They advertise one price,even called and confirmed it with the little short chick with the black glasses...and when I got there she charged me 20 more and lied and said she never confirmed the cheaper price
...I WILLL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS OR ANY OTHER O'REILLEYS AGAIN...WHAT A SCAM..they deserve no stars
Incompetent, rude, plus trying to explain with a picture seem difficult for here, her noise and words like, oh mine and oh boy under her breathe was very rude seems her patience was very short. She might be good with a computer but her knowledge was quite limited. I've a been a customer for many years here hopeful it was just one person because your other representatives has been great and helpful and kind. I would recommend and day of the week but this person was way outta line. Thank you
Absolutely great service. It's kind of unusual to find such friendly staff members in the automotive retail industry these days but they have them here. You won't be disappointed if you come here.
Got a wiper blade replaced. The young associate knew her stuff and was very accepting and friendly. She was also very considerate when we forgot our payment method was locked and we couldn't figure out why it was declining, lol.
Never go here because you get the run around when you try to return a 300.00 dollar part they don't have the money to refund you and you have to wait till before closing or when they call you to get your refund.. so what if you don't make enough money in a day I have to wait till you get it???
Theres absolutely no reason I should have to wait 5 days for my money back on a return. I never have in my life, returns should be instant, just like it takes my money when I pay. Horribly company policy of greed collecting interest. Ill be going to autozone from now on and using cash so they can't rob me.
The young lady there was working alone but still took the time to answer all my questions and installed my bulb quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!👍
Best service ever! They went above and beyond to help me out when my jeep's battery went dead, would not have made it home without them! The three team members working were all very helpful and knowledgeable, I will be back and will spread the word!
We got a bright head light for our Kia Sorento in Dowagiac. Autozone did not have one I even got a military discount way to go OOO RILEY auto parts oowwww!
I prefer this store over the Autozone down the road though you will find content and cost to be close to the same for retail products. Facility is clean and staff is friendly.
The overall shopping experience you receive depends greatly on the associate that is available to help you, their employees do not always know how to assist you and may tell you they can not help and/or pass you to the next available employee. That being said it is hit or miss with being a satisfied customer. Good luck to whom ever reads this. Me personally will only return to this store for a last effort.
Ordered part online .went to local oreileys they had no idea what I was talking about the store is in dowgiac michigan.they reordered part.which I have to pick up and I assume I will be paying for it again.so not so great.
The staff at O'Reilly's was very helpful concerning a 12 volt battery that I believed had a damaged cell. After the battery was tested the results were positive and I was relieved that I didn't have to buy a new battery. Thanks O"Reillys!
I've given up on the other major auto parts store that's usually just a few feet from O'Reilly and has been in this area for much longer than O'Reilly. it's not because I have a huge complaint about those other guys, but O'Reilly seems cleaner and more attentive and more professional.
As always, very helpful service. Brandon is most helpful. He's knowledgeable and it seems like he is always there so definitely commented to strong customer service satisfaction.
