Driver to pick up my car was very nice and knowledgeable. The problem is he did not call an hour before he arrived, he just showed up. In fact no one ever called from the Tow Company. After I made the sale, I was transferred to someone in Texas (I’m in Michigan), and she knew nothing about when they would pick my car up
Wish I could give less than 1 star based out of ionia only 20 minutes away and can come pick up my car awful business and lying said pick up in Michigan.
Overall service was very professional. The agent I spoke with was very professional and very friendly. The driver picking up the car was very professional as well. I wish I could rate the dispatch separately as their were many issues with scheduling one being they scheduled a pick up for a day I told them I could absolutely NOT be there as I would be out of town. Then the next reschedule was set for Friday and when I called to verify they were still coming (around 4:15 p.m.)that day I was told it was actually scheduled for Monday. In the end car was picked up Monday around 1 so only 6 days after process started. Would use service again.

This process was quick and easy. My car wasn’t in condition to drive and was still offered a very fair price for it. The pick up process was free, and had no problem setting that up. The check cleared and was in my account that day. Would do this again, but hopefully won’t have to for awhile ??
The first person I talked to, booked an appointment time I didn’t agree to. The time slots they give you are 6 hours, so hopefully you’re okay waiting the day away for them to call. I was informed I’d have a phone call when they were an hour away, but I received a 20 minute warning. I’m still unsure if I’ll ever use this company again, I just needed fast action with my vehicle.
