Stopped to get gas in coldwater, my gmc acadia wouldn't start and acted as if the cranking battery was defective, the tow truck driver was able to get my remote reprogrammed so my car started, thank to them I was back on the road quickly.

Huge shoutout to Kyle! While waiting for a family member to pick up my dog so I can focus on replacing my flat tire, Kyle saw me and turned around and offer me help in replacing my tire. At first, I don’t need help since I was just waiting plus with me thinking that I need to pay but Kyle said he just wanted to help! Now I know that whenever I need services, I would definitely call this place as I know that they train people good! So if you need good customer service, I would definitely recommend this place!

We lost our gas tank coming from Angola preback surgery. The company realized that my husband could not climb into the wrecker cab. They sent a car to take us home. Such a kind, caring company!!!

My car broke down over Memorial Day weekend and I was able to get a tow truck within 30 minutes. They loaded my car and took it to my house. Was super quick especially for a holiday weekend and let me know the price beforehand. Will 100% use them again if needed and would recommend.

My tire practically broke off and had actually called a different company at the time. after waiting 30 minutes on the first company only to be told they were unable to tow me. VIP was called on my behalf and the wrecker showed up within 15 minutes of the call. The driver was very kind, polite and honest with me the whole way through. He not only tought me a bit about my own car. He promptly towed me to my preferred auto repair. The driver was so wonderful and easy to talk to the whole trip, it made me feel confident that if I ever needed anything of the sorts. To call to them first. Thank you

Monday I was leaving work and I drove over a steel post that got wedged under my truck. I immediately stopped, not having a clue what to do I called VIP towing. The tow truck came shortly and I got out to meet the driver. He introduced himself and his name was Kyle. He set me at ease right away. Then he looked at the situation and got under my truck and explained in detail the damage and what can be done. He ended up calling which I learned later was his dad to bring him a cutting tool to cut the pole. He was able to remove the pole with very little damage and I was able to drive my truck without having any issues. Your company truly has an exceptional employee. Kyle first set me at ease and expertly fixed the problem. If I ever need help later I will call VIP towing. VIP Towing is now my official service shop and will recommend to anyone in need. Thank you Kyle (and Kyle’s dad) for making a bad day not so scary.

Had an unfortunate flat tire in almost middle of nowhere and Dom came by and provided excellent and transparent service in a reasonable time. Had an hour long drive back home and had the pleasure of speaking with him and sharing stories. Avoiding an awkward long drive home. Thank you Dom. Highly recommend using VIP. Great experience.

Locked my keys in my car while at work, happened to meet one of the owners of VIP in the parking lot of my workplace (as I was trying to fish the keys out) and he immediately called Carson to come help me. Response time was excellent and it took him less than 5 minutes to get them! Great service and would recommend them to anyone :)

Tow Driver took my van to their body shop, when it was supposed to go to another one closer to me. Tried to say they were cheaper and did more for their people, but insurance did not have it scheduled to go there and I did not know where my van even was for a hot minute. The driver called the secondary person on the registration to get permission but as it is an insurance repair this should've never happened. The van is supposed to go to an insurance approved location- that should've been the end of it. I don't appreciate tow drivers trying to shunt business to their affiliated autobody shop. To me, that's entirely dishonest. Update: they are taking my van where it's supposed to be. It's still bad business practice, and they did try to convince me to leave it there. It's going to be a costly repair, I think that's why this happened.

I had got into a wreck in Michigan before I moved out of state. Vip not only fixed my truck with diligence. When I got my truck back and there were some minor issues. They were fast to take care of the bill from another shop. Out of state. No issues. I couldn't have asked for better service or a faster warranty. Kyle also did a winter undercoat for my truck. Its still flawless after off roading in Colorado.

We had quick and extremely friendly service from Dom when our car broke down. He was flexible and even gave us great recommendations for things to do in town while we waited on our car to be fixed.

My Mom, her boyfriend, and my daughter where in an accident on 69, and VIP towing was called. They were driving a pickup and a 5th wheel trailer. The accident pushed them into the ditch. VIP towing came took absolutely excellent care of my family and the vehicle. VIP towing took my family back to their office to let them wait for their ride that was hours away. During this time Kyle helped carry belongings and helped keep my 4 year old daughter entertained. I am thankful VIP towing was called to the accident scene
