Approaching Portland from GR on a Friday afternoon my exhaust system broke and was dragging. Called Keusch located close right off the highway. Very competently located needed parts, made the necessary repairs quickly and had a new set of tires installed while I waited. Great service and pricing. Exceptional team. Very thankful they got me back on the road safely.

Excellent job. I'm very happy with the new tires and the leveling kit that was installed. I like the way the truck and tires look and the ride is much smoother than I anticipated with the more aggressive tires. Perfect timing with the current snowy conditions

My daughter was driving home from college, alone, and her car started shaking and rattling. She found Keusch by a simple google search of places nearest to her. They took her right in and fixed the issue- it was ice build up in her wheel wells. They did not charge her and sent her on her way. Thank you so much for taking care of her right away and getting her back on the road safely :)

The people at Keusch Auto in Poetland were very professional, curtious, friendly and easy to deal with. They did a fantastic job on putting the clutch in the car. But my car had been damaged while there. They said take it to Divine auto body. Divine was gonna have the car for a week and said I was not eligible for a curtisy car. So I rent a car and lose out, miss work and lose out, or just live with it and lose out. Anyway you look at, their attempt does me no good.

Took my vehicle in and had a complete brake change done same day. The team there were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Very pleased with the service and the price.

I don't suggest taking your vehicle here. They replaced the fuel pump in our Silverado last winter. The communication then was subpar. Brought the truck back in for a fuel line leak. They quoted us over $1200 to replace a piece of hose and the fitting that they had installed with the fuel pump previously. We ended up repairing this ourselves for $25 in under an hour. They had indicated our entire fuel line might need to be replaced due to age. The line showed normal age with no excessive wear. Feels like we were getting scammed.

We did have a good experience with Keush Auto repair. They seem to do a good job. They did it on time. The only thing we were unhappy was was the 3% fee so we could not use our charge card. Other than that we are very happy with the work they did. Thank you!

I was SO impressed with Keusch Auto. We had some issues on the highway and limped our way to their shop. They were able to squeeze us in and get us back out on the road the same day. I was very thankful for their competence and customer service.

Came in three times, the first time was last minute and they worked me in even though they probably shouldn't have, literally half an hour before close. Didn't charge me for the first two visits because it was undiagnosed, only charged me minimal technician fees on the final visit. Never had to wait very long, and everyone treated me really well.

I went to this shop with a couple issues I had on my car, went well in the beginning. I had a warranty policy and was informed they were going to over charge so I would have to pay on top of them getting paid from the insurance company. Then they try to give my car back without fixing one of the original complaints I had. Got a hard time about dealing with the warranty company because they put people on hold, not my fault. And I still have the noise in the front passenger side of my car. I wouldn't take my bicycle to them if I had to.

Unfortunately had to leave another review. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT going here for anything besides an oil change and maybe tires. I brought my car in to this shop atleast 3 different times complaining of a stuck caliper and spongy brakes. Brought it back when the caliper was permanently stuck. They refused all three times to do a thorough inspection of my vehicle which would have only taken them an hour at most to find the issue. Anyway, now that I have a new car I spent 5 minutes looking into what was wrong with my old vehicle and found that the brake booster had went out causing a vacuum leak and I unfortunately didn’t get a second opinion on my car before I got a new one. HIGHLY do not recommend this place for any diagnostics, as they will refuse to do any actual diagnostics, but will still put 30 miles on your car “testing” it with no answers.

I ask to diagnose my vehicle. They said it was a rod knock but never put it in writing. Ended up being a few sensors. They put no effect into the work they thought they did. I will never go back to them again. I would not trust them to fix a kids big wheel. Watch out they will try to scam you fir alot of money. Very unprofessional and a joke

