Minimum charge for a pickup bed of trash is now over $111 Completely ridiculous. Will never return here.

Lrs took over our trash pickup and is the worst service ever! Was promised from Jacob and the supervisor call backs three times,no calls, can't figure out how to pick up my trash, driver drives right bye,next call will be for operations manager and refund

Horrible service. Many missed pickups, I finally was able to switch and they will not refund my prepayment that they took out early. Terrible company who could care less about service or taking care of customers

Transferred service from Indiana to Michigan because we thought it would be easy to keep the same company. Then they overcharged us for service and repeatedly called saying they didn’t have payment. Had to send credit card statement showing their charges so they could find them in their own system. Canceled service after that because of the hassle AND they are more expensive than other service in Michigan. Have been told two different dates that they will pick up the bin. Three weeks later, they still haven’t picked it up and just keep saying next week. **Update: it has now been been over a month since we stopped service and they still have not picked up our bin!

Absolutely horrible company. Bought a house that had a dumpster left by old residents from here. It's been over a month of it sitting full of trash. I call every week and it still just sits here full of trash.

This company continues to change owners. Continues to lose our card information after we put one on file To take out the monthly payment. Then they send us an almost $300 bill stating they didn’t have a card on file. I’d understand one time but they’ve done this now three times. If I could give zero stars I would.

Poor service 5 missed pickups in last year. This is what you get with a price increase

Awful customer service. Can never get through to the right person. Finally when they did call me back I was at a doctors appointment and I asked them if they could call me back in about an hour and the lady laughed at me and told me she didn’t know if that was possible but would try and I never heard anything back from them. I have tried leaving voicemails and emails. Still nothing. 👎🏻

Had them for few years and was all good. Never got missed. But since LRS took over we've had issues. Getting missed and being told they get it on certain days but don't. Then to call the company and actually get ahold of someone is hard no one answers there phone. 😕 Very unsatisfied.

Used to have 4 stars (over the course of about 18 months we have 4 times that our trash wasn't picked up) but within the last 3 months, our trash has been thrown in the ditch on the OPPOSITE side of the road 9 times and it has been altogether impossible to get in touch with any human on the phone. Currently looking for a new company.

Decent price to get rid of old mattresses or garbage.

I was so Thankful for the lady in the office. I broke my hip and was having a hard time walking. She came out and took my bag of garbage to the dumpster. Angel on watch. Thank u so much

I've been a customer for years, never had a problem but in this last year we've had a couple issues . Then we get missed, I call I'm told it'll be picked up by end of day... Next day I call I'm told we'll have it picked up.... Shortly before closing I call and I get transferred to dispatch to leave a message, I call back ask for a manager , there's not one available, you can give me a message for one....... By now I'm getting fed up. And she says calm down it's just trash. And goes I told you they'd be there tomorrow... I say no you didn't tell me that or I wouldn't be calling and dealing with you. Modern waste you've lost another customer I don't need to deal with lil sassy pants on the phone. Try hiring someone with an IQ

Terrible customer service their employees broke our trash can we have to pay them for monthly and 3 times now I've been told they will replace it, one employee walked up our driveway and when my husband showed him the trash can he was rude and did not replace it like we were told, when i called the office they said they would send him back to replace it, he never showed up. their new contract with our city FORCES people to have one of their cans so elderly peoplle that only have one bag a week now pay triple for trash pick up most elderly are on a very tight budget, what a terrible thing for them to have to worry about.

Hours are all over the place and inconsistent. Especially the "new" hours as well as whether it's actually OPEN at all or not. Different people and I have gotten MIXED messages whether it's open or not and what the hours are , plus the phone and online information for 2021... Plus it's very unprofressional and unsafe... also VERY confusing.

Won't honk or let anyone know what time they will be there and if i have a visitor they don't pick up and its been 3 months now

I have had no bad experience with this company, during this whole pandemic. One day I didn't have the can out, my neighbor rushed out said hey wait, those men did. Thanks for your to your sanitation workers, and office staff.
