A big shout out to Hansen Towing getting my vehicle home while using my roadside assistance with my insurance. With what happened along with tight space it made it almost impossible to unload but the driver worked his magic and made it happen! Now the fun part. Getting it back on the road, lol

These guys saved me, my trailers wheel bearing gave out and left the axle unrepairable. I called and they gave me a reasonable price, especially being on Easter, and the driver came within 15 minutes. Took my trailer all the way back from Grand Rapids to my house back in Illinois, very knowledgeable and professional driver.

My adult autistic daughter was very stressed and anxious, but the office called frequently with updates and to check on us. The driver was very polite and efficient and explained things to her and helped calm her. Also very reasonably priced. The most personable staff and reliable service. I was rescued when my rental car broke down (no help from Avis) They even came out at midnight to get the handicap placard out of the rental car that I had forgotten to take out.
