I was stranded with a flat tire outside of Homer. I was told 45 minutes for a truck to get to me. The driver arrived in less then 30 minutes. Was very friendly and so helpful. I thought I'd feel stupid for not being able to change it myself, but he never made me feel that way. I did not get his name, I'm sorry to say, but really appreciate his prompt response and service.
