They have parts and sensors yes they do!! Are the employees knowledgeable on vehicle or what the parts or sensors are for no!!! Not the place to take advice from unless you want to spend money on pointless parts.
It hard to believe out of three boys working yesterday afternoon. Not one of them new what a fresh air intake manifold is. Thats not the worst thing. They thought I was making it up. I realy gave them a minus 100.
Cool dude Devin assisted me when i stopped in for break-lights for my 2011Dodge Nitro. Good personality, good demeanor, pleasant approach assisting my request. Devin installed the new break-lights without hesitation or attitude. I can see why Auto Zone has kept him employed for over 5 years here in Allegan. I could tell within minutes that Devin likes his job and customers. Thanks again pal.
I went to the autozone in Allegan to have my battery checked, they said it was bad. Fine, I asked if they would change it for me so I wouldn't have to worry about the core, the clerk said no problem so he went to take the battery out. He had trouble with the negative wire, he said something to the other person working about how he couldn't get it out. The other guy says well we can't change it then. Really you can't even help him try to get it. Nice I guess you don't need my business then.
Simply superb this morning helping us with a battery problem. Staff went above and beyond to help us. There's a few car part places on this road but the staff make this cap parts store the best.
Clerk didn't want to have to do much. He Said he didn't have what we needed UNTIL I said we would GO TO ADVANCED AUTO THEN he might have one, still he barely would get the filter I wanted. Good thing I brought a picture. Even then it was an effort to get him to sell me the one I wanted. It even cost more than the cheap junk he tried to sell me. I practically had to beg the guy to get it for us. Hmmm ??
The staff is super helpful especially Stephanie! She's knowledgeable and witty, and her store is always clean! The only thing I might say for improvements is more and better stickers for your automobile.
AutoZone is a good place for auto parts. They normally have at least one of what you are looking for. And that was the case on this visit. I needed a 2 5/16 trailer ball. I wanted the heavier duty one, which they had. The problem was that they didn't have the correct bar for it. So I was in a jam, on a good distance from the next store. So I purchased the lighter weight ball and bar. I will have to get the heavier duty ones at a later date as the setup I will be towing is very near the capacity of what I purchased. I guess I'm happy in that the had the larger ball size I needed, but disappointed that they didn't have the heavier duty one.
Scott is exceptional, he went over above and beyond to help, the starter on our only vehicle failed and we had no way of going to the store to pick one up, Scott very kindly delivered the starter to us, we highly recommend our local Allegan AUTO ZONE store, Thank you for your help !!
Usually very helpful. One girl in piticular really knows her stuff. Probably more than the guys that work here. Can be busy at times but it's worth it!
Sales person asked to help, but stared at his phone the whole time. Had to go get my sons rear wiper from Wal-Mart.....so that was annoying. Otherwise it's fine
Rude Female Cashier! Even told to go to O'Reilly's if I didn't like their prices. (Which I did have to pay $80 more than online price since they said it wasn't in stock even though online site said it WAS!) One gentlemen DID help and was super friendly.
They we're so nice it's a nice clean store one of the best I've been in that's why I think in my opinion it's a five star every body there. Made me happy with my experience there they got the job done for me
I ordered a part at noon they told me should be in by 6pm that night. The guy calls me back 5min to close. So I go in the next day I go in to retrieve my part and they've given me a Ford caliper instead of a honda. They then proceed to argue with me saying I ordered the wrong part and that I have till monday to get a new one. I went in to the store to find out someone had put the wrong receipt on my box and nobody even checked to see if my part was sitting 3 feet from they're face. So I now have 2 days invested in a single caliper. My mechanic and I will never go back.
Been there a few times. Talk with Tommy if he's there. He has been helpful everytime I go in. If he's not there I come back another day when he is. And no, he's not a friend outside of there either.
