Hisdalle towing came out right away to help to change my flat tire. Brain was super nice and fast. It only took minutes. I was also stuck in the driveway he was happy to pull me out. I would highly recommend hisdalle towing to anyone. They're fast and friendly and they do the job right. I wouldn't go anywhere else. There prices are reasonable. I work third shift as a nurse, and thought I had locked my keys in my car. The man that responded was kind and genuinely concerned about my situation!!! He arrived earlier than expected and opened my locked doors, and attempted warm up my car so it would be warm when I got off of work. This alone was beyond what I would expect from a total stranger!! It turned out that my ENTIRE SET was lost keyfob and ALL, so he wasn't able to start it for me. He offered solutions to my situation, and spent time trying to find my keys in the snow. After all of that I was not charged anything for his time. All he asked for was this Google review. My car was stuck in a huge snowdrift and had been plowed in as well - Hillsdale Towing came through for me big time. The driver was named Canon - it turns out he's the same guy who does those Hillsdale Towing radio commercials you hear all the time. But don't worry: even though he's a famous, fancy radio star, he's also super helpful and friendly! ;) He did a great job getting my car out of a tough spot. Many thanks & God bless!

EXCELLENT service. While I was driving I unexpectedly ran over a trailer hitch in the middle of the road and SHREDDED my tire. I called Hillsdale Towing for assistance and boy was that the best decision! John was incredibly prompt, professional, and polite. I was impressed by how swiftly he changed my tire in negative degree weather and his happy to help work ethic while doing it. What a great experience. It's rare and encouraging to be met with above par customer service nowadays. Thank you, Hillsdale Towing.

Great service! I slid off the road in the drifted snow and it only took a few minutes to get to me. I have also called them to change a tire before. Always been great. Which is why I keep them programmed in my phone. I always call them when I need help. 🙂

On my way to work i hit some drifts that put me in the ditch. I called Hillsdale Towing and all the wreckers were out and busy so the manager came and pulled me out himself. The price was far less than expected(by a lot), especially for weather/road conditions and the fact that I called at 1:30 am. Thank you John!

Today I needed some assistance with a flat tire and a faulty jack. They made it to me in amazing time and quickly helped me. The worker and dispatch was awesome. They even cut me a break on the cost .

Highly recommend! I was passing through Hillsdale out of town and got a flat tire that needed towing. A friend recommended Hillsdale Towing, and I am so glad they did! John was very professional and helpful and made many calls around town to find the right shop with the right tire stocked (it was a Saturday, and the car needed a special tire), came immediately to pick up my car, and even checked it into the shop for me so I could continue to my destination. What could’ve been a time-consuming ordeal ended up being a smooth, relatively-quick fix. Fair price, great communication, and quick and excellent service. Thank you, Hillsdale Towing!

I was completely stuck in deep snow this morning in my driveway, panicking because I had a flight to catch in just a couple of hours. Two kind neighbors tried to push me out, but we couldn’t budge the car at all. I called Hillsdale Towing and they showed up incredibly fast. The driver (I’m so sorry I don’t have his name right now—I’m typing this from the plane!) took one look and single-handedly got me unstuck in minutes while I watched in amazement from the drivers seat. No fancy equipment, no drama—just pure skill and hustle. Thanks to him, I made it to the airport with time to spare and am currently in the air. I’ve got his business card in my pocket of my coat in the bin and will be sending a proper thank-you this week. If you’re ever stuck in the Hillsdale area, call these guys. They’re absolute lifesavers. Highly, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice and professional

I walked out of work to a completely flat tire. Driver was there within 40 minutes and was extremely couteius and helpful. He not only put my spate on for me, he pumped it up because it also was nearly flat. I'll definitely keep these guys in mind if I ever need roadside assistance again! 10 stars!!

Let’s be real: nobody’s calling a tow truck on a good day. I’d driven nearly 600 miles, finally crossed the Michigan border on I-69, and BOOM—massive buck meets my front end. My puppy and I were fine, thank goodness, but my car? Not so much. The Michigan State Police were great, and my husband called Hillsdale Towing. Not long after, Case rang me up, saying he’d be there in 40 minutes. Now, if you’ve ever sat on the shoulder of a dark highway with a curious puppy, you know every second feels like a lifetime. Lucky for us, Case rolled up right on time. He even pulled up ahead of my car so my puppy and I didn’t have to wander too close to speeding traffic. My puppy, of course, thought she had to defend us from this stranger with all 32 pounds of her ferocious bark. But Case was totally unfazed (literally). He let us get settled in the truck, then hooked up my car as if it was no big deal. Case and his younger brother, who was along for the ride, were genuinely kind and welcoming. They introduced themselves, and Case asked questions like he actually cared to know my story. For a couple of young guys, they were incredibly thoughtful. They took us all the way home, helped carry my bags in, and even took my car to their lot after dropping us off. It was late, and they went above and beyond, with smiles the whole time. The next day, when I went to their lot to grab the rest of my stuff, everyone was just as friendly, even offering to let me drive in closer if I had a lot to carry. At the end of a long, exhausting night, Hillsdale Towing turned what could’ve been a complete nightmare into an almost enjoyable experience. These guys don’t just tow your car—they tow your spirits, too. **This was my first experience with Hillsdale Towing under new ownership and I couldn’t recommend more. Great service. Great family.

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate these guys! I locked myself out of my running car /early/ in the morning, and they were quick to answer the phone and come help me. Very reasonable prices and the young man who came to help was very kind. If I ever need such services again I will contact them, every time!

As I was trying to get home after a long day of work my one ton crapped out on me leaving me dead on the road. I called hillsdale towing. They were very professional all the way through. I don’t think I even had to wait 15 minutes and bam there they were in this sweet decked out dodge hook truck! He backed up snatched my rig up in about five minutes and off we were!
