Extremely pleased with the work done on my trailblazer! Great price and done in a timely manner! Talked with Chris, very knowledgeable, and customer oriented. He told me straight to the point what needed to be fixed, didn't try to sell me other things I didn't need. He also genuinely thanked me for my business which is quite refreshing!
Just go somewhere else, unless you want to pay for labor and parts that they dont do. My car was left unlocked. Took them 3 weeks to get my car back and when i got it back, got about 2 miles down the road and all my lights where back on...could go on and on about a couple of instances, but not worth it.. just shaddy business and i would not recommend them to anybody.
Great place to get vehicle parts and other things you need for your vehicle. It is the only place my husband will go because they have great and friendly service. They are always so helpful and you can't beat their prices and they always make sure you get the right parts you need for your vehicle unlike a lot of other Auto parts stores....
Need breaks replaced. Got a quote over the phone. After I had dropped it off to be looked at. They gave me one price over the phone. So I brought that much. Got there and the price went up. Had to go to the bank for more money. Got back to them. And the price had gone up again. They "forgot" to add part to the price. Walked out spending more then $150 then the original quote. Go somewhere else!!!
Just wanted door locks replaced, I bought the the parts. All they had to do was switch out the old Tums for the ones I brought. And I thought my water pump was going bad and asked to check it. $170 bucks for the locks, I thought was a bit much. And a nother 20 for a pressure test on the water pump. They told me the water pump was going bad and it would be$300 to replace it. I held off because I was from out of town and would get to it back home. Set up to have it fixed and when I dropped it off I got a shock that nothing was wrong with the water pump and it been fine for months now. Just a sad thing to be played by a business in a fine city. I have family in the area and it sucks the way a lot of shops take advantage of good folks. And they make a living doing it. This place is a good shop to get robbed! Like I did. Should be put out of business for thier actions!
