This place is the best. They only fix what's wrong and never try to sell you additional services you dont need. The prices and service can't be beat. I have been taking my car to be serviced here for 8 years.
Thank you, Kevin for patching the tire on our Tesla! For background, our tire started to leak air a few blocks from this shop. We called and Kevin serviced us immediately on a Friday afternoon right before his closing time. Thank you again!
A couple weeks ago my car was in really bad condition and I could barely drive it. By the grace of God I was able to drive it to Kevin's Automotive. Kevin was able to take a look at it and told me my car was misfiring. He told me he could get it back to me on Monday since it was Friday when this happened. My face just dropped, but I understood. After I got home it had to be around 7:30 I my phone rings and it was Kevin telling me my car was ready. I was unbelievably overjoyed and shocked with happiness at the same time. I couldn't have thanked Kevin's Automotive enough. Kevin's Automotive is the BEST place to take your vehicle. They also know how take care of there customers.
Kevin is amazing - I have gone to him twice now in a pinch - once, with a flat tire, and once for beyond dead brake pads. Both times, he has stayed open late and even went so far as to give me a ride back to his shop to get my car when it was done! So reasonably priced, great work, and 10000/10 customer service. We will be lifelong Kevin's customers!
I work right up the street at WB Housing Kevin has numerous customers here he is always very good to the tenants here especially the elderly. I have had him work on mine the the girls car for everything from big to small things he can't do he has always referred me to top shelf providers ( Lil surprise there because he is Top Shelf himself) weather I've dealt with him or John I have never not been satisfied with service or cost.

Final note I was surprised there was a neg review so I looked up the guy.... he claims he has a mechanic of 8 b yrs that's always cheap and the best parts .. so why didn't you go there 1st..then I see another review of a different shop...when I see 36....5 stars and 1 ...1 star I'm believing the majority and after my own yrs of service here I can tell you that review is BS

Had a flat tire in his area. Called to see if he had my tire size. Kevin drove to me, made sure I was ok and had a tow come. Fixed everything quick and perfectly priced . Thank you Kevin!!!!! You're the best
I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR GETTING ME A NEW SPARE TIRE , I WAS A TOTAL STRANGER AND KEVIN BASICALLY STOPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HAD ME A NEW TIRE IN LESS THAN 24 HRS., THEIR EMPLOYEE JOHN WAS PATIENT, POLITE AND SO QUICK GETTING THE TIRE ON. I DID MAKE IT TO CLINTON CONN.FOR MY DAUGHTER'S SURPRISE "50TH" PARTY. I HAD MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO THE SHOP TO SEE IF KEVIN HAD FOUND ME A TIRE, AND JOHN WAS SO PATIENT AND POLITE TO ME. I needed a new muffler, a few feet of pipe and exhuast hangers for an older (2005) Volvo. Kevin's quoted me $1200. $900 for the muffler part alone. He told me that was the cheapest part possible and that the genuine Volvo part would cost a fortune more.
I found more than one site selling genuine Volvo mufflers for $450 and OEM mufflers online and at autozone for about $235. I passed on the job at Kevin's and took the car to my usual mechanic. I got the whole job done for $436 out-the-door (parts, labor and tax).
My usual mechanic replaced all the same parts that were on the quote from Kevin's...for about 1/3 the price! Both shops used OEM parts. The total price difference was $764 ($436 vs $1200).
I know that my usual mechanic does good work, I have been going there for 8 years and all the work and parts have held up.
We would list the services we've received at Kevin's but it'd be easier to list the ones we haven't! Great guys, always honest, there to solve your issues, and they always try their best to accommodate. Plus they refill propane, 5/5!
UPDATE: This has been my go to place for a while now and I'm not sorry.
They're honest, and always ALWAYS do what's needed and nothing more.
For instance, I thought I had a bent wheel. They could have easily charged for that expensive service, but it was only a tire with tread separation that I couldn't see. Luckily I had planned on replacing all four tires. They also spotted and repaired a small exhaust leak before it became a large issue.
Wife got into a minor accident during a nasty snow storm. Called these guys as a last resort and was told that they were on the way. No one wanted out in this storm, but they came to the rescue. Chivalry is not dead.
UPDATE: My wife was stranded @ his station until I was able to bring her home. So he took her home himself so she wouldn't have to wait an hour or more.
I think I found my new favorite garage.