I wouldn’t go here for anything besides an oil change or tires as anything else and I’ve had nothing but issues. They will take advantage of woman and young men here and it’s disgusting. I brought my car here after it blew a water outlet valve and I told them this. However I brought my car there with the splash shield taken off from under my car as I had removed it myself, but made it clear to them I would like if they could put it back up but it’s a little broke so I understand if they can’t. Well here’s the fun part. The desk guy proceeded to take it out of my trunk (in which I told him I had put it there) and show me that it was broke (which I told him) and tell me if I have them replace it it would be $400 and that I’d be best just removing it all together. I laughed in my head and just told him to put it up best they can, well he proceeded to put one side up and then just put it right back in my trunk and told me my “side skirts were to damaged”. Lmao they weren’t and they weren’t the side skirts, they were engine splash shields aka side WALL pieces that helped hold the splash shield up under my vehicle. Well now I’m like okay I can put it back up since I took it off, no biggie, wrong they took my nuts and bolts/ fasteners for it and less than 15 minutes later tried to tell me they didn’t have them. So fast forward a bit and yes they did “fix” the water outlet valve and told me the gasket needed to be replaced aswell so i gave them the go ahead. Well in case all that other stuff seems pretty minor there’s EVEN more. I also wanted them to check out my braking system because the brakes were spongy and making a grinding sound and the front drivers side caliper had been sticking, they proceeded to “test drive it for over 3 hours” and couldn’t duplicate the sound and didn’t want to test the master cylinder or do any actual thorough inspection of the braking system as it was “too much work”. Well that right there was a waste of money. So now they can’t find the issue with my brakes because it’s “too much work”, they proceed to tell me there’s an issue with my “sideskirts” thus they can’t put the splash shield back under my engine, but now it’s time for the bill and at the bottom it says under “deferred service”: water outlet gasket. Lmfao what, I did not defer that. So now I’m mad and so I paid and left. However my car still wasn’t up to par and I pop the hood and wouldn’t you know it, they filled the coolant reservoir to the brim a whole 24 ounces extra. So I had to take a turkey baster and take the extra out myself. Well I’m now thinking okay she should be good to go now. well incl below are some codes my car threw shortly after this situation. Now these might not be anything to do with them but the next part is. I was now on the brink of loosing my job due to a lack of transportation and unfortunately had to bring my car back to them after it now no longer wanted to run for very long and couldn’t bring it to another shop. I bring my car back to them, show them the codes for the rough idle and they told me that it sounds like they would have to bring in an A-tech to look at it and it would have to wait for them to look at it on Tuesday. Well I also told him there was a knocking sound as well as a grinding sound AGAIN coming from the drivers side wheel. It’s now later in the day Tuesday with no update on my car, I had brought my car there at 8am Monday, so I called them. they proceed to tell me after previously telling me they wouldn’t do anything over an hour without first contacting me, that they spent 4hours on different “drive cycles”. 16 different times, for a total of 30 miles and still found no issue and it was just fine and proceeded to lightly call me stupid. They told me it’s like when I go to the doctor after I get a cold but the cold is gone and I’m feeling better. Clearly didn’t bring in an A-tech. Long story short brought my car back to the dealership and it was so bad they didn’t even want it back. So anyway I upgraded to a 2020 Mazda that won’t be going back to them.

I just bought out my lease and car fax was complaining I didnt get my tires done. I called got appointment the same day! Headed up there and job was done and also did a look on my car which all passed. They were friendly and the price was good. Super fasts service I will go back for sure!

Went in to inquire about the tires on Wednesday, they ordered them and I got them installed and did an oil change during my hour lunch break on Thursday. These guys have done multiple jobs on my vehicle and always do right by me. Love being able to support a hometown business

Scheduled my appointment for 7am so my truck would be done before noon. Called at 1130 and they were still working on it. (Simple tire rotation and oil change) They proceeded to rush to get it done and not complete the inspection that they are supposed to do. Also, I discovered today that a brush guard under my truck is now hanging because it was not secured back in place.

Best service I have ever experienced from any automotive place. Quick, honest, helpful, kind, understanding, real individuals that care about their customers and the service they are providing. Definitely highly recommend

Great customer service! I was able to get my vehicle in quickly and they addressed the issues I was concerned about and gave me a comprehensive assessment of my vehicle’s condition. I wouldn’t bother going to any other garage in the area, these guys are the best.

My rear view mirror had detached and was hanging from the top of my car. With a repair kit purchased from O’Reilly’s in Hastings, I called Keusch’s for installation. They did it in a timely fashion and just $28. At 87, with arthritic hands, I did not dare to try this precise repair myself….?.

We love Keusch’s! My husband and I know when a vehicle issue arises, we are in good hands with them. We’ve had all 3 of our vehicles there for a variety of repairs. Between mice-chewed knock sensors, mysterious burning oil, or just a general inspection and diagnosis, we have always had wonderful experiences here. They are great about communication, transparent with whatever may be going on, and perform top-notch service. Highly recommend! ?

I was referred to them and I’m so glad I was. The best shop you can take your vehicle to. Price was far and the work they did was what needed to be done. No extra, no pushy sales. They kept in contact the whole time. If you need your vehicle worked on take it to them.

Although we were very fortunate to not have repair work done, our experience with Keusch showed their professionalism and speed in getting our vehicle evaluated. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The guys at Keusch did an amazing job today, above and beyond expectation and at the price they quoted. Kevin went above and beyond for me, took a description of a tire I wanted, found one, ordered it, and they were perfect! Ive taken many cars here, and always had a positive experience.

My wife, Kathy's car made a loud sound, engine light came on and transmission bogged down on I-96, right at your exit. Fortunately, she could see your business from the road. She was 2 hours out of town on her way home. Your employees understood her situation, took immediate action to assess her car and what the problem might be. They were VERY caring, professional, and took great care of her. Fixed her car enough to get her back home. We're so unbelievably appreciative for their service! Would definately recommend!

I got a flat tire right outside of Portland, and luckily when I got off the exit ramp, Keusch Auto was right there! Everyone was super friendly and super nice and they even gave me a deal on my tire!! I definitely would highly recommend them.

I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time now. But a few years back my son and I were driving a classic car home from Massachusetts to our home state of Minnesota. Late one night we broke down on the freeway, my 10yo son was scared as it was dark and it seemed like we were in the middle of nowhere. I looked up the nearest service place that offered towing and called for a tow, they were there in no time! The service was great, they even dropped us of at the nearest hotel. The driver asked if I wanted them to make the repairs and I said yes but keep the original parts and try to use only genuine parts as its a very collectible car. I woke early in the morning to a call saying the car was fixed already, they even went out of their way to fix the broken part to fix the car...keeping it all original. The charged a very fair price and the service was fast and friendly. Thank you so much Keusch! -you kept our trip a great memory instead of a tragedy.
