Broke down on 69 and had a tow in 10 mins and they towed it back to my house, gave my girlfriend and I a ride and was fantastic. His name is Chris Kennedy and he was very pleasant!!!

A shout out to Coldwater Towing and Recovery. I would highly recommend them for any of your towing needs. During a family trip to Indiana in which we didn't quite make it to the state line, we encountered a deer hitting my Dodge Caravan on I-69. Chris was our tow truck driver and you couldn't ask for a more stand up guy. He did whatever he could to make the situation more bearable. I greatly appreciated all of his input, advice, and honesty, not knowing what the outcome would be. He made sure we were okay while we waited for our ride, gave us some water because of the heat, and reassured us we'd be safe (since it was late at night and we'd be stuck at his facility for a few hours) before going out for another tow. Many thanks to his nephew for working with us to figure out how to get my van towed back to our autobody shop and trying to make it affordable if we did so. I wish I could give them 6 stars. True servant's heart in solving my auto issue last Saturday. You simply don't get this type service anymore. I hope I never need a tow in Coldwater Michigan but if I do I know who to call.

We were out of town driving an SUV rental and eating Father’s Day dinner at a restaurant When we were driving back to our hotel we found we had a flat tire Our rental company called coldwater towing and the driver named Andrew came and exchanged the limper spare and the flat told us where take it for repair covered by y Avis all is well! Andrew was just finishing his meal with his family just down the road! Wonderful people

I don’t have personal towing experience from this company, however, one of their drivers were driving so recklessly today. I live on a tiny side street, right off from a school. This side street is so tiny there’s not even a speed limit sign. We had saw one of the coldwater towing drivers drive up our street earlier to a dead end which we thought was weird. Normal speed. People go a vary of speeds on this street- we see people going 10-45mph all the time. About 10-15 minutes after the coldwater towing truck went up the street to a dead end, this truck comes barreling down our street easily at 70mph or more. There were children on bikes on our street when he did this. I called the manager and he said that he was on his way to an emergency but that it wasn’t okay and will talk to him. Emergency or not, if he would have hit a child it really wouldn’t matter about the one he was on his way to. Not to mention tow trucks aren’t suppose to speed for emergencies. I called it into the police non emergency number because it simply is going to end dangerously, and it’s on report with them now in case something happens.

Fast, friendly, professional. I called and dispatch told me within 45 mins. Driver was there and had me loaded within the 45 minute time frame. Very fair company. Will definitely be keeping this company info incase I need help again.

We called on a Sunday and they were able to get to our house within an hour to get our tow ready. They towed it about an hour and were super friendly and affordable! Easy communication and dropped our car perfectly at the dealer. Thanks again!

My silly self locked the keys in our car somehow.. At least we were safe at home when it happened. I didn’t think it was even a problem with a car that has a key fob/remote start!? But I got ahold of Coldwater Towing.. Micah sent Tyler to our house. Once Tyler arrived, very quickly, he did his job quickly & efficiently. Very thankful! Thank you Micah & Tyler!!

We broke down an hour and a half away from home. We called them for a tow and ask for a recommendation of a repair shop in the area. The driver was very polite and courteous. This company is based on “old fashioned” manners and that is truly amazing! If we are ever in that area again and need some assistance, we will definitely be calling Coldwater Towing & Recovery.

They not only take care in the towing of your car, but, I was asked how I was feeling too after the 3 car accident I was in. So, my point is, they really care!

Andrew came to my rescue once again. Took himonly 7min to get to me. These guys are great!! Always quick on getting to you and getting you where you need to go. Most definitely the best tow company around!!

Andrew just took one of our vehicles to the shop to get looked at & he was extremely careful. He took the extra time to do all the little things like fold our mirrors in bc it was close to a tree & he jumped it prior to loading it as well & did all the work once at the shop. Gave them the keys & always goes the extra mile for clients. Before I could even call the shop he was there & unloading !! We literally drove across town & he was helping another person with their vehicle !! Thanks again !!
