Perfect place to go if your looking for parts I been going there for over 30 years and only 2 times I got bad parts but if you go back with in a day or two they will usually let you swap it
Worst place will help you with parts but won’t suggest the warranty so that way when you try to return it they can bullshit and say it’s not there part so they can keep your money
Pretty good selection, well organized, and the guys working there have always been super cool. I’ve only ever purchased plastic trim pieces and cosmetic stuff, but the prices have always been fantastic, and sometimes I’ve even gotten out with a few goodies for free. Highly recommend if you need parts, but also just a fun time for a car guy, lots of cool stuff sitting around.
Cheap and convenient but,
To many people telling you different things, they have it, they don't have it. I called to make sure they had motor after I got uhaul rented, I told them and they didn't care about it, there's nothing they can do. I was never told I had to wait a couple days and I was never told I had to make a deposit.
Good thing I didn't put the miles on the uhaul.
As for Sam's pull a part, they need to figure it out.

Place that have good prices but no cash refunds,hard to guarantee parts and one of the guys on front treat one customer like I don't even gonna said,hope they do better whit C.S
This is my girls phone but I would just like to say I delt directly with the manager Scott Depatsy and not only did he go out of his way to help me. He knew exactly what I wanted and gave me a awesome price on rims that fit my car like a glove. Not only that he remembered me and treated me with absolute respect and professionalism. Also I didn't feel like I was just another customer they were just trying to get out the way. I went to a couple other places before that and was treated so badly I started to lose hope. I know most people know that's the place to go if you need something cheap and if you look u might get lucky but I love my new rims I even called Scott pesonally to thank him and he still remembered me. That's service you don't forget and trust me these guys have allot of people coming and going so to get that kind of service is above and beyond. Check these guys first cause they have the knowledge and patience and even though they have to deal with all this pandemic stuff will help you the best they can and are not looking to sell you something just to make a sale. Anyway thanks for everything and for sure you have my business and I recommend everyone to give them a try.

I paid for an E40D transmission 8/31/2024 and now cant get a return call and no one replies to my emails! Still NO transmission. Inv #1250 for $460.00. Maybe this post will help
I sold them my 16-year-old car. They took the car from my home on July 26. They said they could not leave the check in the mailbox unless I was home, and that they had to mail it to the address on the title. I still have not gotten the check and it’s August 12. I have checked both addresses! Absolutely ridiculous! The check was never mailed! They now claim that the check has been sitting on their desk “waiting for me to pick it up”. They said one thing and did another and took a car that they didn’t pay for. The car was worth a lot more than what I sold it to them for. The engine ran fine. Pic is the man taking the car July 26 from my house. I would not do business with them again.
You find it, you want it, you take it off and haul it. It's all in the name. They have geat prices. $2 each to ge in. Bring a truck and tools. Sometimes you can find people in the front who will take part off for you for a price. They don't keep inventory so you have to see for yourself if they have the vehicle and/parts you're looking for. Food stand outside. No bathrooms.
This is the third time in the last year I did business with Sam's the guys working the desk have went above and beyond treating me with kindness,helpfulness,and everything else. I just wanted to let the powers at be to read this and maybe give them a well deserved RAISE !!!!!!!!
The staff are polite and professional, only $2 to enter the yard, and their vehicle inventory is unbelievable. If you can't find your vehicle in their yard, I would be shocked, and if so, they will have it in a matter of days. By far the best pick and pull scrap yard in Massachusetts. The used parts I've purchased here have been in very good condition, and they provide a warranty, as well as excellent pricing!
Had to junk my son’s car. Looked online and after a number of calls settled on Sam’s. Wow! Was I pleased with that decision. I was cert stressed as i drove in the lot. However i was met by a VERY friendly and engaging person (i didn’t even get his name). He listened well to what we needed and took us right in to the office. We met Robert De La Cruz who took us the rest of the way. He was patient, knowledgeable and caring. Both gentlemen helped me to lay aside all the stress and anxiety of the situation. They walked us through the process and all ended up well. I would highly recommend them as well as Linders across the street where we needed to finish up.
I needed a tire and a rim for my daughter's car. I'm an old man and not as spry as I used to be, which limits what I can do on my own. A gentleman named Scott was extremely patient with me and very helpful. He found me a beautiful tire, the right size rim and charged a fair price. I'm very appreciative of his kindness and service. He represented Sam's very well and I thank him and highly recommend them.
Big yard,many types of vehicles, it’s a pick and pull service obviously, some items are a gamble some aren’t to get from here, prices aren’t too bad when you consider new on a lot of items nowadays. Added benefit of getting the part you need on that day instead of having to wait for shipping.
This place is hot or miss..... Not many pick your own parts places left. $2 cover charge just to walk in, but most makes are separated and there are literally thousands of vehicles. Seems like all the parts that are common replacements are gone though. Worth the $2 to look though as most part prices are pretty cheap compared to place that picks them for you.
Really inexpensive for good used parts. Only con is you have to locate your car type and remove the part yourself which is a plus as you will learn how to remove it and instalation would be somewhat the same.
First time coming here; impressions were great. The staff was awesome knowledgeable and very much freindly. The yard itself is one of the cleanest and most organized yards I've been too. And a great selection of parts available from engines, transmissions to even the smallest of things like clusters and fenders. Cheap price aswell and hopefully anyone with a decent brain can look over the $2 entrance fee. Had a great time in the yard itself, was amazing to even see what they had in stock and available for picking. Wanted to pull an engine or exhaust? They would help you no questions to put it on a stand for easy access. This is a great yard for any car enthusiasts, or your average Joe trying to find a bumper or taillight from hitting a mailbox.

Great prices on miscellaneous used parts and they have a large selection of tires here. Don't like the $2.00 entrance fee, but many "Pick and Pull" yards do this now. Saturday hours are nice.
