they lied about what parts they used and they got angry and threatening until i proved it to them . THey used used parts from their salvage yard instead of the new ones they charged me for and said it was good enough .

We had taken our pontoon to 2 other marinas to repair our motor neither could fix it. So we were sceptical when we took it there. But they were honest, helpful and actually repaired it. It hasn't run this good in years.
I enjoyed my experience as a first-time buyer here. I purchased a starter nearly their closing time on my way to a fishing tournament. The bolts didn't exactly fit the new starter and one broke in the starter. They asked me come back first thing in the morning so they could help. They helped to get it out AND quickly gave me two new bolts on the spot to ensure it installed properly (it did). While he's a man of few words, Dan is very knowledgeable and helpful. The team working with him is great as well. I recommend them!
I typically won't post a review unless really good or really bad. I would never recommend this place, nor will I ever take anything there again. Their mentality is that "you need them more than they need you as a customer". Did not stand behind their initial inspection and analysis of the valve to get a unit running. Spent more than I wanted based on their knowledge and recommendation. I feel part of their initial inspection of unit....they should have "noticed" what they now say isn't their problem. So $2000 later, I still have a jet ski that doesn't run.
The fellas up here are great! Dropped out boat off this afternoon for winterization service and was able to pick it back up same day. They also found a cracked piece in out prop and fixed it for free while they were in there. Thanks gentlemen. We will definitely be doing business with you in the future
Great staff, know their stuff! Prices are best around and have everything you need in stock and ready. Service work is fantastic and fixed right the first time! Highly recommend them!
If I could, I would give them less than 1 star. They forgot the coolant ("pee") tube on my outboard when rebuilding my lower unit. The motor overheated and blew up. They blamed it on me. They agreed to fix it for a reduced amount ($75 ish off) so I agreed. After fixing it they tried to give me a motor with a broken skeg, which they must have broke while it was in their possession. Then they finally delivered on fixing the blown head, but the motor now produces less than half the horse power it is supposed to. They refuse to give me my money back. The worst company I have ever done business with... I'd rather deal with Comcast and that says a lot.
I brought my 94 polaris there running, but dies on occasion. They called me 10 days later to tell me the engine was blown up and I owed them $100. Work order stated that there is zero compression in back cylinder. I picked it up, put it in the lake and now it wont start. I pulled the seat off to find the spark plugs loose. So, I tightened them down, checked for spark and still nothing. Thanks for the horrible service, wont be going back.
I got a killer deal on a boat motor and trim! He gave me a price on the motor not knowing it came with a power trim, he stuck to his word and didnt raise the price. Everyone was very helpful. I came from a couple hours away and will go out of my way to go there first next time! I couldnt b happier with the deal!
Sleds? ... Don't know ... used them for Boats only. I have not been there in years, but when I needed an old 50's 25HP Evinrude part, the tri-legged starter rope bracket, they HAD IT! And, the cost was not too bad considering I had been looking for that part from the 1970's while in the Air Force ... ON the Pacific Coast! These guys are a wealth of assistance, parts and info, DO NOT give them a bad review because someone had a bad day!

Horrible service!
I drove 75 miles for nothing! Mind you, I was going there in May looking to fix up my old sled. I ask the guy do you have any vintage snowmobiles and he says, "No, they are all in storage and all we have is tunnels." I go on to ask do you care if I look around? He also said, "No, not without permission.. So I proceed to walk out because I'm not going to stand there and be treated like a child!! So his friend comes out just as we are going to leave and said, "He said you can look around but DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING!" So what do you know, walk out there and here is the sled I'm looking for but the only problem is I don't know if it runs because it is half buried in stones. So I go back up and ask him how much? He said, "$350." I only wanted some parts so I figured it'd be cheaper to buy the whole sled. Well I ask him he would part it out for the parts I wanted. His response is, "We won't part anything out till November because it is boat season."
I was going to work on my old sled this summer to have it running by winter but cannot do it without parts.
SO JUST A HEADS UP DON'T GO THERE LOOKING FOR SNOWMOBILE PARTS/SLED UNLESS IT IS IN SEASON. Also, the price for a non running sled that they have is RIDICULOUS!!
