Tire blew at 1105 called and paid over the phone truck came by 1120 Jeff had me at the shop by 1140 back on the road before 12... I've never had such fast and great service in my life definitely recommend!
These guys are great! After AAA told me 2 hours they were there in 15 minutes and when it turned out my battery was bad and they couldn't jump it, they didn't even charge me. I highly recommend this place, very kind and helpful.

Hansons has 4.8 stars but that doesn't surprise me. Because ADAM was easily 5 stars ! His empathy and understanding as well as his demeanor were great. I was in a bad way and when he showed up he made everything easy. He also saved me money with his advice and suggestions.

The agent was friendly who received my call (Dave) was professional, polite and gave me a timeline when the technician would arrive. The technician (Chris) showed up as promised and within a few minutes my SUV was pulled out from a snow ditch. Chris was friendly, considerate and made sure I was satisfied with their services. I am so glad I checked Google reviews to find a tow company to jump my car’s battery. Hansen did not disappoint. The man at dispatch was very helpful when I called, quoted a very fair price, and said that there would be someone at my house in 20 minutes. The tow truck driver called and said he would be there in 7 minutes. The tow truck driver was friendly, funny, and kind. He got my car going on the first try! Being a woman, I hate dealing with anyone when it comes to car stuff, but if I ever need any of the services Hansen provides, I will definitely call them first! Thank you for having such a courteous, helpful, and professional staff.
I would highly recommend Hansen Towing. My car broke down on I196 by Saugatuck and they drove out there, almost an hour drive and picked me and my car up. Justin was amazing, he made sure I was safe and then proceeded to load my car. He was very quick and we were on our way back to my mechanic. Justin went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If you do need your car towed, you need to ask for Justin. Thank you for all of your help! I really appreciate it!
A big shout out to Hansen Towing getting my vehicle home while using my roadside assistance with my insurance. With what happened along with tight space it made it almost impossible to unload but the driver worked his magic and made it happen! Now the fun part. Getting it back on the road, lol

Great experience from start to finish! I called for a quote on a non-emergency tow. Dispatch was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and the price was great. Day of I got a call as they were heading out with an ETA (exactly on time). Jeff was very nice and professional. I’m still amazed at how quick he got my car jumped and then on the truck despite my awkward driveway. I appreciate how convenient and easy Hansen made this whole experience. These guys saved me, my trailers wheel bearing gave out and left the axle unrepairable. I called and they gave me a reasonable price, especially being on Easter, and the driver came within 15 minutes. Took my trailer all the way back from Grand Rapids to my house back in Illinois, very knowledgeable and professional driver.

The driver was very polite and efficient and explained things to her and helped calm her. Also very reasonably priced.
