Had dealings with this company got a freight liner from them said it was a great truck, but I found it was dumping coolant into the oil pan. When I confronted them about it they told me just change the oil and add coolant I told them I am ASE certified and I rebuild engines all the time and that’s not how it’s fixed. Pressure tested the cooling system I could hear pressure exscaping through the oil cap now I only had this truck two days and their response was sorry about my luck. I have never been treated so rudely and insulted in my life people if I have any advice for you do not do business with this company.
Do NOT buy a vehicle from here, I was told it was just an 02 sensor that the check engine light was on for, Bought it and went directly to AutoZone and it was the catalytic converter and all 4 of the transmission pressure sensors. 1,000 worth of transmission work later and the car is overheating, not to mention the CV axel was completely busted.I guess there's a reason the vehicles are such a good deal. And you get no type of warranty so I'm just out a bunch of money with a car I can't drive.
Just bought a chevy traverse from there last week with supposedly nothing wrong with it from Quincy collision,and then not even a day later the engine light pops up with codes showing that it needs a new timing chain done.. they knew what they were doing and still sold me a bad car? I RECCOMEND TO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!
Told me there was nothing wrong with the car I purchased. Found a broken bushing before I even drove off the lot. Ran a code scanner on the vehicle before buying no codes. Took home drove for two days and getting a crankshaft timing chain code. Don't buy any vehicles from this place they scam!
Did great work for me after hitting a deer! Went through great lengths to get parts quickly that were on an extensive backorder and kept my time without the vehicle to a minimum. (Not that it mattered much thanks to the free loaner) Thanks again for the hard work! My truck looks like brand new and I'm happy I stayed local and didn't use my insurance company's "preferred" big brand body shop.
Had my van painted here they did a horrible job had to redo it and still looked like a child could do better with a rattle can. When we were displeased they responded with the vehicle is 12yrs old it’s not that big of a deal. Vehicle was there for over a month getting worked on. In the end had to have an assessor come in and inspect and have them fix it again. Danielle is an absolute horrible person also, when my wife said she was displeased with the service she persisted to say you should be happy you get to drive around in a new rental instead of your van.
I WOULD NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE . THEY ARE NOT THOROUGH AND DANIELLE IS A COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE INDIVIDUAL WITH ABOUTLUETLY NO PEOPLE SKILLS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THINK TWICE BEFORE LETTING THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE. WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR ! QUALITY WORK?? WHAT A JOKE!!
Took my 18yr old daughter there to look at a car she found on marketplace. The first car we test drove should have never been allowed off the lot. So much wrong with it. Luckily the transmission didn't go out before we returned it. So he showed us another car he had in the same price range. Told me there was nothing wrong but some body rust. We drove it and you could tell it could use some breaks, rotors, and calipers, minor stuff. After purchasing the car and taking it into our licensed mechanic he proceeded to tell me that it needed front struts, front controll arms, a new rear end, had a small oil leak due to a too small oil plug, leaky power steering pump, catalitic converter was weleded to the exhast, rusty frame and a whole slew of other small issues. I messaged Brock and told him he needed to have his vehicles looked at before he told people there was nothing wrong with them and he tried to say two mechanics checked the vehicle over. I understand a 3000 dollar vehicle these days will have some things wrong with it but now my 18yr olds first vehicle is either gonna cost her about another 3000 to fix so she can safely drive it or she can scrap it and get maybe 500 out of her 3000 back. Unfair choice for her to have to make. I give give zero stars if I could.
We went there shopping for a used car and spotted a very nice suv on their lot. Everybody we encountered was very very friendly and the vehicle was priced very well and affordable!. I would recommend them to anybody that is searching for a used vehicle or in need of any of their other services.

Bought an SUV from them that I was assured was a good reliable car. Less than a week later and I take it to my mechanic only to find out it's got a warped cam shaft. Here goes another 7 k to replace the engine.
Was in an accident and my car was towed by this company to thier place. On the next available business day call and talk to the manager/owner. The lady said that we could turn over the title and the car for no bill. Later that day we tried calling multiple time and was told she worked until 5pm and would call us back. At 4pm that day went into talk to her amd she was gone for the day golfing. When we called the next day she said that we were yelling at her staff and that we had to pay 250 and get the car out. When we talked to her staff they said she was super busy and we were upset because she was gone before 4pm. Fortunately we got the car out we had a buddy hauling the car away and all of a sudden she was trying to be nice in front of a 3rd party person, and she said we were lucky that there wasn't anymore fee. When they towed the car they never got any of my information or asked where I wanted the car towed to.
Literally tried to tell me nothing was wrong with a vechile when there was a lot wrong with it and got very nervous during the look over of the vechile. Be careful
I found the car I bought on marketplace of facebook. Those meeting can be scary and sketchy. Quincy collision is a safe, fast and friendly little place. I love my new ride!
This is the type of expenses no one wants to have but the staff here is very nice & accommodating. I would recommend Quincy Collision if the need arises.

Absolutely rediculous costs. Taking advantage of someone at their lowest point. Over $600 to tow a car within eye shot of your business. PLUS $25 a day to hold it .
Lady was very rude. I called for rough estimate on some work with understanding there may need other parts and she refused to even give me a rough estimate and snappy about me asking questions.
They were able to detail my van the same day I called. It wad a mess. They were very friendly, the van looks and smells unbelievable (like new) and the price was more than fair. My experience could not have been better.
I took my jeep here after i hit a deer. They called and told me my jeep is done to come get it so i did i noticed that my tranny cooler was leacking tranny fluid. That waa one of the parts they replaced. So i call them and tell thwm they tell mw to bring my jeep back up there so they can look at it. They tried to tighten the lines and told me if that didnt work they would have to order a new one. Well it started to leack again so i call them they tell me to bring my jeep back up the next day to get a new part put on so i did. They tell me its done. So i go and look at it and they put a new power steering coller on it. So i go back inside and tell them they put the wrong part on so they order the new lines to the tranny looker. They put that on and it still leacked so i called them. She told me shea done putting her time and money into my jeep. So needles to say my insurance had to pay another place to fix it right. Come to find out they never put the right parts on my jeep.
