A big shout out to Hansen Towing getting my vehicle home while using my roadside assistance with my insurance. With what happened along with tight space it made it almost impossible to unload but the driver worked his magic and made it happen! Now the fun part. Getting it back on the road, lol

Great experience from start to finish! I called for a quote on a non-emergency tow. Dispatch was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and the price was great. Day of I got a call as they were heading out with an ETA (exactly on time). Jeff was very nice and professional. I’m still amazed at how quick he got my car jumped and then on the truck despite my awkward driveway. I appreciate how convenient and easy Hansen made this whole experience. Will definitely be using them again if I need a tow!
These guys saved me, my trailers wheel bearing gave out and left the axle unrepairable. I called and they gave me a reasonable price, especially being on Easter, and the driver came within 15 minutes. Took my trailer all the way back from Grand Rapids to my house back in Illinois, very knowledgeable and professional driver.
Needed my electric vehicle to be towed to the service center an hour away from my home. Mike called ahead of time and confirmed all the info. Arrived promptly, took excellent care of my vehicle. Even called after to verify that my vehicle was unloaded safely. Fabulous customer service and care. I will recommend personally and professional!
My adult autistic daughter was very stressed and anxious, but the office called frequently with updates and to check on us. The driver was very polite and efficient and explained things to her and helped calm her. Also very reasonably priced. Have their phone number in my phone contacts now for future reference and referral. Great company!

Amazing customer service, they were able to help me in a flash and the driver was extremely nice (as well as dispatch). I was sent another tow company originally and after 3 hours of waiting they cancelled. Hansen Towing came in 10 mins to save the day!!!
Amazing experience from the initial phone call to the tow truck assisting with my drop off to a mechanic. The tow guy took care of doing the drop box portion at the mechanics place free of charge. Thanks for assisting me in my time of need!

The most personable staff and reliable service. I was rescued when my rental car broke down (no help from Avis) They even came out at midnight to get the handicap placard out of the rental car that I had forgotten to take out.

They showed up fairly quicly at the exact minute they estimated, 35 minutes. It was Saturday late afternoon.
The address they took from us was recorded wrong for some reason, but the tech who was sent out called ahead when he saw it didn't seem right and got the correct address so there was no delay.
Overall, we are satisfied with their service.
Great to have the very business owner/partner helping out. [I need to amend this (December 31, 2023)]. UPDATE: I was impressed by the very business owner being on-call, himself as I mentioned and he did what he could to jump my car. I don’t recall him charging me for this service. I hope my insurance company still has this company on its list of go-to wrecker services. Again, I say, I am impressed with this company. If your towing service says Hansen Towing will be working with you, don’t worry be happy. Be happy now.
First I wish if i didn’t have to write this review, because I totally understand how it affects business. But anyone in my place would do the same. First I was taking my wife to the hospital and got a flat tire, so Hansen came to tow the car as shown in pictures. And damaged some of the trim in the back and front and broke my wheel cover which I am not worried about. So they paid for repairing the back part and the front part NO. My car is new, and this is very disappointing to me, so I don't want anyone else to have the same experience. I am about to file an official complaint to my car dealer who sent me this towing company. Very disappointing.
This is not underneath bumper, this is side. And the wheel cover. You didn't mention that.
Your employee told me that I will ruin my rim if I drive it on flat ( which your employee recommended)
Before I put my review I made sure to contact my car dealer, and they confirmed that your company rejected paying for the front damage repair. ( that is caused by your towing company )
And no one even called me to apologize for the rear or front repair.
I think your company can still make this right !

Accidentally locked my keys in my trunk (1st time this has ever happened) and had originally called a different company but went with these guys instead. They charged me $65 compared to the other company that wanted $250. The guy who unlocked my car was fast and friendly. 10/10 great experiences considering the day I was having
My 1967 Sunbeam Tiger suffered some sort of electrical failure on my way home from the British Car Show at Gilmore Museum. The car is insured with Hagerty Classic Car insurance. They got in touch with Hansen Towing, a company they trust for their high quality service. Within a relatively short time Chris Hansen drove up and did a fantastic job getting the car on the trailer and safely home. We had a unique situation where my husband was in GR (35 miles out of our home location) for an appointment. Chris worked with us for an 'out of the box' solution. He then went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was operational and ready by the time my husband was done with his appointment! Needed a tow truck for my car. They came within 15 to 20 minutes. I was exhausted from traveling and the guy who came was so friendly and kind. He made a stressful situation not so stressful. I've never used them before today and they were absolutely the best! They responded to me immediately, came out quickly and the price was great. The man that came out (Dylan) did a fantastic job. He had the best personality and you could tell he really cared about doing a good job and he enjoyed doing it. He even sent me a confirmation message when my car was delivered to the repair shop. Wonderful job!!
