If i could leave Less than one star I would. They wasted my entire day going back and forth for parts and only had half the parts when I went back. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. They act like it's no big deal. They offer you nothing for your time. Absolutely the worst auto parts store in Hastings. Save yourself the gas and wasted time.
I had to replace the wiper blades on my car. I decided to go to Auto Zone after hearing about the good service they provide. I wasn’t disappointed!! I was greeted at the door by a very polite employee. Then I was asked a few questions, taken over to their selection of replacement blades. He explained the difference between the blades, listened and answered my questions. He then installed the blades after I had paid for them. Thank you Troy!! ?
Do not trust the delivery times that they tell you .
It's sometimes days later then they tell u .
Ill probably try my best not too be a customer with them as often as I can,because of all the stress.
Everytime I go in the store if Troy helps me I never get the wrong parts, he always goes above and beyond to help me with whatever i need help with. He's like family now.
I needed to get my vehicle’s a/c charged up and Grace and Troy were very helpful! I overheat easily and had a 50 minute drive ahead of me so I am extra grateful they were able to help me out.
The item I purchased was $4 more here than it was at Ace hardware. Not willing to price match or give a discount. Done dealing with these clowns. The Caledonia AutoZone WILL price match or at least give you 10% off. The girl who helped me was not helpful or friendly at all !!! Customer service F-
As a current Autozoner it is very sad to see that managers still don’t understand how the warranty policy works. I’ve been to MANY Autozone’s and this one can never seem to get it right. If it weren’t for me working at Autozone I doubt I would have gotten my warranty swap. Very unfortunate.
I go to AutoZone for everything I need car wise I don't really like O'Reilly's because of past issues with staff but I highly recommend AutoZone when it comes to looking for specific parts they're normally cheaper than O'Reilly's a majority of the time.
I buy all my parts and my seat covers with AutoZone They have decent selections when it comes to products especially cleaning products if you're like me and you really like cleaning bikes or your detailer.
Jeremiah has helped me so much with my project car. Even going above and beyond to help me with something I wasn’t even in for! He’s helped me order all my parts and even helped me get my hood latch fixed! He is honestly one of the best mom service person I’ve ever ran in to. I will be going to him for every little thing I need for my car and highly recommend Jeremiah to anyone who needs help with honesty
Jeremiah was great! Very friendly and informative; even used his personal vehicle to jump start my car and also recommended a couple mechanic shops to me.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, Jeremiah was a big help, it’s clear with his service and the reviews here I’m not the only one he’s ever helped but it proves it’s not a fluke and he’s willing to go the extra mile to help as much as he can as often as he can, for as many people as he can! He embodies the idea of great customer service.

My battery died in my car while I was in downtown Hastings, so I got a family member to give me a jump and I headed straight to Autozone. Jeremiah was a huge help! He helped me find the best battery for my car and he installed it for me in the parking lot. He also cleaned the terminals and gave me some extra maintenance advice. He was extremely helpful and his customer service was fantastic! Great customer service is harder to come by lately, so I greatly appreciated Jeremiah's!
I stopped in about 20 minutes before closing to get some brake parts for the rear of a vehicle that I was working on. Yes, they were aware that I was working on the rear of the vehicle, most of the parts they sold me were correct, however, the pads were clearly for the front of the same vehicle. This mistake by their employee prevented me from repairing the vehicle in the timeframe I had planned. Drove back the next day, they did not seem the least bit apologetic or understand the gravity of giving someone the wrong parts. In fact, one of the guys behind the counter even said “life goes on“. As many of the other reviews have stated, customer service is not top-notch here.
We went to AutoZone to get a new battery. Lucas G. assisted us throughout the entire process and was MORE than helpful and extremely professional. Lucas researched our battery type, made a recommendation based on our car’s requirements, and was quick in retrieving the battery. Lucas went above and beyond our expectations by assisting us with the removal of the old battery and installation of the new battery. My husband has a pacemaker/defibrillator and cannot handle large batteries, which makes our “simple” battery swap that much more difficult. Lucas took the time to install the battery and ensure that our car started properly without issue. THANK YOU, LUCAS!!!
Me and my mom drove here because her check engine light was on. When we got to the store she went in to ask if someone could check what code popped up Jason threw the OBD2 reader at her and said here do it yourself. When she said she couldn't she didn't know how. His response was "It is very easy. I'm sure you are smart enough to figure it out." Ryan offered his help after Jason walked away and we figured out what needed to be done. Not the best experience we have had there and I'm sure it won't be the last or the worst.
They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and have what I need. I love it when I can get it and out of a store quickly, and be helped. It can really beat spending too much time researching on Amazon before making the right purchase.
Jason and Tyson helped us with a replacement battery for my son's car today. They were very patient and beyond helpful. The battery was difficult to remove and they spent a lot of time making it right. We appreciate all they did. Christmas bonuses for them??
This is the only auto parts store that I use in Hastings. Occasionally, one of the employees will be having a bad day, and that makes things a little less than expected. But overall, this is a tidy store that has all the options you need, or they will order it in, usually available the next day.
No complaints here at this location.

Today I had some amazing service from this store, after being treated like crap by the people at O'Reilly. Their team member Jessica offered me the use of her stroller after I had lugged my 9 month old to O'Reilly and then to Auto Zone after my car broke down! Not only were they super helpful, but to do something so kind to a total stranger. That was WAY above and beyond! good job, guys keep up the good work!
