholas arrived as scheduled and was polite and informative. Great service team!

Chris did some towing magic to get my Tucson out of a tricky spot under a carport after it was broken into. He was there quickly, worked expertly, and was very friendly. Ended up being cheaper and quicker than I expected with half the hassle. Kudos to Chris.
Went to start my wife’s Jeep and nothing. Couldn’t get it jumped so I called East Beltline towing just after 7am. Talked with a lovely human that got Chris out to me in 15 min. Chris was amazing and professional. Got the jeep hooked up and to the mechanic so I could get to work. No one wants to call the tow truck, but if you must East Beltline Towing needs to be your first call.
Chris was fantastic and helped me to get my custom classic safely to the shop. He took extra care with the tie downs and to keep my white interior clean.

Excellent!!! Had specialty car towed to my custom builder. Called ahead to schedule a specific time and East Beltline Towing were spot on. Office kept me apprised of trucks schedule and as did Chris, the driver. Chris was aware of the delicate manor this vehicle needed to be handled, and effortlessly did everything to comply. On Monday May 19 I used the services of East Beltline Towing and was very much delighted with the service. They dispatched Chris who far exceeded all my expectations. He presented a very clean truck inside and out. Everything was organized as well as him being organized. He efficiently went about his business in a timely manner. He was cordial and friendly on our 40 minute trip to deliver the car to the dealership. I would highly recommend their service and the employee Chris for all your towing needs.
Chris was amazing. Not only was kind but he did a really good job also. He even gave me some pointers on how to move forward with my flat tire. If I needed assistance again, I would hope that Chris would be the one to come.
I had a wonderful experience with East Beltline Towing and Service this morning. I had an unexpected flat tire on my way to work. I called my road service through my insurance and no answer. I called another company that was close to my location and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I called East Beltline Towing and the phone was answered by the nicest person. She said she would dispatch someone right away and it wouldn't be too long of a wait. Chris showed up within 20 minutes. He was very kind and professional. He quickly took off the flat tire and replaced it with my spare. He gave me clear instructions about limiting highway driveway and keeping my speed below 60 with the donut tire on. It was so cold out and he never complained. He was wonderful to work with. East Beltline Towing will always be my "Go To" in the future. Thank you for your quick response and amazing service.
