I dealt with Brad at the repair shop. He made sure to get everything fixed up. I thought it would be a much larger bill because I thought something larger was the issue. He took a unbiased look and diagnosed a much smaller issue that fixed the problem.
Great service and pricing. Stopped in there yesterday to get a headlight replaced.And I was done in no time , and everyone was so friendly. Thank you for your dedication to the community.
My wife went to leave for work to discover she had a flat. Companies sent by our insurance were of no help. I asked if I could get reimbursed if I picked someone and called Goldsworthy's when they said i could. past dealings with them have always been Topnotch and this was no different.
They couldn't get her on the road that night, but took it back to the shop and had it ready by noon. the next day.
I am very disappointed in this company. I canceled my appointment with a bigger company that gets alot more buisness being in the middle of the city for this place to support local...
My toddler and I came in for our appt, they didnt talk much. I asked if they call when they are done. They have no where for you to hang out. Or they didn't offer it, one of the two. We came back and in less then 30 minutes, they said your cars done, you have a bad tire, wires are hanging out of it. Then they hand me a paper for $1,000 for tires. And charged me $65 for them to put my vehicle on a hoist, see my buldge in my tire and put my car back down and tell me it's finished. Everyone I talked too that seen a picture of this tire was mind blown they didn't suggest getting a ride home until we got new tires. They just slapped the new tire bill infront of me and let me leave with my toddler after paying $65 and literally 10 minutes of their time.
NOT THRILLED!! We will never be back.

My truck was making bad noises on the 4th of July weekend. These gentlemen literally saved my bacon in under thirty minutes and with minimal staff at a great price. Weekend warriors, truly.

Never again. They did not do what they said they did and I had to take it to another garage. He showed me exactly how a charge worked on an ac unit and instead of replacing a condenser I could have just replaced the hose. Owner ran from talking to me had his desk guy talk to me. Stop ripping ppl off.
STAY AWAY!!! The only thing they care about is getting paid. They just show up at accidents without being called and take whichever vehicle will pay more. They like to price gouge. The driver was very rude. Stay away from this company there are better options out there just about anywhere. They will not work with you at all. There practices are not only wrong but very illegal. They have been reported and need to be shut down immediately
Fair pricing and good customer service. Small little place but they have a lot of good stuff and a gas station attached that has hot food and a customer waiting area.
Very nice store. Neat and clean. Most of the staff treats you like family. Bob and Karen have done a wonderful job with the store and they take care of their customers.
Good service. One stop can do a lot.. Gas, convenience food/drinks, auto towing/repair. Even auto parts, tires, and tools. It's location means you may not have to drive all the way to Hastings or Battle Creek.
