We have a 30ft motor home and it would not start the day we were leaving for Florida. ( January ). We call good Sam’s and they sent and whistles tow truck to get us jumped. We followed them back to the garage and they tested it and said that we needed a starter. The next day they had us up and running and we were able to get out to Florida. We definitely will use enter whistles for our service from here on in. Thank you and his garage

Excellent service - towed the car to the shop with the chance of a full master cylinder job. Completely evaluated vehicle, end up just needing a belt and pulley, but kept me informed the whole time and explained everything clearly. Was extremely confident when I picked up the car that everything was done right

Just got a tow from technician/driver Johnny T . He was amazing. His first priority was to keep me safely out of harms way while he took care of the car. We had a lovely chat on the way to the repair shop. He was kind and respectful, a cautious driver, and it was a great experience. He’s a gem!

They went out of their way to get me the tires I needed and install them within a few hours.

Needed a new battery through AAA and needed to go to the shop for a new one. Charlie shook my hand, offered me coffee and turned on a heater in the waiting room. Turned a bad morning into a good one

I am out of state and my son is in college in Worcester. The team at Entwistles was wonderful working with me, very professional and their prices are very reasonable

They make it easy dropped the van off the night before left keys and paperwork and they took care of the rest just went and picked it up when done. They do a good job.

Entwistle’s has been a pleasure to deal with for both myself and my wife and have been great in discussions about what needs to be done and more importantly what doesn’t need to be done. We have some older vehicles that have needed some pretty major repairs and working with Entwistles on these projects has been fantastic.

These guys took great care of me. Called triple A, these guys got me in quick, diagnosed my failed starter, replaced it and had me back up and running in about 2 hours. Saved the day! This was a few days ago, car is still doing great.

Brought my car in on an emergency as I lost my brakes on my way to work. After they took a look, I picked up my car and less than 2 miles down the road my hood flew up and smashed my windshield, destroyed my hood hinges and tore my side panels where the hood connects. Can't trust them to properly close a hood, definately dont trust them with larger safety issues. They claimed they never opened the hood, yet they compressed my caliper which requires them to open the hood to release the brake fluid cap. Either they are incompetent or petty, but either way, stay away.

I was pleased with the service and convenience and their responsiveness to take care of my AC issue right away during the brutal heatwave. It's been hard for us to find a service station that we can trust and this was the second time I trusted Entwisle's with my car care and they came through for me.

I found myself in a tough spot while traveling and needed help right away. Thankfully, they took excellent care of me—quick, professional, and genuinely kind. The service was truly second to none. I highly recommend using their services for your vehicle needs!

Amazing service! I spoke with Lucas and Louie at the front desk. They were so helpful and they helped get my car into the shop in a timely fashion with the help of Nick who worked on my vehicle. Nick was very proficient and friendly! I will be coming back to get my car serviced!

Honestly this garage should get 0 stars. I wrote a good review i think at first . But when my used rear tail light assembly failed. I am pretty sure a used part they claim was so expensive. I will post a picture of the water filled Pos tail light they found and overcharged me. Not only did i spend over 6k. Thanks for the rims and tires. But that used part was bad bad practices. I bought a brand new for 700. Dont worry i will show everyone pictures of the light you replaced in my 21 ram 1500 big horn sport. Very very disappointed. Can even post the written warning from a state cop thanks to you. I would recommend stay away from the shop.

Had a tire go flat after hitting a massive pothole and was stuck on the side of a busy road late in the afternoon. I called Entwistles Garage and they sent a tow truck right over, set me up with a new tire and took care of it. No hassles, nice people. I'll be going there again on my next oil change.

I recently needed a tow after my car broke down on my driveway, First tow AAA sent gave me a attitude and told me they not going to tow my car because is too low. And I called then again and they sent Entwistles garage who did a absolutely fantastic job! . The tow truck arrived even earlier than expected, which was a huge relief. The driver, was incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. He carefully secured my vehicle and explained the process clearly. I highly recommend for anyone in need of towing or roadside assistance. They truly go above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you for the excellent service!

I just had AMAZING Service from Entwistle's Garage. I got a flat tire on my way to work. I called them and Jamie arrived on site within 10 minutes. He was professional and extremely nice. I rode in the tow truck to the shop. Luckily they were able to repair my tire. They took it in right away for me so I could get to work. I even got a very nice greeting and welcoming for the owner Charles. What a wonderful bunch of guys. I would highly recommend them. I will be going back for future repairs for sure. 5 STAR RATING FOR SURE.

My car broke down the other day, called AAA and this shop attended to my emergency. Kiyle Mackenzie was the tow truck driver. He was very professional and attentive to my vehicles situation. Thank you Kiyle for your help.

Apparently acknowledging there may be a difference between what insurance will pay and the total bill means go ahead and just not use the insurance. Stay away. If they are the closest shop, pay to be towed further. Edit: owner/senior appraiser contacted me and said he would take care of the issue. Will revisit if/when he does

$4700 was the diagnosis. It probably would have been way more. They never got my name right and the rental car I used for 4 days was garbage. They ended up not asking me about a replacement part that I had to pay $150 for. Dont go to this garage. They are very sweet people but they absolutely try to ruin your pockets. Not a good look. My suggestion to future customers is dont go here. Very nice people. The guy at the window was probably a bit drunk. My name is Ian. He called me Enon, Ivan, and Justin. It was like 48 hours.

Kyle delivered our car to Ct on Wednesday 1/9/25. He was timely, polite and very professional. I am in the customer service business and I have a high bar for ratings and Kyle exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much, Ed Cox

Truck broke down with the plow on Christmas Eve. I was able to get towed to Entwistles within 30 minutes. They put me in a clean rental and I was on my way for all the holiday festivities. An untimely scenario that would normally be very stressful was alleviated by the team at Entwistles. Lucas, Nick, Johnny and the owner Charlie put my mind at ease. My truck is back on the road and I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

They arrived to tow my car when they said they’d be there. Friendly and polite and efficient. I’d call them again for help and recommend them to friends and family 👍🏽 Kiyle was great… I just wish he would wear his coat… it was so cold outside!

Just had an EXCELLENT experience at Entwistle’s Garage. The first part was that they were very accommodating to get my car in as soon as possible (they were able to squeeze me in the next day). Very friendly service and didn’t feel an ounce of judgment or pressure when I told them WHY my car was in the shape it was in. They diagnosed it very quickly and didn’t throw in a bunch of other garbage that I “needed” to have done. The gentleman seemed very honest and genuine, even describing the 42 point inspection they do and how nothing else needed to be done to the car and that it was in great condition (when was the last time you heard something like THAT from a repair shop?!?). He was able to have it looked at and very quickly quoted me a price that was very reasonable and fair for what had to be done. There were no surprises. I didn’t feel like I was at a car dealership haggling repair prices. Work was done earlier than expected and everything was so easy. They even searched to see if there were any discounts I qualified for. HIGHLY recommend this garage. It’s hard to find genuine, good people sometimes when you’re looking for car repairs and Entwistle’s checks off every box!

Kent the truck driver that came and changed my tire was very friendly and professional. The next day when I went to pick up my tire, Charlie and his team were very nice and had me out of there in only a few minutes after mounting my tire back on my car and putting the spare tire back where it belongs. We needed to tow our car from Rutland MA to Rhode Island on a Sunday. They responded quickly through AAA and were at our house within the hour and send pictures of our car delivered. Great service!
