We had a great time. I loved especially how roomy and wide the grandstands are compared to other dirt tracks we have been too. Pretty sturdy too. Food was a bit pricey but that's inflation for you. The burger was pretty good. Overall will be back.
Being my "home track" it is super awesome to see how much love and money has been put into this track in the past few years. Seems like every week the property is getting better and better. Can't forget those butler burgers?.
Have been avoiding place. Because it Because a crash fest . Pos track Surface. For 3 yrs . Went Saturday and I would give then 5 stars very well ran and track surface Excellent. Keep up the good work
Nice track, but the bleachers aren't the nicest with dangerous boards in spots. A time limit should be put in place for modifieds if they're going to keep having caution after caution. I love the class, but I hate seeing as many cautions as a crown vic race.
It wasn't bad. Although the bleachers, definitely need updated. The boards we were sitting near were half attached. And the seasonal camping area is not clearly marked. On the website or as you pull in. Definitely should make that more obvious for those that do not camp there often.
Had a great time. Great racing and awesome dirt.
The only complaint is that the stands are dangerous. I'll change my rating when they replace some of the wood that is broken. My family member sat on a screw that was sticking out 1/2" and ripped their pants.
I've been going to Butler my entire life, and bringing my son his. I've always loved this track. The great racing and fun atmosphere, have always made it a great cheap way to spend a Saturday with the family. The last couple of years however. The new owner has put a lot of hard and probably expensive work into this track. From fixing the wall and fencing in the front stretch, to the track improvement's. Which doesn't just include a better race track in my opinion. 3 wide into turn one tonight. Used to be single file because of the speed bump at the bottom of turn one. Even better there were 3 or 4 water trucks running. Still a dirt track and there will be dust. But also some of the best racing you'll see. The concession stands are and always have been reasonably priced. Highly recommend checking Butler out. Especially if you are a first time dirt track fan, but just as much if you are a fan of dirt tracks looking for a new one to check out!

Awesome atmosphere, die hard fans true grassroots racing. The show was ran in a timely order great food and even better racing. I definitely recommend this track!
It's been 15 years since the last time I was here at Butler speedway. The track has changed but I don't think the bleachers did. ? Luckily most of the wind was from behind our backs, and the track was good and wet.
But where we sat, the exhaust from the kitchen cooking grill was intense.
Still a good time especially because my grandson, 7 years old being his first time at any race.
Wonderful place to spend a Saturday night! Bring snacks, cooler and your friends and you’re bound to have an amazing time! Food is available along with candy and other things for the children. 10/10!
Went here for the first time. They had their 4th of July celebration tonight. The races were awesome! For a dirt track, the dirt spray was minimal. The fireworks afterwards were amazing. I have never seen them that close before. We will definitely be back!!
Last night was pretty AMAZING! Wasn't sure the whole show was gonna get pressed in but the staff and drivers got it done. It was GREAT to see the legends come out and put on a show as well. I got to sit and talk to one of my All-Time favorites that I've watched for over 4 decades "Hurryin" Hank Lower... My wife and I agree that we've found our favorite dirt track and we don't mind driving a touch over an hour to get there!!!
Race poorly ran. Too much slack time. Elimination rounds eliminate almost no one. For example....30 cars entered for entire field, 25 in the feature. With 25 cars and 25 laps, so many cautions happen that it took over an hour to finish a 25 lap feature.
This is a great place to spend my Saturday nights. I love watching the races and cheering on my favorite drivers. I love the fireworks they have. There the best. And my Saturday Hamburger yep I wait all week for that. And my kids and family come that's are night out together. And wow the sun sets there are beautiful.
