Our new SUV suffered sudden engine failure with a seized motor on I69 in Michigan. We needed a tow of 200 miles all the way back to the original dealership in a suburb of Chicago for eventual engine replacement under warranty. We called AAA and they couldn't find a towing company that would tow out of the state of Michigan until finding 911 Auto Services & Towing. Bill was sent out and came to our rescue. He is a professional tow truck operator with many years of experience. He secured our large SUV on the flat bed and proceeded to take us all the way back to the Chicago area. He is an excellent driver and one of the nicest persons I have ever met. We really enjoyed our joint conversations about our families and backgrounds. This is a family business with the highest standards and the best towing company I have ever experienced!
AAA send them to tow my vehicle from I 69 near Olivet MI to East Lansing MI. Bill called before leaving to confirm address, he was professional and took good care of my SUV. Thank you Bill.
My parents car was towed there after my brother and dad were in an accident. They were helpful explaining how the insurance was gonna process things. Called on a weekend about cleaning out the car, and they were quick to call back. Overall, seemed friendly, and helpful throughout everything.
This is the best towing service I have ever used. I was on a vacation from Illinois when my transmission went out. We where near Marshal Michigan. I called my AAA service and they sent me 911 towing. Not only did they tow our car to a dealership in Battle creek, they also took us to a rental car company. They waited around until we had a rental car in case there was a problem. They only left when we where taken care of and able to get back on the road. Thank you 911 towing!
I can’t even express how amazing this family is! We were vacationing in Michigan from Lubbock, Texas when our car broke down. We could not find anyone that could pick up our vehicle and also transport the three of us. They were called by the state trooper and they showed up extremely fast AND while he towed our vehicle to Battlecreek, MI (our destination) 45 min away, his wife gave us a ride. They were extremely reasonably priced and so helpful and sweet during a stressful situation! Thank you just doesn’t seem enough!!!
911 went over and beyond my expectations. This family owned business is a true representation of the American dream. Couldn’t be more thankful for this group. They picked me up in Marshall, Mi and drive car and I all the way back to Fort Wayne, In.
I just want to thank 911 Auto Service Center and Towing and Recovery for making our car emergency so easy to get through. We are from Anderson, Indiana and it happened this past Friday night and our alternator went out. James Vanover, the office manager got us the best deal that he could and within a couple of hours, he had us back on the road. This gentleman was simply one of the kindest man I have ever met. He even called me a couple of days later to check on us and our car. Thank you again James, I'll definitely give you 5 stars!

I would like to give them the highest ratings possible! Josh who came to help me with my car, went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. It took a long time because my car had a very crazy alarm system that shuts down everything. I was stuck out of state, trying to get to a funeral and because of them I was able to make it! I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend them.?
My son broke down on his way back to school on a Sunday afternoon. They quickly towed him back to their place in Coldwater. They discovered the problem which had been caused by another mechanic’s faulty work and had the car fixed the next day at a very reasonable price.
I would recommend these guys to anyone. They got out to me in about 30 minutes even though it was the early hour of the morning. Very polite, up beat and helpful service. So helpful in fact he even made sure I had a way to get home after hitting a dear on the highway and taking out my car, even offering to give me a ride home. Not to mention they have the most reasonable rate around
When my car broke down in Sturgis, I had called the "other" towing company in town, but no one answered and you couldn't leave a message (weird for a so-called 24-hour towing service). But when I called 911, no problems ...the guy was very nice and helped bring back my car. I'll use them again!

The staff at this establishment seemed to genuinely care. They were very helpful. We were not from Coldwater and the owner was very helpful in the advice area.
Customer service was wonderful, they got me in and out quickly. The staff was very friendly and made it a great experience. If I lived closer I'd be getting all of my work done through them.
I have had my fair share of car issues over the years, and this was the most positive and great experience I've ever had with one. I locked myself out of my car on Memorial Day and no one else was able to come help as they were all closed/didn't answer. I believe Bill was the man who answered immediately when I called 911 Auto Services Center. He immediately came and was able to get me back into my car so quickly. He was so professional, so friendly, and the service was really just phenomenal. Recommend this place over any other!

Horrible!! Broke down on the interstate with a pull trailer and the driver refused to tow my trailer, only my truck. I offered to pay for him to go back and tow it separately but still refused. I had to pay another company to get the trailer! The driver was inexperienced and smelled like garbage juice and pickles! Worst experience ever :(
Honest, caring bunch of people who will work with you on your situation. I've used them twice and could not have been more satisfied.
These reviewers who give a low rating with no explanation are, at best, not helpful and in my opinion suspect.
Bill and his boys sure do the extra for their costumers. My transmission blew out near Marshall, I was coming back from a doctors appointment for my 7 moth old baby. I called and Bill got there right away. Took me and my son and niece to coldwater. I told him that my transmission had just been replaced and I had bad luck and I bought another broke one. He made sure I got to coldwater safe, on top of that he did not charge me for the towed. Sometimes we forget in this world that there is still good people out there. For this reason I recommend them not Just as a business but also for their human compassion.
