Was in a difficult situation with a screw in tire and my kiddos with me. This shop accommodated my schedule and saw my car, fixed it, and had us on our way in no time!! I am new to the area and did a quick search for auto shops.. so happy to have come across this one. Will definitely keep in mind for future oil changes and anything else to do with my vehicle. I am glad this business is in town. Billy (the owner) helped me out as my truck really needed work an being disabled I dont have much cash left after my monthly finances are paid but they did work with me and my situation an to get my truck ready for a new inspection and make it safer to drive again. Having service done whether a fairly new car or your gem of 17 years, at times be stressful especially when you need to watch your Ps & Qs (your dimes & quarters). These guys are the BEST for FAIR PRICING, and KNOWLEDGE. They go the extra mile to troubleshoot your problem. And unlike other shops the labor meter is not always running. You definitively will appreciate Bill and his team if you visited chain service garages, your dealership, or other local places. I'd give 10 stars if google would allow it!
Honest and fair! I've never been talked into services I don't need like I have at other shops. Being a female I've always had anxiety taking my car in for any repairs. Never the case here!

These guys are great! My gf's break line blew a hole from rust and they were the only shop to squeeze her in so she could get back on the road. And they did the breaks while it was in, metal on metal is not good. Thanks Quabbin Auto!
They have been doing repairs on my vehicles for years, they are knowledgeable, friendly and they get the job done! I would recommend to anyone that needs service on their vehicle or anyone that needs to buy a good used car.

Bill was all gung-ho selling us a vehicle but he does not stand by it. Lots of problems/issues. He was supposed to make 1 loan payment for us...this was in September. When we call to speak to him he is never available and does not return our phone calls. We did speak to him once and a check “was in the mail”. After over a week we never received it. Called back and again he is not available and has not returned our call yet again. Definitely not recommending this shop!
The people here are kind and generous. The woman who answered the phone was very welcoming and told me to come right over. I was helped with a simple automotive task that made a huge difference to me and my safety. I am very grateful. Thank you so much.
