I should have been suspicious as soon as the dealership's finance guy claimed that the printer was broken, and I would have to review and sign all documents digitally on his DocuSign. I declined all of the extended warranties, but they signed me up for $10,000 worth anyway. You are supposed to be able to get them refunded within the first 60 days, but when I requested the refund the dealership ignored all communication.

Mike worked hard for my family to get the perfect vehicle for my daughter. He was professional, had wonderful open communication and his prices are fair. You will not find a more honest and hard working man to help you find the right vehicle. RTP 9 auto group is a class act

I recently purchased a truck from Mike after my mom drove by and saw it on Wednesday. I decided to go and test drive it. Mike was honest told me the things he did to it and there was no pressure on buying it from him either. This was my first car purchase that required getting a loan and I couldn’t be more happy in purchasing the 2010 f350 from him. It was great price also. I would recommend anyone looking for used car to go check out Route 9. Mike is a reliable dealer and honest about what he sells. This was one of the best car buying experience I have had. And I’m confident if it has any issues that Mike will take care of me and help resolve the problems.

I had contacted Rt 9 Auto Group that I was looking for a truck, Mike & Art found found the truck I was looking for in a short time. I love my truck . Great guys to work with.

Bought a truck from here , first day of owning it truck had a problem. Brought it back to them to get it fixed. They refused to fix it or give me my money back, told me there is no issue with the truck. I brought it out to ford dealership had i checked out by them, truck had an engine problem even after proving the paperwork from the dealership, still refused to give me my money back or fix it. Almost had to take it to court to resolve this issue. If I was able to leave 0 stars I sure would do that. THE WORST used dealer experience I ever had.

Worst dealer to deal with. They don’t stand behind their product, very scummy people.
