I think its great that they respond to reviews good and bad, never been here but I plan on it this week, looking for materials for a welding project. Now that I know the staff is friendly im not concerned about my visit
Nice people, however, gave me a very very low estimate on a catalytic converter I had brought in. I had then brought the catalytic converter to West side iron and metal and they gave me 3X more. Might be smart to shop around.
Horrible experience! We brought a trunk full of new car parts for resale and were told they would offer fair prices. What a mechanic quoted us was $2000-3000. Before able to ask and discuss the staff had placed the parts into the bin, which then was taken away, and we were sent away with a $66 check. I had 2 Cadillac converters (after market) and 1 exhaust pipe in this batch and was given $5 a piece these. Would not recommend this shady business practice to anyone!
This was my first time coming here today and the guys were super helpful in the yard. Very informative.. They didn’t make me being a female feel any certain way because I made a couple of mistakes. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to return scrap. They’re the best at paying out. I have found my favorite new scrap yard! thanks again guys. You’re the best!!! keep up the great work
