I hit a nasty pothole on my way to work & blew out a tire on my BMW. Grand Valley Towing was there in 15 minutes after telling me it would be 45 minutes! The driver was very professional & took care of getting my car to the repair shop for me. He even brought me back home so I could get our spare vehicle & head on to work.
Brock is amazing. Very friendly and professional. He towed my car from my house to the auto shop about a mile away because my car wouldn’t start and I didn’t think it was a battery issue. Well when we got to the auto shop Brock decided to try his jump pack on my car and was able to get it to start! So that saved me a trip to the auto shop and I was able to drive back home. Cannot thank him enough!
Super disappointed in Grand Valley Towing. My fiancee’s truck needed a tow the other night and the man who towed it broke my fiancée’s brake line on his truck. They won’t pay for the repairs that their worker caused saying it’s just their job to get the car out regardless of how they do it (which I suppose includes breaking stuff on the car). Won’t be recommending or using their services again.
Very Friendly. Always get the job done CORRECTLY also they are very fast at not only getting to you but loading up and dropping off as well. Love this towing company. Hopefully I won't need any more tow services but if I do I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN.

Absolutely zero accountability for the way their employees act and then when you try to talk to them, they make a mockery of you. Would highly recommend to stay away from would use any company about these people! The owner and staff think everything is a joke!
We can’t say enough good things about Grand Valley Towing. Not only are they really quick and efficient, they’re also really good people who care about people. In the three instances we’ve had to use them, we were met with abundant kindness and compassion, and weren’t made to just feel like another paycheck for them. They’ve always made sure we were safe and okay before any conversation took place about a plan. They’ve sat with me while I was stranded on the highway in the middle of winter with a newborn and three other munchkins until we could find a ride for all of us. They’ve advocated for us to auto and tire shops and we are so grateful for the care we receive each time.
Grand Valley Towing was quick, offered a free quote, and even said they would match competitor prices if I wanted to shop around. That right there will give them my business any day!

Erik swooped in and saved the mf-day! Our car was having trouble starting and we couldn't get it to start up for 3 days and a battery charge later we called GVT. He showed up in 30 minutes and he was incredibly professional and very kind. He hopped in the car and got it started saving me the price of the tow and bringing it to a shop. We thought something was seriously wrong but he got it running and we were NOT CHARGED. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable (recommended a solution to our problem) and very understanding. This was my second encounter with GVT and both times they were EXCELLENT.
Phenomenal service- Called dispatch spoke with Justin whom was very professional and gave clear instructions on what to expect. Jeff the tow driver was great quick and showed confidence in his self and work. Can tell he shows pride in his work. Overall great service will recommend to all my friends and family!

I was quoted a good price on a Friday night late in the evening. They arrived just a few minutes after I approved the quote and got me off the highway and were able to drop my car where requested with no hassle. Can't recommend them enough if you're in need.
He was kind and did his job well. In addition to a text message on eta, he also called me. A great experience, as great as one can have while getting the truck towed to the shop!
