Most honest and best mechanic I’ve been to in probably 10 years. Kevin saved me money and Called me up every time to give updates. He even fixed my tire for free without me asking when I was going in for something else. The service desk lady was really kind and gave good information too. 100 percent would recommend this place

After fainting from an estimate for work from a Honda dealer, I went to Reservoir and they did excellent work for just about 1/2 the price. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and it is obvious that he knows his stuff. Don't hesitate to use them....!

Went to dealer for a recall. In addition to the recall they did an inspection. They came up with 3 "found Issues": 1. Replace Cabin and engine air filters, $143- I did this my self for $30. 2. Drain, flush radiator (at 51,000 miles) $224 Was told by Kevin that there was no need of this . Current radiator fluid is good to 100K miles. 3. Replace rear brake pads and resurface rotors. $449. I dropped the car off at 8AM and at 8:30 I received a call from Reservoir Garage and was told that the brakes were fine and needed no work at this time. Talk about honesty. I have made my last trip to the dealer.

Kevin and his dad are great people. I moved to the area not too long ago and needed a new inspection sticker. I found Reservoir Garage looking on the Mass RMV website and went there. Kevin greeted me and took my car right in. He was so friendly. I have taken all of my cars for inspections here since. What I love is that they clean all residue off when removing the old stickers. Many places just slap the new ones on and doesn't even care. I have done a lot of the basic maintenance myself as I enjoy working on my cars.......to some extent. One time my son's Honda Pilot wouldn't start and I completely forgot about Reservoir and I had it towed to a garage near my house. While they fixed the problem the service was OK. Other than that I have not had any work that really needed to be done but when I do and if I am not up for it or isn't capable then I will definitely drop my cars off at Reservoir. Top notch people. Very friendly and honest. Something you don't really find nowadays.

Had a great experience getting my car inspected here! The gentleman that helped me was super friendly and got my car inspection done very quickly! I’ve never had such an easy and quick experience getting an inspection before. Very glad I gave them a try and will be coming back in the future. They also have a lovely waiting area with a beautiful fish tank. I’d highly recommend Reservoir Garage!

I had my car inspected here and an oil change done in January and can't say enough good things about this place! Very friendly staff, quick service, and fair prices. It took less than 20 mins to get an oil change and my car was serviced right away. I should also say that as a young woman I'm generally wary of going into an auto shop by myself. I usually have my game face on, always on the lookout to see if I'm getting duped or being treated differently. At Reservoir Garage, I was never pressured to get extra services done or felt uneasy. They've definitely earned a long-time customer. I can't recommend them enough!

Reservoir Garage and service manager Kevin has earned a long time customer after the service I had recently! I went in because my AC was malfunctioning and expected a full compressor replacement $$ and Kevin and his team managed to dig through the system and determine it was actually just a wire and saved me a boatload! Much better than previous service I’ve had at other garages in town. Thanks!

Very friendly, honest and reasonable pricing. They never tell you that you need something you don't. They are very accommodating in emergencies, as well.

I had brought my car to another mechanic who told me I needed a certain brake repair, and brought it to Reservoir Garage for a second opinion. They investigated the issue and found it to be a much simpler fix than the first garage had led me to believe and had it back to me after just a couple hours. On top of the friendly and quick service, they literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I'd recommend them to anyone who'd listen and don't plan on taking my car anywhere else!

They were able to fix a stubborn check engine light that others tried to fix but couldn’t. If they’re not sure what the problem is they don’t just attempt to fix it and charge you even though it might not be successful. I will be a loyal customer for years to come.

Reservoir Garage is the best!! We’ve taken both our cars to them multiple times, for general maintenance all the way to emergency repairs. They’ve fixed our electrical, replaced our alternator and battery, performed routine oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks. They even got me in last minute when my air valve on my tire broke off, giving me a flat, and I had to head to New Hampshire in just a few hours! They are incredibly professional, quick, transparent, and fairly priced, and Kevin, the customer service manager, is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Their work is very high quality as well, and they don’t do any work without thoroughly explaining the problem and your options. Truly an excellent garage.

A remanufactured starter they installed decided to catch fire, luckily I stopped a total vehicle blaze. The owner came out immediately, flat bedded my truck back to their garage, fitted a brand new starter and returned my truck within a few hours. Honest, dependable and trustworthy people.

reliable, honest, efficient, good communication, reasonably priced... what's not to like? They are very accommodating and thorough and I am happy I found them.
